The next day, Sam and Vienna are taken to the operating room. Dennis and Al waited until the operation was completed. The operation will last for six to twelve hours. It depends on the extent of liver damage in the patient.
Dennis and Al waited without anyone intending to break the silence created between them. The two dissolve in each other's minds. Al is still thinking about the fate of his marriage to Vienna, and Dennis is thinking about the conditions of Vienna and the Ocean.
Dennis could only pray, hopefully the Viennese body would not reject him later. If that happens, Dennis will really catch it later.
He couldn't keep holding Vienna back and let her feel the pain. Seconds by seconds kept passing. Until it was not felt, they had been there for more than three hours.
"Al, you better let go of my sister. Don't hurt him anymore" Dennis said suddenly.
Al turned his eyes to Dennis. "I knew. Even though I am not willing to let go. What, Vienna doesn't want to hang out with her son, until she's separated from me?" lirih Al's.
"Gathering with Darren, don't have to be with you either, right?" Al was stunned to hear the statement.

"I'll take care of our farewell immediately" said Al very softly. Because of the angle of Al's heart, it felt throbbing painfully saying that. He lowered his head and hid a drop of tears.
Dennis patted Al on the shoulder and walked out of the waiting room. Al just looked at Dennis's back, so Dennis was nowhere to be seen.

At seven o'clock in the evening, the operation was over. Dennis who had indeed returned to the waiting room got up to his feet and approached Professor James who was in charge of the operation this time.
"How about prof, is everything going well?" ask Dennis.
Professor James patted Dennis on the shoulder and smiled. " Just calm down. Everything went well. We'll just observe it and see if Vienna's body will accept, or reject, this transplant. Let's just pray, I hope everything will be okay later. For Samudra doctors, he will be in our monitoring also after this operation. Avoiding the side effects that will occur later" explains professor James to Dennis.
Dennis smiled in relief at Professor James' explanation and nodded his head. Not to forget, he said a lot of thanks to the senior doctor who was also his teacher. Although Dennis was in charge of the hospital, he still respected Professor James as his senior.
From behind, Al breathed a sigh of relief as the doctor told him everything. He chose to go from there for now.
The Ocean and Vienna beds were pushed out by the nurses and doctors who participated in the operation. Dennis, follow them until they arrive in his second nursery.
Dennis purposely prepared two adjacent rooms for Vienna and the Ocean. Dennis went into the Vienna ward and saw his sister's condition first. After making sure Vienna was okay, Dennis moved into the Ocean room.
His best friend looked different when he was sleeping like this. Dennis went out and took a break in the Vienna room. He threw his ass at the soda in the Vienna room. Leaning his tired body on the back of the sofa. It didn't take long, Dennis fell asleep.

The next morning, Al woke up early. After cleansing his body, he moved to his study. He was looking for some files he might need. He opened the desk drawer and found what he was looking for.
The door of his study opened, revealing Citra who brought a cup of coffee to Al. Inadvertently the net saw Al issue files related to Al and Vienna's marriage.
"Mas, what's that for?" ask Citra.
Al breathed a rough breath. "I'm going to file a divorce with the court."
The image widened his eyes in disbelief. His mouth was even wide open ready to oppose Al's decision. However, his words were swallowed back because of Al's words.
"But, Mas. Why don't I just give up?" ask Citra.
Al speechless. The two wanted to give in to each other without knowing, the current matter of his heart. "If you want to give up too, then what about me? Do you know, I'm considering this with broken feelings? You know, with me separating from Vienna alone, I've felt even more guilty about separating him from Darren. Now you can say this so easily?"
The image is crying harder. Al hugged her and kissed her hair. He rubbed the back of Citra gently. The image also tightened his embrace on Al.
"I understand, Mas. Do your best" Citra said after her crying subsided.
Al nodded his head. He kissed Citra's forehead and stepped out. He had made his heart to separate from Vienna.
Three hours later, he arrived in Jakarta and immediately headed to court to register a divorce lawsuit. It didn't take long, now it's all just a matter of time.
In the hospital,
The ocean opened its eyes after yesterday's surgery. Dennis was the first person he saw. Dennis smiled at the sight of the Ocean becoming conscious.
"Aware already. Let me get the professor to check on your current condition." The ocean just nodded weakly.
Dennis pressed the caller button. It didn't take long, and the nurse and professor James entered the Ocean's nursery.
"How, is there anything that the doctor feels comfortable?" ask professor James.
"No doc. Pain only in the area of operation. That's normal." The ocean smiled at the Professor.
"Yes. Well then, you must already know what you have to do now." The ocean nodded and smiled.
Professor James and the nurses withdrew from the Ocean Room. After the door closed, Dennis approached the Ocean.
"Thank you Sam, you're ready to help my brother. Whatever your reasons, I'm grateful" Dennis said sincerely.
The ocean just nodded its head. Dennis said goodbye to the ocean. He will see Vienna back. When Dennis opened the door, Vienna opened his eyes.
"Sister," she said.
Dennis immediately approached the Vienna bed and smiled happily seeing his sister had opened her eyes. He immediately pressed the button next to the Vienna bed to call the nurse and professor James back.
