"Why Leta can be so attached to Restandi. Though Leta does not love him".Task Kevin does not understand Rangga.

"Restandi treated her like a queen. By the time Arleta got hurt she was always watching him". Rangga gave his analysis.

"He was very obedient to Restandi". Kevin is still confused over Arleta.

"Leta is also the same brother. She is indeed a submissive girl".Rangga's words broke Kevin's confusion. The talking girl will soon belong to someone else.

Arleta came to the hospital for lunch with Restandi. But apparently the doctor was in a meeting for the handling of a patient who will face major surgery. Because Arleta had already come to decide to wait for Restandi. Arleta meets Rika. Rika's doctor smiled at Arleta.

"You're waiting for Restandi. I heard she was in a meeting". asked Rika kindly.

"Yes right". answered Arleta briefly. She feels Rika is friendly because of the events at the cafe.

"You're going to the cafeteria with me? We have coffee, I have something to talk to you about". Rika asked. Arleta was a little surprised.

"Ok". replied Arleta because she wanted to know what Rika would talk to her about. They went to the hospital canteen. Monika who saw them just stared in surprise. They occupy a seat at the end of the room. Rika ordered coffee for him and tea for Arleta who enjoyed the traditional cakes in the canteen.

"I'm sorry I interrupted your time. I'm gonna give you your handkerchief back. I'm waiting for you to come here.Thank you for your concern". Rika opened the conversation. Arleta smilingly accepted her handkerchief.

"It's okay if you come to my place to meet". Arleta was relieved after knowing Rika's intention to meet him.

"I feel sad. I don't have any Arleta friends. I want to be honest with you because I see you're sincere with me". Rika praised Arleta. All this time he thought Arleta must be a haughty girl because of her status. Moreover, he was engaged to Restandi.

"I did what I should have done". Arleta said humbly.

"Arleta I'm not a woman like you. I'm honestly an orphan. There are families who are adopting me because they don't have children". Rika told me honestly. Arleta surprised.

"But you're happy, they love you and send you to be a doctor".

"At first, but when they had their own children I didn't care. I tried to attract their affection again by studying hard and trying to be smart. But vain. My sister is a spoiled girl who always envies my achievements in school. She was always looking for a way for my parents to get mad at me". Rika's face turned sad.

"Geez, your days must be unpleasant.

"Absolutely. I have no friends because I am busy studying. Until I got a scholarship to study abroad I took because I could not stand at home. Then I met Restandi. I fell in love with him immediately. But he also seems busy devoting his attention to his lectures. Seeing Restandi made my day more colorful, even though she never looked at me. But he was never rude. That's why I keep following him". Rika smiled shyly telling her joy to Arleta.

"Did he not care about you?". asked Arleta curiously.

"It's not just me. Every girl who likes him". Rika's answer relaxes Arleta's heart. So Restandi is not lying if he is not close to Rika.

"Then what about yourself?". Arleta is curious about Rika's life.

"I came home with good grades, but also not appreciated. Being treated badly, I decided to get out of the house and stay alone". Rika spoke while playing her coffee glass.

"I chased Restandi all the way to this hospital. Seeing him makes my heart happy. I just want to be busy with my world". Rika looked at Arleta wanting to know if Arleta was angry with her words. But Arleta remained calm.

"Then I was present in your world". Arleta Sahut. Rika smile. He must admit Arleta was right.

"I didn't expect Restandi to be in a match. And the woman of her parents' choice is as good as you. I envy you, Arleta. I realized who I was". Rika said sadly. Arleta felt bad.

"What happened yesterday?". Arleta tried to change the subject.

"What was yesterday at the cafe was my mother. As usual, even though I have avoided them, there is something my sister did to make my parents angry.

"You mean?". Arleta did not understand if she remembered the treatment of the woman yesterday to Rika.

"My mom told me to go home because my sister was throwing a tantrum. But I refused. Why go home just to experience something unpleasant. I used to obey them, but now I'm sick of it". Rika smiled cynically.

"So that's why you're not friendly huh". Arleta.

"Rudely mean? yes I keep anger over my life so I get angry".Rika acknowledged her attitude all along.

"But you're still luckier Rika. You can achieve your goal of becoming a doctor". Arleta reminded Rika. Many people are unable to go to college and pursue their goals.

"That's why I don't hate them Arleta. I'm just sick of being constantly blamed for mistakes I didn't make". Arleta understands Rika's feelings. He really did not expect that the girl's life was not like the gossip she heard.

"Arleta, what are you doing here?". Restandi suddenly asked and stood not far from them. His gaze stared at Rika. Arleta is not feeling well.

"We were chatting while waiting for you to finish the meeting"., Arleta replied quickly, worried that Restandi was misunderstood.

Restandi's gaze softened, now his gaze was only on Arleta.

"Let's talk again. I'll walk first". Arleta pamit then stood up.

"Ok, thanks for everything Arleta". Rika smiled sincerely. Arleta approached Restandi and they left the canteen. Rika looked at their departure sadly. Her eyes never saw me Rika thought about Restandi.

"Why are you Rika?". asked Restandi in the car to Arleta. They decide to eat out and Restandi takes Arleta to the clinic.

"Just talk" answered Arleta briefly. He hasn't told Restandi about Rika. Arleta is weighing whether it is necessary to tell Restandi about Rika's life.

"I'm worried about you. He didn't talk about the macems, did he?". Restandi asked with a gaze that demanded an honest answer.

"No ko, we are now friends" Arleta replied with a smile.

"Any". Restandi comments, but he was quite satisfied with Arleta's answer. They also had lunch and as planned Restandi drove Arleta back to his clinic. With a heavy heart he did.
