Fifteen minutes later, two of Fajr's men arrived with two suspects. Both of their hands were cuffed. Dawn signaled to his men to take off the handcuffs. One of the men stepped forward and opened the handcuffs in the hands of the suspects. They were quite confused about being taken to a taekwondo practice site, not to a police station.
