76. Rich Man

A week passed after the accident. In one week in a row Mike did not stop his search to find the whereabouts of Miki who may have died in an accident a week ago. However, Mike tried desperately to assume that the woman who died in the accident was not Miki.

After the police conducted a thorough examination it was true that there was a female passenger in the taxi which also burned. When the police were about to do an autopsy, it was no longer possible because the body was burned out leaving only the ashes. According to the chronology of the accident, all evidence points to the woman who was on fire with her driver was Miki Chloe.

“Master, it has been one week we do a search, but the result is nil.” Fred said to Mike who was sitting in his chair with a very messy appearance.

“Tetap continue the search.” Mike was brief but clear.

“Sorry Sir, the police have issued a statement if the female passenger who was burned in the taxi is Miss Chloe.” Fred said that managed to make Mike stop his work at that time.

Fred let out his breath slowly while replying. “Good Sir, I understand.” Said Fred and then went out of his master's room.

After Fred disappears behind the door, Mike immediately vents his anger by destroying everything on his desk. Not just that, though, he walked quickly to pick up the golf cuttings and then he destroyed all the items in his room by using golf cuttings without leaving a single item left.

Scraps of glass and shattered items were strewn across the floor. With a breath of excitement, Mike threw the golf cuttings out of the balcony until the glass door of the balcony was smashed and the glass fragments fell outside the balcony.

“Nakk...” cried Mike as loud as he could.

Mike does not accept the fact that he currently accepts, he refused if the police stated Miki had died in the accident. After trying desperately for one week to find Miki and in the end Mike must be able to accept the reality if the woman he loves is dead. However, whatever power Mike can not do all that, he continues to dismiss the reality by making himself not believe it.

“I'm pretty sure if he's alive, I just need to keep looking for him until he finds him back.” Mike said to himself.

There was nothing Mike could do at the moment, he could only wait until he got word from his people. Unable to stand the terrible thought in his head, Mike took one bottle of Diva Vodka beer and drank it once upright.

One bottle of Diva Vodka is still not enough for Mike to get rid of bad thoughts in his head. Mike again picked up a bottle of beer that was harder than Diva Vodka, in an instant the second bottle also ran out once upright. After finishing two bottles of beer, Mike's head started to feel heavy and his body was like floating in the air. Even so, Mike still can't forget the accident one week ago in his head.

“I tried to stop the car, but why didn't they listen to me at all. Why should it be like that?” mike said he was drunk.

Feeling his head already stagger Mike trying to sit on the sofa in front of him, glass after glass that Mike stepped on as he stepped towards the sofa and in the end he landed his buttocks on the sofa with a supine sitting position.

At the same time, when Mike began to unconscious on the sofa suddenly the door of his room opened.

“Mike, where are you?!” lucy shouted loudly as the door opened.

Lucy's face was filled with anger. When she gets word that her sister Miki has died, Lucy flies to New York at the same time. After arriving in New York, Lucy immediately approached Mike in his office with anger towards the man because suddenly he got news about the death of his sister.

As Lucy steps in, she realizes the state of Mike's office has been destroyed. Without paying attention to her steps Lucy still stepped through the glass fragments that filled the floor she stepped on.

“Lucy stop!” joe shouted, who saw his wife stepping on a piece of glass.

Lucy did not budge and kept her foot forward to the unconscious Mike on the sofa.

“Lucy, I said stop!” joe snapped while pulling his wife into his car.

“Down me Joe,” pinta Lucy who almost cried.

Joe does not listen to what Lucy tells him, he steps on the glass to replace Lucy's footsteps. “It is very dangerous for you to walk on this glass shard, do you forget if you are pregnant at this time.” Joe said and then he dropped Lucy right on the sofa.

After Joe takes her down, Lucy steps down from the sofa and approaches Mike who is lying on the couch.

“Mike woke up..” said Lucy while shaking Mike's body.

Lucy repeatedly tries to wake the man up, but it doesn't work either. Feeling very upset, Lucy pulls Mike's leg to the ground.

Mike's huge body hit the floor full of glass shards. When he fell, the man did not feel any pain. “Miki don't stay me, please come back.” Unknowingly Mike said what he was feeling right now.

Seeing Mike's current condition, Lucy shed her tears and stopped being angry at the man while saying. “Restore Miki to me jerk man.” He said as he shed his tears.

“Honey's enough,” Joe tried to stop his wife. “Can't you see if Mike's current state is more than enough to make him suffer.” Joe said back.

What Joe said managed to make Lucy's cry break right then and there. Actually from the beginning Lucy entered this room, she already knew that this man had suffered a lot and was devastated by the departure of Miki the younger brother. However, Lucy ignores everything she sees in order to vent her anger and grief at Miki's sudden departure.

“Aarrrggg” erang Lucy very hysterically.

She cried so hard that her voice filled the room. Lucy feels very hit because of the departure of Miki, and what makes Lucy hit more is the man who loves her sister is looking very hit once than her.

“Come,” pinta Joe on Lucy. Lucy quickly hugged her husband while crying in Joe's arms.

After Lucy was satisfied crying, Joe let go of his embrace to ask Fred's secretary to come to the room to take care of her brother.A few minutes later Fred had arrived in his master's room.

“Mr. Fred, please you move Mike into my car now and don't forget to clean this place.” pinta Joe on Fred.

“Good Sir,” replied Fred who understood the intent of Joe.

After moving Mike into his car, Joe and Lucy take the man back to the Sea family home. There, Joe can watch and monitor his brother's behavior after worrying that something might go wrong while letting him live alone in his apartment.

Arriving at Sea's family residence, Mike is bopong by Joe to the man's room. After being in his room, he, Joe lays Mike down quietly on the bed and tries to remove all the wear attached to Mike's burly body.

As long as Joe tried to take off his brother's clothes, Mike always mentioned Miki's name repeatedly without stopping.

“Mike since when have you changed so much like this? what exactly did Miki do to you?” joe exclaimed at the unconscious Mike.

After Joe said that, Mike suddenly shed his tears slowly on his face. Actually he heard all that Joe said to him at this time, unable to hold back his tears, Mike covered his face by using one of his hands to hide his cries in front of his brother Joe.

“Can you leave me alone.” Mike said in his voice.

“Alright I'll go, but remember never you try to do something stupid, okay.”

“Em...” Take Mike slowly with your hands covering his eyes using his hands.

Then Joe leaves Mike alone in his room, knowing he needs time to think about everything including what he will do in the future without Miki by his side.
