19. Shy Girl

Brakkk Miki's room door was wide open.

Miki who was asleep jolted woke up because of the sudden sound of the door slamming. “Who?” his voice was hoarse like choking on his own saliva.

In a half-sleepy state Miki tried to clear her vision. He rubbed his eyes slowly using the back of his fingers.

“Good you're awake,” Mike is walking toward Miki. He folded his shirt's arms up to the elbow. After being right near the bed Mike immediately took Miki ala bridal style.

“What are you doing? Lower me now.” Pekik Miki's. Mike did not pounce and ignored him. “Let me down!” amuk Miki's.

To stop this woman's rampage Mike directly hit Miki's ass. Buk the sound of Mike's punch.

“Are you Crazy?” miki exclaimed breathlessly. “Quick lower me now!” miki snapped, dissatisfied that he hit Mike's chest repeatedly.

“OK alright,” Mike lowered Miki sitting him on the dining chair, there is already available a wide range of luxury side dishes.

Miki's eyes widened to see the dish on the dining table.he blocked the corner of his lips that came out with the tip of his finger. He swallowed his saliva because he was tempted by the food.

I'm so hungry, this perverted guy is desperate to win this fight. Then I won't lose even if I have to endure hunger even once. Miki's sharp eyes glanced at Mike.

“What do you see? Eat now.” Mike's orders.

Hem, you think you can bribe me with this food. Inner Miki.

“No,” refuse Miki to throw her face away.

For a moment Mike clenched his toes while thinking. After thinking he smiled faintly. “Alright if you don't want to eat I can make you want to eat,”

“Please if you can,” challenge Miki.

“Of course I can,” casually Mike took his phone out of his pocket.

“Really.” really currently Miki is underestimating the ability of a Mike.

“You're really haughty,” Mike turned on his phone screen. “ Let's see where your hubris is if I call aunt Lona.” Mike looked at the cunning Miki who was beside him.

“What are you doing?” exclaiming Miki.

“There is no other way than to contact Aunt Lona, I will tell you everything that happened to you. I'll bet if Aunt Lona hears that she'll be very worried.” Mike smiled faintly as he stared at the screen of his phone.

“Do you threaten me?” look at Miki not happy.

“If you don't eat now then what I say is no longer a threat but will happen right now.” Mike pressed the call button.

“Well I eat right now,” Miki clucked in annoyance.

“Once dong, if you think so good.” Mike smiled at the victory. “Why are you looking at me like that? Eat now.” Mike again threatened to hit the screen button of his phone.

“Well I eat,” ketus Miki while bribing food into her mouth.

Well for now you can win in this fight, for next time I will not lose easily. Inner Miki.

Mike smiled as he had won the battle of who was more stubborn and more powerful between the two of them.

“Can I ask?” miki exclaimed seriously by showing her upset face.

Before asking the question, Miki swallowed the food in her mouth. “Actually what makes Mami trust you to give up her responsibility for me to you?”

Mike grated his temple using his index finger. As if he was thinking of telling the truth or not, rather tell or not the reason behind the question from Miki.

“Why didn't you answer?” annoyed Miki.

Mike stopped shaving his temple and pulled one of his hands out of his pants pocket. “Alright because you asked, I will tell you why Aunt Lona gave you to me.” Mike sat down beside Miki's chair.

Miki turned her chair in front of Mike. He wanted to look him in the eye in earnest because he wanted to know what this man would say to be honest or to lie.

“Why?” miki was not happy with the response Mike showed.

“What are you thinking now?” ask Mike to find out what this woman thinks of her own mother. Miki did not discuss the question Mike asked. “What do you think Aunt Lona easily wants to sell you to the Sea family,” Mike managed to make Miki look up at him.

“What do you mean?” miki exclaimed, she did not understand what had really happened.

“I mean Aunt Lona didn't sell you both to the Sea Family, she handed you two over for the good of you two. He agreed to hand you two over by filing terms at Exit Sea.”

“Terms?” Miki looked very confused as well as curious.

“Tante Lona agreed to give you and Lucy to the Sea family because of the conditions he requested to be fulfilled by the Sea family. He asked the descendants of the Sea family to marry your brother Lucy so that your brother's future is not ruined due to his bankrupt business problems. As for you, Aunt Lona wants you to live a happy and free life without worrying about your status as an illegitimate child. Aunt Lona wants her two children not to suffer because of the mistakes she made impacting you.”

“I hope you didn't waste aunty Lona's sacrifice by being defiant. Aunt Lona wants you to obey me, not act like you hate me so much. What are you really worried about? I don't think my personal life hurt you at all.” Said Mike who wanted Miki to forget all the bad.

What he said was true, why should I care about his personal life. I am nobody in my life, I better forget what I felt for him. Whatever way I will do to eliminate what I had felt to him.

Miki blocked her tears, she tried to be tough in front of Mike.
