13. Shy Girl

“I beg you to keep it a secret.” Katie pleads. Miki plans not to comply with Katie's request because she wants to ask Mike directly. What this woman he doesn't know is true or not. The battery still can't believe everything this woman named Katie says.

Just as Miki was about to say something, Mike came over. Katie panicked she pulled Miki to hide, while Miki did not want to hide so Katie finally said. “If you want to know the truth I'll show you. But you have to hide first.”

Without a fight Miki followed Katie's words. He hid behind a long curtain that almost made him invisible at all. “You stay here I'll show you what I say is all true.” Katie walked back to the middle of the living room. He acted as if he was waiting for Mike to arrive.

“Katie what are you doing here?” mike asked when he saw Katie in the living room. “It's late at night why haven't you slept?” mike asked with an unbalanced body because of drinking too much alcohol.

Katie walks up to Mike and petrifies the man to stand properly. “I'm waiting for you,” replied Katie. Mike looked at Katie's face after she said she was waiting for him.

“What's the problem?” mike's holding on to Katie's shoulder.

“Nothing, I just want to wait for you to come home that's it.” Katie said that made Mike curl his lips. He was happy because this woman was paying attention to him.

“You know Katie?” it's on Katie.

“What?” katie asked Mike.

“Your attention is what I love about you. Your caring attitude makes me want you to stay by my side.” Mike smiled, he immediately hugged Katie tightly and unconscious in Katie's arms.

Miki saw the destruction in her heart. Behind the curtains he saw and heard everything. The seed of love that had grown in his heart would be the ruin of his life. There was nothing he could do about the Seed of love that had grown, other than watering it with tears and regret for having let the seed grow.

“I didn't know the seed I planted was such a sharp thorn that it hurt myself.” Lirih Miki slowly hid behind the curtains.

Seeing Mike in another woman's arms makes Miki's heart ache. He had not expected this pain to be so painful than he had imagined. Will this pain kill him slowly.

Without crying Miki followed Katie to bring Mike to a room. While at the door of the room there was another woman who came to help Katie support Mike's body. “What happened to him?” yell that woman at Katie.

“He was drunk heavily,” Katie told the woman. “Cindy let Mike sleep in my room tonight, later you can take another night to be with him.” Katie asks Cindy to give up, and she takes it for granted.

Miki's legs came to a halt when she saw and heard the conversation to the two women who looked very familiar to each other. It is clear that both women are good women, and they love Mike so much as he is willing to have another woman. While Miki never thought would be able to do what the two women did.

“Mrs Bret, where's Miss Chloe?” mike asked Bret who was preparing the meal on the dining table.

“Sorry Sir, I called her for breakfast but Miss Chloe doesn't want to.” Bret said to Mike.

“All right let me call him,” said Mike walking towards Miki's room.

Tok.dok. Mike's knock on Miki's door. There was no reply from Miki, and Mike kept knocking on Miki's room door. “Miki open the door, aren't you hungry?” mike's behind the door.

Miki who was in her room closed her ears tightly so as not to hear the voice of the man calling her. For the time being Miki did not want to see the man's face.if she saw him, Miki was afraid of not being able to hold herself back from the anger that she was snuggling in him. dodging was the right choice for Miki at the moment.

“Miki please open the door,” cried Mike behind the door that has since let out a knock from out there. “Miki, Miki please open the door.” Mike Pinta.

Miki doesn't care at all. Neither will Miki's doomsday world open its doors. “Miki what's wrong with you?” exclaimed Mike who was upset.he did not understand why suddenly this woman behaved like this. “Miki tell me what happened?” mike asked and gave up knocking on the door.

While on the inside side of the room Miki sat on the floor hugging her legs tightly. His mind was muddled just his worry that he was feeling at the moment. “Forget her..forget her..forget her..” Miki said repeatedly. He kept saying it continuously.

“Miki what's wrong with you?” mike kept pushing behind the door. Mike's voice was not heard in Miki's ears. Miki covered her ears using her hatred for Mike. Though Miki had tried not to hate Mike but she could not because her heart was too sick not to hate him. Mike reminded him of the father he had never seen before. The father he had never seen and did not know all along had indirectly destroyed Miki's life ever since he was born on this earth.

Since childhood Miki could not bear the pain she felt herself, thus creating a sense of worry in her. Feeling useless Miki had been depressed since the age of fifteen. He was always in brackets and locked himself up because of the Depression he was experiencing. There was no choice for Lona Chloe's mother to keep Miki the child in her room at all times. He was afraid that Miki the child would suffer even more if he knew the world out there because he thought Miki could not accept and adapt to the outside world. Therefore at a young age Miki suffered from severe Depression. Miki could not accept his reality and disappointment easily.
