Either I have to be happy or I have to be sad. This separation is not my wish but circumstances that make me unable to maintain my household. Today I officially changed my status to a widow. And now my business is done in this town and maybe tomorrow morning I'll go straight to my village.
Mother Mery hugged me warmly and cried. He said nothing about my divorce. But I could feel his sincerity from the way he spoke with his current embrace.
"You be careful, son, take good care of yourself. God willing if Mother has time Mother will visit you in the village." Mery's mother's words.
"Thank you so much for all your kindness so far, Via can't repay you with anything." Lucky say.
"You have been present in the mother's family is a fortune for Mother. Especially with the little one." Mother Meri's voice mengoel Zaki's nose.
I too took off and left. Yoris's face looked so moody. On the way to take me to the bus stop, there was no conversation between us. I don't know what's on his mind and his mind right now.
I also arrived at the bus stop. Yoris opened the door for me to get out of the car.
"Thank you Yoris for delivering me." Sincerely said.
"Are you happy to go back to your village?" Ask.
"I'm so happy" I said honestly.
"I wish you'd stayed in this town." Her speech.
" There is no reason for me to stay here Yoris, and my family and my son are very much waiting for my return. This city is full of bitter and sweet memories.Meeting your family is an impression I will never forget." Ungkap.
"And this farewell was so quick for me, I wasn't ready." Yoris made me full of question marks.
" you mean?" I'm confused.
"I don't want to part with Zaki and Ju yet..." Yoris cut her sentence because the bus had stopped in plain sight.
"Alright, let me just lift your things into the trunk." Her speech.
"I waved at Yoris until the wave of Yoris' hand disappeared from my eyes.
As usual, when I was on the bus, I fell asleep. Considering the journey is still far away and I need a termitahat.
I did not feel I had reached the dock and the bus went into the parking lot of the ship. When I went up, I saw Judis crossing over. Without hesitation I greeted him.
"Jude? We'll see you here again" I said.
"They? Oh, I didn't know I could see you again. My hopes and prayers were granted." Pleased speech.
Judis took Zaki from my arms. Then invite Zaki to see the sea water is so calm.
"Where are you going, by the way? My toot.
"I'm going to Komodo island" he replied smiling.
"Well, you're going on vacation" I guessed.
" No Via, I work there" he said.
"I've been seeing you a lot when I'm out of town." Mangosteen.
"Yes, is your husband not coming?" Ask Judis. Honestly, I don't want to lie anymore and tell Yoris the truth.
"Mm, I just got divorced with my husband Judis. My arrival to the city is to take care of my divorce." Honestly bright.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry for your farewell." Judis felt guilty.
"Nothing" I said casually.
When I was about to get up to stand the photo I was holding fell down. The photo that Mery gave us when we took a picture together. I forgot to put it in my backpack.
"That picture is a picture of my new family Judis in this town. They are a very nice and warm family. God brought Me to them when I was alone and needed help." My light while taking the photo and seeing my togetherness with the mother's family mery with a smile.
"I know, the looks from their faces are very nice people. You're lucky that Via is always met with good people around you." Judis was sad.
Now the face of Judis changed to look very sad, the mood of Judis changed. He looked so happy and now it's a minute so fast it's changing.
"Sorry Judis, did I say anything that offended you?" My toot.
"Why are you asking so Via? You have nothing wrong with me." Yudis looked at me.
"But why does your face look changed and sad?" Said watching.
"You're a very sensitive woman Via, I just miss my Mom and my brother." Her speech.
"Did they live on Komodo island?" Ask me to want to know.
Judis simply nodded without daring to raise her face. I'm sure Yudis is keeping something.
"Don't worry soon you'll meet them Judis." My words comforted him.
"Hopefully" he answered briefly.
Now I'm turning the conversation to another topic without having to mention his family. Perhaps the family theme is too sensitive for Judis. Sometimes we laugh and do not feel the ship has arrived at the second dock.
"I took Via, I happened to cross by car. It just so happens that our directional path goes in the same direction." Tawar Judah.
"I'll take the bus to Judis" I refused.
"Come on Via, I beg you not to refuse." Judis insisted.
"All right, but my bag's in the trunk of that bus." I pointed to the bus that was still parked.
Judis took my bag and I got in the car with Zaki.
"Is this your personal car, Judis?" Ask me to want to know.
"This is the car of the company I work for Via." Answer smiled.
Actually there's still a lot I want to ask Judis but, I'm afraid she's uncomfortable and knows too much about her privacy.
On the way home I'm used to sitting in the car seat or bus I always fall asleep. Maybe the effects of the land-based hangover drug I'm consuming.
I forget that Judis feels lonely driving with no interlocutors. I left him to sleep.
Suddenly the car stopped walking, I wriggled my body thinking I was home. It turns out that when I opened my eyes I was still halfway through. Apparently Judis was stopping at a rice house.
"Let's go down, we'll have lunch first." Yudis opened the car door. In my semi-conscious search for the whereabouts of my son Zaki. It turned out that Judis had taken him to the restaurant.
"Good day Judis" said the servant kindly. The waiter knew the name Judis probably because of the frequent subscription to eat here.
"How are you saying, Judis, your wife is beautiful." Said the mother looking at me.
Judis simply smiled in response to the mother's words to the owner of the restaurant without explaining that I was not his wife.
Food was also on the table. The large number of menus that Judis ordered made it difficult to choose which foods I should eat first. I remember my two sons in the village. Suddenly my taste was gone because I remembered them.
"I've wrapped it up for your two sons and your family in the village. Eat, the food's gonna get cold." Judis knew what I was thinking. While feeding Zaki occasionally Judis put rice in his own mouth.
Judis, Yoris and Mas Fatir are the kind and sincere men I have ever known. They all love my son. If that love had come from his own father. Ah, again I am reminded of the tyranny of Surya.
