Chapter 20 Meeting of Claudi & Marco

I've reached the place Marco said I was.

There's only one customer here, Marco. His face that seemed to say, "Aing is here" looked at me with a disgusting look. Not wanting to linger I immediately asked him what he wanted to know.

...

"Why did you call me here?"

"I want to tell you some bad news."

"Bad news?"

Marco showed me a picture of a man on his cell phone.

"See that."

I looked at the photo carefully, but there was nothing strange in my eyes.

"Dad will match you to that man."

"What?!!!"

Unknowingly I stood up from my position.

All the attention was on us, but luckily it was just me and Marco here.

"Calm down."

After asking me to think calmly, he apologized to the people around us.

I tried to calm myself down and asked the details of the nightmare.

"Why did you choose him?"

"I don't know."

"What do you know about this guy?"

"I can only say that he is a dangerous person."

That information was enough to describe my brother's haste, even he had to shut up for not liking to talk about the man who made him feel disgusted.

After sipping the tea that was on the table, Marco returned to our main topic of conversation.

"About Ren Gill, I want you to consider."

Ren again?

"I don't want him to get involved in our family's problems."

Marco denied my statement by estimating a situation I could not ignore.

"You get involved or not, he's already a thorn in Dad's flesh. You know that too, right? If you're in trouble, the kid will come."

I deny my brother's words.

"No, you're wrong. There's no way he's coming."

But, Marco still insisted on his words.

"He's coming."

"Why?"

"Because he has to get involved."

Marco's gaze turned extremely cold.

I warned him not to drag Ren into this matter.

"Don't involve him, whatever the reason is."

He turned my words around.

"He'll be involved, whatever the reason is."

"You .... "

Marco took his phone and showed me another photo.  The photo was of me taking Ren to his house. What's more, our faces are very clear in the photo.

Before I could speak, Marco immediately voiced his opinion.

"Free, you can't dodge."

"No, it's just me."

I lost my mind and subconsciously spoke as if I was challenging Marco to tell Dad the photo.

"Why don't you just show him that?"

"Do you really want me to see this?"

"No! You'll regret it."

Marco denied my words and turned threatening.

"It is precisely you who will regret it later because this photo is my last weapon to destroy everything, whether it is this family relationship to the life of the child."

"Why?"

Not understanding with my words he only let out a slight sound while tilting his head slightly.

"Why do you want to get him involved so badly?"

I ignored his initial sentence and questioned what he said at the end.

"How far do you know?"

I was surprised that he could know this even without being told.

"Where did you get that information?"

Marco only mentioned one name.

"June Lee."

Lee's? Why would he tell this guy all of Ren's plans? Did they make a deal together?

I tried to confirm that to Marco.

"What deal have you agreed on together?"

With a lightness, Marco told me everything.

"Five of your security, help with Ren's whole plan and .. overthrow Dad."

I asked after hearing the last sentence.

"Why would he want to do that?"

Unfortunately, Marco did not know it either.

"I don't know, he doesn't have a special relationship with Dad either. Even when I investigated the Jun family's background, they didn't have any connection to our family."

It's totally beyond my expectations. I didn't expect Lee to go that far and make a deal with Marco. That kid must have a lot of information that we still don't know and keep it all to himself.

I asked Lee's motive to my brother.

Not understanding, I asked Lee the relationship at this time.

"I don't know."

Yes, Marco is right. This is not the time to think about things that will not affect everyone's life. Now I just need to focus on our main goal.

Once there was nothing more to know, we split up there as well.

Without answering, I immediately left the place and returned to my peaceful room.
