Who's Luigi

Rayya bit her lip. She fears that Gavin will be angry with her if her Daddy finds out that the one who contacted her is an unknown man.

" Baby .. get me the phone, let Daddy pick up." Gavin, who was curious about the person who contacted his daughter, urged Rayya to give him her phone immediately.

Rayya finally handed the phone away with some hesitation to Gavin.

Gavin frowned looking at the nameless number on his son's phone screen. He then answered the phone call.

" Pronto, Assalamualikum .. come stai oggi, Rayya?" ( Hello, Assalamualaikum .. how are you today, Rayya )

" Waalaikumsalam, who is this?" Gavin frowned because the caller was in Italian but gave him the Assalamualaikum greeting.

" Oh, I'm sorry sir. Is this Rayya's number?" Luigi is surprised to find a male voice picking up Rayya's phone.

" Who are you?" search Gavin suspiciously.

" Let me introduce myself. I'm Luigi and I'm Rayya's friend from Italy." Luigi introduced himself to Gavin.

" Why are you calling my daughter?" Gavin was indeed very possessive when it came to that only daughter.

" Oh, sorry. Are you Rayya's dad? I just want to say my deepest condolences of Rayya's grandpa." Luigi finally conveyed his condolences to Gavin.

" Thank you, is there any else?"

" Hmm, can I talk to Rayya, sir?"

" Just is busy." Gavin's tone of voice sounded firm and crisp.

" Oh, I'm so sorry. Once more I just want to say my deepest condolences, sir. Assalamualaikum." Luigi decided to end his conversation with Gavin.

" Neurova ..." Gavin returns Luigi's greeting before Luigi turns off his phone call.

Rayya took a deep breath seeing that Daddy was speaking very firmly to Luigi.

" Who's Luigi, Baby?" Gavin then opened the whatsapp application because the number that contacted Rayya had a WhatsApp number. Gavin then clicked on the profile photo of the man named Luigi.

Gavin knitted his eyebrows together when he found the handsome young man emblazoned on the profile of the man named Luigi.

" Is he the one?" Gavin shows the photo to Rayya to make sure that the man is the same person who contacted Rayya's phone, and Rayya nods her head in confirming.

" Where do I want to see, By." Azzahra was curious about the man named Luigi until he snatched Rayya's phone from her husband's hand.

" God, this is so handsome, Rayya. What was his name? Meni casep pisan." Azzahra unknowingly praised Luigi's good looks.

" What did you say, Honey?" Gavin again seized Rayya's phone which was being looked at by Azzahra, more precisely Luigi's profile picture is being viewed Azzahra.

" How dare you praise another man in front of me." Gavin immediately gave a sharp eye towards his wife.

Azzahra immediately wrapped her hands around her husband's waist because she was furious to see him praising Luigi's good looks.

" Luigi is a handsome guy, like Hubby. But for me, nothing beats my husband's good looks." Azzahra leaned his body into the tall strapping body of Gavin.

" Who is Luigi, Baby? Which man is he? Why would he say assalamualaikum?" asked Gavin to take a look.

" He's Italian, Dad. He is a Muslim." Rayya explained.

Gavin raised an eyebrow hearing Luigi's explanation of his beliefs.

" Where do you know him? Is he a student at your college, too?" search Gavin again.

" Rayya met him at the Grande Mosque of Rome, Dad. He's a lecturer at Rayya's college."

" Yes, Mom."

" Masha Allah, already handsome, lecturer, seiman as well. Mommy agrees that you're with her, Rayya." Azzahra seemed to be completely fascinated by Luigi's figure even though he had not met the man in person.

" Honey, you're nothing, anyway? Why do you want that guy we don't know to be our baby mate?" gavin protest.

" But he seems like a good guy, By. Is that right, Rayya?" Azzahra asked Rayya.

" Hmmm, I-yes, Mom."

" Tuh, Rayya said Luigi was good, too, By."

" Now, don't talk about it!" Gavin seems to object Azzahra discussing the matter of Luigi who considered his wife was suitable for Rayya. " Baby, what's the purpose of the man approaching you?" Gavin then changed to sit on the hanging swing that had been occupied by Umi Rara.

" He just wants to be friends with Rayya, Dad. Coincidentally we met at the mosque and then talked and it turns out he was an alumnus at the campus where Rayya attended college. He also planned to teach there." Rayya explains what she heard from Luigi, but she does not explain the desire of Luigi who wants to be her lover.

" Did your brother know about Luigi?" ask Gavin in the morning.

" Yes, Dad. Willy's brother knows about Luigi."

" Why didn't he tell Daddy?"

" Dad, not everything that happens to Rayya has to be reported to Daddy, right? Willy's brother Rayya's not Daddy's surveillance detective who must report what Rayya did there. Please, Dad. Stop treating Rayya like a child." Rayya complains of Gavin's never-deterred possessive attitude towards him.

" You mind Daddy watching you, Baby?" Gavin looks disappointed at the protest put forward by Rayya.

" It's not so, Dad. Rayya just does not want Rayya's association limited. Daddy has to trust Rayya if Rayya can take good care of Rayya there. After all, there's not only Willy's sister, but Simone, who's keeping Rayya." Now Rayya sits next to Gavin by leaning her body on Daddy.

" Is he jealous of Luigi? If Mommy thinks she likes you."

" Michelle likes Simone, Mom."

" Mirhelle?" Gavin and Azzahra find out that William of Jovanka's younger brother likes Simone.

" Yes, Dad, Mom. Rayya just wants them to be close. Simone's a good guy, Rayya thinks she'll fit in with Simone." Rayya smiled, after yesterday crying and sad finally the smile could be painted clearly on Rayya's lips.

" Do you want to be a matchmaker for them, Baby?" gavin asked his forehead.

" God willing, hopefully they're a match, Dad. So Brother Willy need not worry, the other sister will be taken care of by a man as good as Simone, Dad."

" God, your heart is truly amazing, Baby. You pay attention to the happiness of others. Daddy hopes baby will get your happiness with the man who will be your soul mate later." Gavin kissed his daughter.

" Amijn ..." Rayya and Azzahra are talking at the same time.
