Rainbow At The End of Longing

Rainbow At The End of Longing
36. Back To Home

Three days after the birth of baby Angkasa, I was finally allowed to return home. Because alhamdulillaah my condition and baby Angkasa are all healthy and normal.

Me, Mas Awan, Keinan, and baby Angkasa came home by driving Papa Surya's car along with Papa Surya and Mama Wulan as well. While my mother and Hamzah participated in the car Bang Langit, Kak Jani, Bintang, and Inara.

The car driven by Papa Surya and Bang Langit has now stopped in the yard smoothly. We all got out of our cars.

The clouds stopped their steps for a moment. He looked at the building of this house carefully. I who is currently holding baby Angkasa then also helped stop my steps next to Mas Awan.

"Why, Mas?" soft ask.

"I don't believe it yet, baby. I can finally go back to this house again today. After almost six months," replied Mas Awan still with a look at this house.

I smile. I can very well understand what Mas Awan is feeling right now. Without us both knowing, it turned out that Mama Wulan and the others had also stopped their steps behind us both.

"You know what, honey? This house is a silent witness of all the journey of Mas's life so far. Since the birth of a new child, even to this day. And after almost six months of leaving this house, finally today Mas can return to this house again. My heart is so happy, baby. Finally, Mas can go back to this house and regroup with all of you, the people who are most dear and most valuable in Mas's life," said Mas Awan again.

"Thankful thank God, yes. Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala still allows all of us to regroup together in this house" I said with a gentle smile.

Greb!!!

Suddenly, Mama Wulan was between me and Mas Awan, embracing both of us on the right and left.

"God is Great with all His power. Finally Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala granted all our do'a-do'a all this time and returned the Clouds to us until finally we can all gather together again as before now," mama Wulan said by turning to me and Mas Awan.

"Yes, Mama's really, really," I said.

"Yes already. Let's go straight in. Pity the Space if it's too long outside," asked Mama Wulan later.

"Yes, Ma," replied Me and Mas Awan at the same time.

The three of us then stepped along to the terrace of the house to then enter the house. Papa Surya and the others followed behind us.

Bik Sani immediately welcomed us all. Bik Sani also then helped bring our luggage from the hospital earlier.

Mama Wulan then invited us all to sit together in the living room. Bang Langit and Hamzah even moved some chairs from the dining table. Because indeed the sofa in the living room is certainly not enough to sit us all at this time.

"Alhamdulillaah, finally we all got home safely," said Mama Wulan after sitting on the sofa of this family room with all of us.

"Yes, Ma. Alhamdulillaah," replied me and the others as well.

Not long after that Bik Sani came with tea for us all. We all immediately drank the tea, just to relieve thirst after the trip home from the hospital.

After talking and chatting for a while, finally mother and Hamzah then decided to go home first.

"Solar, Mrs Wulan, me and Hamzah want to leave first, yes. Tomorrow God willing we're here again" said my mother.

"Why should you hurry, Miss Aminah?" mama Wulan asked.

"Shofi, Awan, and we all need a break, too, Ms. Wulan. Coming home from the hospital will still be tired too. Tomorrow we can still come again, ma'am" replied the mother, smiling.

"Hmm, yes if so," said Mama Wulan in the end.

"If so Abang same Jani and the children also say goodbye to go home first, Pa, Ma. All of you want to help Bu Aminah with Hamzah as well" said Bang Langit.

"Eh, don't listen to pa-pa, son. Hamzah's mother can go home alone. Don't need to take any more of you," I refused to feel awkward.

"Yes, Miss Aminah. Let Sky and Jani who nganterin same mother Hamzah go home," added Papa Surya as well.

"Hmm, yes already then," said the mother also in the end.

Mom got up from her seat and approached me.

"Sister, Hamzah's same mother came home first, yes. Brother get enough rest. Let the condition recover soon again and the seams will also dry soon," said mother at once told me.

"Yes, Mom. Careful, yeah. Mom at home should rest too. Must be tired waiting for my brother in the hospital," I replied.

"Mom's not tired, brother. But I'm calm, I'll definitely rest well" said my mother.

Mother then hugged me briefly then kissed baby Angkasa's cheeks as well. After that then the mother also said goodbye to Mas Awan, Keinan, Mama Wulan, and Papa Surya as well. Hamzah, Bang Langit, Kak Jani, Bintang, and Inara then also say goodbye to me, Mas Awan, Keinan, Mama Wulan, and Papa Surya alternately.

After they finished saying goodbye, the six of them then left this house to go home first.

"Awan, Shofi, you two should also go straight up and rest. Both of you still need enough rest" said Papa Surya then after the departure of his mother, Hamzah, Bang Langit, Kak Jani, Bintang, and Inara.

"Yes, Pa. If so the same Cloud Shofi immediately bring Space and Keinan up yes, Pa," said Mas Awan.

"Yes. Papa also yesterday moved her baby crib Angkasa to your bedside. It was cleaned too. So it can be used directly," said Papa Surya.

"Siip. Papa is the best. Thank you, Pa," said Mas Awan.

"Yes, equally," replied Papa Surya.

"Come, brother, we go upstairs. Kak Kei also took a nap first, so that later he could play again the same as his Space Dedek," Mas Awan told Keinan.

"Ready, Papa," Keinan replied.

"Shofi went upstairs first yes, Pa, Ma" I said.

"Yes, Shofi," replied Papa Surya and Mama Wulan.

The clouds helped me to stand up. After that Mas Awan then carried Keinan and embraced me as well. We walked up the stairs to the top floor where our room was.

Arriving inside the room, Mas Awan then brought Keinan to wash his hands and feet in the bathroom. After that Mas Awan also immediately greeted Keinan to take a nap. While I was also breastfeeding baby Angkasa.

A few moments later, Keinan was already asleep in his sleep. Likewise with baby Angkasa who has finished breastfeeding and returned to sleep again. I then put baby Angkasa into her crib.

"Here, dear," called Mas Awan who had sat himself on the edge of the bed.

"Yes, Mas" I said with a smile.

I walked over to Mas Awan and sat next to him. We both sat facing each other. Mas Awan then raised his right hand and gently stroked my cheek.

"They're so happy, baby. We can finally get together again like we used to. Even now our small family is also more complete with the presence of baby Space as well," said Mas Awan.

"Yes, Mas. I'm also very happy. After almost six months finally Mas Awan returned as well and could gather again with all of us," I said.

Mas Awan then kissed my forehead full of affection. After that Mas Awan immediately hugged me tightly. I returned Mas Awan's embrace equally tightly. We both re-expressed our longing through this warm, affectionate embrace.
