CHAPTER 26

Julian got out of his car parked in the basement of the hospital. His footsteps could be heard tapping on the floor, slightly in a hurry as he walked with wide strides

Julian has long realized he has started to love Vania, ever since she chose Vania over her baby. Nothing was more important than Vania then, it might sound evil, but she was willing to lose the baby than Vania.

But after talking to Angel in his office earlier made Julian's mind more open, he would not make Vania choose anything. Because Julian himself will make the decision. Vania should marry him no matter what. Julian saw Mr. Norman just walk into the hospital lobby holding a bag of drinks in his hand

"Vania.." call Julian in a panic, somehow he realizes what situation he is currently in. Julian quickly stepped towards the door, took a quick glance into the baby box and stopped, his eyes catching something inside the baby box.

Slowly Julian pulled out a folded piece of paper that was next to his baby. With a feeling of fear Julian also read the writing that was written

_Mr Granger Actually before you asked me to make a decision I made my own decision, I left this baby with you. He is yours and forever will be yours. I'm sorry.if I leave this way, because I won't be able to see you or Uncle Norman hand the rest of the money over to me if I tell you directly. I don't want your money, sir, enough for this baby to have so much love and I'll be happy.. Then, thank you for choosing to save me that night.. Goodbye to Vania Anastasha

Julian gripped the letter paper with his hands shaking violently.. Vania can't leave him like this.

"Uncle.." Julian ran out to call Mr. Norman who was still in the hospital. Mr. Norman immediately approached Julian when he saw his employer looked strange

"Sir..?"

"Find Vania"

"What's..?"

"She's gone, look around the hospital, I'll ask the nurse" Julian ordered. Mr. Norman obeyed Julian immediately and ran to the hospital cafeteria. Julian asked any nurse he met, looking among several patients who wore the same clothes

"What are you guys doing? Why can the patient leave without you knowing?" julian snapped at one of the sisters, actually they were innocent, just that Julian needed someone to vent his frustration

"I want you to look for him all over this hospital" Julian said.

Feeling guilty because a patient disappeared the sisters who were not on duty began to search, the security guard who guarded the hospital also helped find Vania. An hour passed and the result was still nil, Mr. Norman had also returned while shaking his head

"I can't find him anywhere, sir" Julian furrowed his brows, thinking hard

"He's still not recovered, is he? he must be still around this hospital"

"If she told me to go buy some juice to run away, that means it's been a long time, sir, Miss Vania might not be in this hospital"

"I don't want to know, find him"

"Where?"

"Where to his house, where to work, where to go"

"We don't have a home or work address, sir, you're forbidding me to find out about the girl, so we don't have any bio on her. All we know is his name" Julian stared in horror at Mr. Norman, right? just the name he has today, Julian knows Vania has a mother who is cared for by her friend but Julian does not know the name of her friend or where she lives

"Where, look for him, ask the police or whatever" Mr. Norman wants to argue with Julian, they don't have any data on Vania, to the police station is also free if only give a name without a photo or anything

"I don't want to know.I want her found" Julian snapped angrily.

"Hurry up" he did not care if the man was older than him, you could even say the man was already like his own father.but Julian was too tense and scared at the moment. A few days ago he almost lost Vania, but God said otherwise, he still gave life to Vania, now he has completely lost the girl, without the slightest trace

Mr. Norman nodded his head quickly and rushed away from the hospital. Julian clenched his hand tightly, he shouldn't buy time, he should have immediately expressed his feelings. Is it too late now?.

In a playground a girl was running with a few thin blankets, she looked very rushed because of the clothes she was wearing. His breath was hunting fast when he saw his best friend sitting on a park bench

"Vaniaa.." the girl approached Vania

"Mira.." Vania raised her head and smiled in relief, she was finally able to meet her friend after waiting for almost half an hour

"You must be cold" Mira put her blanket on Vania's back and held Vania's hand

"You're cold?" Mira asked so because the spatter began to fall making very cold air piercing the skin plus it was night

"No. I'm fine"

"What's going on? Why are you back so soon?"

"The baby was born"

"Having been born..?"

"Yes.." Vania looked down sad

"Because of my stupidity I almost made her die, but in the end we both could be saved" Mira poked her arm over Vania's shoulder, rubbing the girl's arm

"I left after I recovered, just like the deal"

"Just walk away?"

"Dear.."

"You got your money?"

Vania shook her head, tears falling back on her cheeks

"I can't, I can't take the money, all I want to do is take the baby with me but I can't do it either, it's the baby"

"But she's your baby too"

"From the beginning the baby was hers, and she just wanted the baby"

"Vania.." Mira leaned her chin on Vania's shoulder, tightly hugging her best friend
