Queen For The King's

28. Forgetting Events

King sighed deeply, the sky had darkened and King was still silent on his balcony. It has been two weeks since the challenge was made, but King still has not succeeded in making Queen melt.

The spirit that was once created is now lost again, approaching Queen through her family is indeed successful, but King does not feel satisfied because Queen is still enough to keep her distance. "Truly heart as hard as stone" murmured King. "Is he still waiting for the blonde?" king taunts Arthur, the man Queen liked long ago.

While busy contemplating his fate, the sound of Kimberly's call made King even more upset. "What's up Mom? I don't want to be disturbed" King protested without turning to Kimberly, who was now walking towards him.

"Gosh King, you're not ready yet?" kimberly asked angrily, she shook her head in disbelief as she stared at the beautiful clock that coiled in her hands. "There's still 20 minutes, get ready for King!"

Both of King's brows were linked, he turned his head towards Kimberly with a puzzled look. "Pregnant? where are we going, Mom?" king asked and a memory appeared in his head just as Kimberly had opened her mouth and was preparing to scold him. "I totally forgot Mom! I'll get ready now!" squealing King while directly running towards his room, he really did not remember if his Uncle held a wedding anniversary party tonight.

King quickly changed his clothes with a shirt and took the suit he had originally worn. "Why not wear a shirt on an event like that!" gerutu King while tidying up the previously messy shirt is now much neater. King tidied his hair with a comb then shuffled it slowly so as not to look too formal and boring. "OK, ten minutes you've become a handsome King" he said, looking at his reflection in the mirror with satisfaction.

After feeling enough and no one missed King returned to the outside of the room and met his parents who looked so harmonious. "King?" adam asked puzzledly and turned to Kimberly. "Don't you say King's gonna be a little late, baby?"

"Well, what I saw was like that, baby" Kimberly replied. "King, be nice during the show at the start okay? never tease your cousin again to cry." Kimberly's two eyes looked at King with a warning look.

During the trip King was just busy on his phone, discussing with Sam for a more mainstream way to let Queen's heart melt.

"King, save your phone, we're here."

"Don't be too hard on our dear child, he may be tired on his college assignments," said Adam who is quite relieved King because it means there is still enough understanding on him.

"Maybe she's tired of the trouble she's making herself dear, I'm her mother and I know why she's acting this way" Kimberly replied quite infuriatingly in King's ears.

When King felt that tonight's event would be so boring, King's eyes accidentally saw Queen who had just gotten out of the car. She was wearing a dark-colored dress so beautiful, instantly her spirit appeared. "Are Matthew's family invited?" ask King.

"Of course, honey, he's well acquainted with Wil" replied Adam softly.
