Pursuing Love in the Past

Pursuing Love in the Past
The departure of Ayunda

The morning sun seemed to be racing with dark clouds that wanted to precede it. In just a moment, a speck of rain had already fallen soaking the earth.

This morning Ayunda was packing her clothes while staring out the window that began to dew.

"Why does it suddenly rain" he said a little annoyed. He closed the suitcase full of personal belongings, then pushed it out of the room.

Adrian looked at Ayunda who was walking with a suitcase. " Why do the deck manyun?", asked the older brother. "It's still morning, lo." The brother reminded while rubbing peanut butter on a piece of bread in his hand.

"It's raining outside, brother."

Adrian glanced at Yunda at a glance "Yes, you know. What's the connection?"adrian said, putting half the bread in his mouth.

Ayunda did not respond to the words of her brother. He continued his steps and sat down on one of the chairs. His hand grabbed the glass on the table and filled it with warm tea from inside the teapot. "Heh, today Yunda began to step up to achieve a dream, but the weather was not supportive." he regretted while sipping tea from a glass in his hand.

Adrian swallowed the rest of the bread in his mouth. "Don't get me wrong, it could be rain that brings blessings" said Adrian as he reached out his hand to grab the fries in front of Ayunda.

Ayunda brushed off the brother's hand. "It's Yunda's, brother."

"For a minute, aja. Very tickle, anyway." Adrian's hand seemed not in line with his words.

"Little what?" exclaimed Ayunda when he saw the brother only left half his fries.

"What's wrong?" ask the father when he just came out of the room with the mother.

They were at the dinner table to enjoy breakfast. But the mother forced her husband back into the room. She wanted to ask for an opinion on something that was connected with the departure of Ayunda that only the mother and her husband could know.

"Where are you and your mom from?" ask Ayunda by slipping her naughty smile.

"Hus, just want to know the affairs of the parents" said the father while winking.

The mother shook her head while looking at her husband and beautiful daughter. "Yunda.." call the mother, to divert the net Ayunda look towards the mother.

"Yes, bun", said Ayunda who was still curious about what his father and his mother had done.

The mother cleared her throat while taking out something from inside the bag she was carrying while going outside from inside the room. "Mother can only give this", said the mother while putting a jewelry box in Ayunda's hand.

Ayunda inched backwards while encouraging the courtesy of the mother's hand. "Don't, bun", refuse.

"Why, son?"

"Yunda still has his own savings. Better this mother keep it." said Ayunda smiled. She is very familiar with the wishes of the mother, if she has taken out her jewelry.

The mother shook her head too. "This is not as you imagine, try to see first", pinta the mother by putting the jewelry box back in Ayunda's hand. Her net implied there was a sense of worry for her daughter.

Ayunda opened the jewelry box. His eyebrows were clinging to each other when he saw a neatly folded letter inside. "What is this letter, bun?" ask her while opening the letter. "Mother.." he whined when he had just read the title of the letter written by the mother. Then he ran scattering himself in the arms of the mother.

"Tomorrow is the first day you're not with Yunda." The mother's raucous voice tickled Ayunda's heart.

Ayunda looked up at the mother's sad face. With reddened eyes the mother gently rubbed Ayunda's face "Take care of yourself, son." The mother's tears fell, heartbreaking Ayunda. But this is a decision in achieving his dream.

"Yunda will definitely miss father, mother and sister Adrian" said Ayunda. Her tears fell freely until the roar of Ayunda's cries filled the dining room.

"It's been... It's been. It's not a goodbye forever. Yunda we want to achieve his dream. So let him go with a sincere heart" said the father.

Ayunda slowly stopped her crying voice. While the mother nodded slowly, then forcefully pulled the corner of her lips. "Mother will miss you too, son." said the mother while peeking at Ayunda's forehead and gently rubbing the remaining tears on Ayunda's cheeks.

The father and Adrian came to the mother and Ayunda, then they embraced each other and threw smiles at each other. After the hug began to give a sultry feeling, together they released it. At this time the warmth again enveloped the Ayunda family.

Ayunda received it with sparkling eyes, her hand moving quickly opened the box. "This is very good" said Ayunda. A red towel bearing his name has made Ayunda's heart cheerful again. "Thank you, sis. Yunda likes it", Ayunda said when touching the embroidery of her name.

"Good if you like" said Adrian with a smile.

Father and mother also smiled when they saw the smile on the beautiful face of Ayunda. They are getting ready to take Ayunda to the International airport, because the check-in time is 1 hour away.

The Santoso Station office.

Reina gave a rough snort as the task given to her was stacked against the height of the Himalayas.

"What was this yesterday, huh?" Reina muttered considering the many things that Tya had taught, because today Tya was no longer working. Reina had to do a lot of work with deadlines almost at the same time.

"Darrr..."

"Eh, darrr... darrr.." greet Reina with a chatter.

"Kang Asep.." he shouted then with annoyance when he saw the bully who had made himself talkative.

"Yes, dear Reina", said Asep with a smile.

Reina shuddered when she heard Asep's words. "Don't bother, or I report to Miss", threatened Reina who made Asep's guts faint. She had just seen Reina adore her heart, but she had to leave Reina who was giving her a murderous look.

"Bye, baby", Asep said by giving kiss bye.

Just a few minutes after Asep's departure, Winda came to him. "Hi Reina", said Vinda.

"Yes, Miss Winda. Can anyone help?" Reina got up from the seat while slipping her smile.

"What about your job today. Any difficulties?" Netra Winda blinked as if in disbelief at the pile of files on Reina's desk.

"Ehm, there's still a little bit of ma'am" he said honestly. It felt like she wanted to cry seeing all the work that always came without being invited.

"Which one?" ask Vinda by approaching Reina, until Vinda can see clearly what has been done by her. But Winda gasped as he saw a blank table fill Reina's computer screen.

"So you really don't understand?" Winda clucked in annoyance when he saw Reina's work. Just now he was about to give a new task, but the blood flowing through his veins seemed to boil.

Reina bowed in embarrassment, her fingers squeezing each other. "Sorry, ma'am."

Winda also snorted violently. "Do you still need Tya here?" Willa made an offer, maybe Tya can help Reina. Because 4 days does not seem to be enough to train Reina.

"Ehm, isn't that going to trouble Tya's mom?" Reina nervous. He does not want to be rated as an uncompensated person.

"You just have to answer, need it or not!" suhut Vinda firmly.

"Yes, ma'am." Reina nodded quickly. He thought that Miss Willa would get angry and replace her position with someone else.

"Okay, just wait."

"Good, mom. Thanks in advance."

Winda replied with a thud, then stepped away from Reina who was still standing behind her desk.

"It turns out that Winda's a good person" Reina muttered.
