As Arzan said, he and his family came to Kia's house. An unexpected surprise ensues, and Dean's family and Zivana's little ones arrive. It's completely unexpected, Kia knows Zivana is still pregnant but now she's in front of Kia holding a tiny baby. When did she give birth?

"Why your face?" zivana asked as she looked at Kia's shocked face, the girl still could not believe what she was seeing now.

"You shouldn't have given birth to Ziva, so why is there a baby?" kia continued.
