Chapter 20: Accepted Work
Dito dropped Angel in front of his office. Angel was well dressed in a long-sleeved white shirt and a knee-length black skirt, and a black handbag in her hand. He let his long hair unravel and swish his front a little backward.
"You wait here first yes, you want to park the motorcycle first" said Dito
"Well, I.", replied Angel
Dito left Angel alone in front of the office.
"This is the place where I dropped the girl.." Angel's mind
Angel looked around, it was seen that some people had started to arrive. Not long ago Dito came to him and invited him in. There is already security guarding the door in out.
After going inside, Dito told Angel to wait on the bench to wait.
"You just sit and wait here, okay? Later wait for the HRD to call you. I want to work first. Later you will go home by taxi just so it is safe." explained Dito
"Yes, yes" replied Angel.
"Yes, I've stayed." said Dito
Dito left Angel alone sitting there. Angel who began to look nervous because it had been a long time since he lived in his grandmother's house he never went to the city like now.
Outside the building, Aarav comes and gets out of his car with his driver. He stepped his foot into the building.
"Good morning sir", said Security guarding the door
"morning.", answered Aarav.
The door opened automatically and Aarav entered the building. Everyone who saw his arrival immediately greeted him. He walked towards the elevator on the right from where he had entered. He pushed the elevator button and waited for it to open
Angel looked at the man in black who was waiting for the elevator which was visible from the back from where he was sitting waiting. Men with a height of about 180cm, he stood firmly and his body looks ideal even though it only looks from the back.
"Maybe it's her boss" Angel thought.
Angel was getting nervous, because so nervous it made Angel want to go to the toilet to urinate.
He got up and wanted to find his toilet.
The elevator doors opened and Aarav entered. He saw a girl in a white shirt from behind and felt familiar, but suddenly the elevator door closed again.
Angel asked the direction of the toilet to one of the staff there. He also walked to the toilet that was informed by the staff.
After he finished urinating he went back to where he was sitting and there was another girl, her age did not seem much different from him. He sat there again.
"Hi.. do you want an interview too??" asked the girl next to him
"Yes.", replied Angel.
"Know me Naura.", said the girl thrusting her right hand.
Angel welcomed the girl's hand
"Angel.", replied Angel.
Not long ago a woman dressed very neatly using a white blazer and a black skirt on her knees approached them
"You guys are coming for an interview, right?" Ask the woman
Angel and Naura nodded simultaneously
"Let's come with me" said the woman
Angel and Naura followed behind the woman.
The woman took him to the HRD room
"You wait here first yes, you will be called in turns", said the Woman
The woman entered the HRD room, not long after she went back out and left Angel and Naura both there.
After waiting for some time a young man came out of the room and called Naura and Angel in turn for an interview.
Naura was called in for an interview. After waiting for about 20 minutes, Naura came out and before long Angel was called in and started in the interview
"Congratulations, you're welcome at this company. From tomorrow you can start working here" said a young man.
"Thank you sir." said Angel kindly
Angel came out and saw Naura who was still waiting for him on the front bench of the room.
Angel walked up to him.
"Where? You accepted?" Ask Naura
Angel was pleased
"Yes I was accepted", replied Angel.
"Then tomorrow we work together", exclaimed Naura happy
"Well what are you going home?", asked Naura
"I'm taking a taxi home, are you?" Angel asked
"I'm on foot. I happen to have contracted not far from here" said Naura.
"Oh. If that's how if I keep you on foot until your contract. I'll find a taxi later" Angel said
"Really??" Naura asked in disbelief
"Yes, come on." said Naura
They left the place and went back downstairs.
Once downstairs they walked out of the building
Meanwhile, Aarav who was standing in his room and looking out of the glass window of his room. The weather that day looked very bright.
Suddenly someone knocked on the door
"Come in"
He said without taking his eyes off the scenery out there.
"Excuse me sir, I need your signature for this document" Devi said
Devi walked towards Aarav's desk. Aarav walked up to Devi and took the Map in Devi's hands, read it for a while and signed it. After he finished signing her, he handed her back to Devi
"Is there a new staff at the office?" asked Aarav
"True sir, Mr. Vino from the HRD has interviewed them. Tomorrow they start work" replied Devi
"Alright, guide them well" said Aarav
"Good sir. Then excuse me" said Devi
Devi left Aarav's room.
Meanwhile, Angel and Naura are walking towards Naura's boarding house
"Yes you are from Jakarta??", asked Naura
"No. I'm from the village, I'm with my brother here.?" asked Angel
"Sama. I only have no brothers here so I'm boarding myself" Naura replied
"You're brave... Are your parents not worried about you?" Ask Angel
Naura shook her head
"Both of my parents are dead. I live with my aunt and uncle in the village. I don't want to bother them so I just go wandering around." replied Naura
"Ohhh. sorry yes.", said Angel felt bad.
"It's okay" Naura said casually
"Do you have a boyfriend??" asked Naura
"No, I don't have a boyfriend" Angel answered.
"Then anyway?? You are beautiful. Time does not have a boyfriend" said Naura in disbelief.
"Do you have a boyfriend??" asked Angel
"Hehehe. No, no, no", said Naura
They laugh together too. After walking for a long time they finally reached their intended place
"That's my contract", point Naura at one of the four-story houses.
"You want to come in first?", take Naura
"Not next time. Afraid of the housewives", replied Angel
"Yes, I've already asked you to take a taxi first" said Naura
Naura drove Angel back to the front of the highway not far from her contract. Not long after a taxi appeared and they stopped the taxi.
"Yes, I went home first. See you tomorrow" said Angel
"Yes, thank you for doing me" said Naura
"Yes the same" Angel answered
Angel entered the taxi and the taxi drove away from Naura
"Be careful on the road!! Dahhhh", Shouted Naura
Meanwhile, in the taxi, Angel opened her high heels. His feet were scuffed and sick. He wears Rani's shoes because he doesn't have high heels. He thought later if it had been payday he would just buy new shoes because he did not want to trouble Dito and Rani continue. Maybe later if he already has his own salary he will contract or only cost like Naura earlier.
After a few minutes the taxi stopped in front of the house Angel said. Angel got out of the taxi after putting on her shoes and paying for the taxi.
The taxi left Angel
Angel opened the door and walked in. He opened the front door of the house that was not in the key. He was about to enter his room when Rani saw him and approached him
"You're home yet? What was the interview?", asked Rani
"Alhamdulillah Angel accepted mba work" said Angel Sumringah
"You're accepted? Geez mba join the seneng", exclaimed Rani
"Yes now you change clothes first, then we have lunch together. You must be hungry, right?", Take Rani
"Yes, yes, I changed my clothes first, mba.."
Angel went into her room to change her clothes. While Rani goes to prepare food for them at the dinner table.
