Breaking Cooperation

It did not take long to make the house located in front of Rizal's office a dwelling for Grace for the next year. Indra's answer made Grace turn her gaze toward Indra.

" You're the one who left, huh! I'm lazy to go with him!" Even Grace showed Rizal her dislike in front of the man's men.

" Well, why, Mother?" asked Indra with a grin. He knows about the video. It feels strange that Grace refuses to go with Rizal

Grace grunted violently. He was lazy to meet with Rizal, now he just has to go with the man.

" You go, I won't come!" Grace decides she will not go with Rizal and Indra takes care of the land dispute.

" If Jamal is coming to work today, Grace is not coming, no problem. But, today Jamal did not enter so Mbak must join "Indra said if Grace is obliged to accompany Rizal.

Before lunch time, Rizal, Grace and Indra set off for town X. Indra was driving the car, while Rizal was sitting next to him and Grace was sitting right behind Rizal.

Rizal talked to Indra a lot along the way, while Grace was just silent, not talking and listening. He focused more on the phone in his hand and heard music through the earphones attached to his ears.

" We will stop first at the fried chicken restaurant near SPBU on the city border, Ndra. We promised Mr. Handy to meet there." Rizal instructs Indra to stop at the restaurant she had scheduled to meet with Handy.

Rizal glanced at the rearview mirror to look at the back of the chair he was sitting in. It looks like Grace is wearing a hat with her phone. They have hardly ever spoken out since their quarrel. He then ended his gaze on Grace through the rearview mirror. She doesn't want her activity of stealing glances to Grace known to the woman.

Ten minutes later, the car driven by Indra entered the courtyard of a fried chicken restaurant, and stopped after Indra parked the car he was driving.

Grace turned her gaze from the phone as she felt the car stop walking. The earphone he had placed on his ear made him not listen to what was discussed between Rizal and Indra earlier.

" We'll go down to eat first!" Seeing Grace not getting out of the car, Rizal opened the door on Grace's side sitting down and told the woman to come down to follow her.

No objection, Grace then went down to follow what Rizal asked her, until now they walked into the fried chicken restaurant.

Actually Grace was lazy to accept Handy's handshake. But, because he did not want Rizal to comment later on regarding himself as disrespectful, he finally received Handy's handshake.

However, as Grace's hand shook Handy's, the man's finger tickled Grace's palm.

Feeling that Handy had committed an act of abusing herself with the code given by the man, Grace shook Handy's hand very tightly

" Abueh ...!" Handy grimaced in pain as Grace shook her hand with quite a strong exertion.

Handy's screech made the people there pay attention to them.

" It's polite to be dealing with women, you old man!" Grace even rebuked Handy.

" Sir Rizal, how do you hire such a thug woman on your team?" Feeling humiliated by Grace, Handy is enraged and immediately reprimands Rizal.

" Ndra, please take her!" Rizal orders Indra to accompany Grace back to the car.

" Good, sir." Indra replied. " Come, Ma'am." then Indra invited Grace to leave the restaurant.

Grace glanced at Handy and then looked cynically at Rizal, before she left the restaurant following Indra.

" Prince Handy, once again I am truly sorry for the actions of my men." After Grace leaves them, Rizal again sends his apology to Handy so that the anger of his client subsides.

" Did that woman often behave badly like that?" handy asked as if to blame Grace.

" He's been in trouble a few times, Mr. Handy. Therefore I ask Mr. Handy's understanding not to decide our cooperation." By agreeing to what Handy said, Rizal hoped that the man would be able to understand.

" If he does make mistakes often, why did Mr. Rizal put him in charge of my case? I have promised Mr. Rizal a very high fee if this case can be resolved properly and I can get back to the land. But, Mr. Rizal put an imprudent person to take care of my case!" Handy still can not forgive Grace's attitude earlier, even she increasingly expressed her disappointment to Rizal for choosing the wrong team members to cope with her case.

" That's not what I mean, Mr. Handy. Actually he was only accompanying Indra and Jamal who actually handled the case of Mr. Handy. Both of my men are very professional, sir." Rizal is still trying to convince Handy to rethink if they want to cancel their cooperation.

Meanwhile Grace and Indra have reached the restaurant parking lot. According to Rizal's orders, Grace was told to wait in the car.
