Begging to David

While Rizal waits outside Grace's nursery. Agatha herself in the room was having a serious conversation with Grace who was already conscious.

" Grace, Mama told you, stay away from Joe! He's a poison that can destroy your life." Agatha lamented Grace's stubbornness in not listening to her advice.

Grace was silent, not answering what her mother had said. He wanted to deny, in fact his mother was right. Joe cunningly lured himself. Joe managed to escape after injuring her.

" Mom wants to go to Mr. David Richard's office. Mama's gonna beg Mr. David for mercy so you don't get dragged to the green table." Agatha plans to meet David. As a mother, she wanted to protect her child from the punishment that Grace was prepared to take.

Grace looked at Mama with a look of dislike with the plan that her Mama wanted to do.

" Why did Mama beg that man?!" ketus Grace was full of hate.

" For what? Of course to help relieve you of the punishment, Grace! Do you want to stay in jail?" Agatha did not understand why her son looked calm and did not feel the slightest worry about the threat of prison because of Grace.

" Mum, can't you help me find a lawyer to get me out of this? Mama'll be able to hire an expensive lawyer to help me." Grace still considers if the wealth owned by Papa and his mother is able to escape from the law.

" Grace, the person you're dealing with isn't a random person. He is David Richard, a wealthy businessman who has five-star hotels spread across several major cities in Indonesia. No matter how much money you can pay to hire a great lawyer, you still can't help you, Grace. Gavin and his Daddy will definitely make sure that you're really going to get punished." Agatha made it clear that Grace did not take for granted who she was dealing with.

" Ck, I didn't kill Gavin, Mam. It's only time for something like that that that I can go to jail!" Grace considers her mistake not fatal. Moreover, Gavin was still safe when he escaped that night.

" Geez, Grace! Are you this ..." Agatha massaged her temple. Facing the princess only wayangnya it does require patience.

" Mama's dizzy talking to you. You better see Mr. David now." Agatha took her bag and stepped out of Grace.

David was busy with some of the archives he had to study before he put his signature on the sheet when Maria, his secretary came into his room.

" Excuse me, Sir. Sir outside is Mrs Agatha. He insisted on meeting Mr. David." Mary who entered David's room reported Agatha's arrival.

" What's he doing here?" David scrunched his forehead.

" I don't know, sir." Maria answered the boss's question.

" All right, get him in. And please prepare security in case the woman makes a scene in this place, Maria!" david's orders to Maria.

A few minutes later Maria brought Agatha into David's room.

" Good morning, Mr. David." Agatha greeted David as she walked into Dad David's room.

" Come in, Madame Agatha." David got up from his seat and let Agatha sit on the sofa in his room.

" What need do you need to meet me, Mrs Agatha?" david asked the woman who had been his son-in-law.

" Mister David, I beg you to release my son Grace. I know what my son is doing is dangerous but, believe me, sir. All because of the bad influence of his friend. So I beg you to retract Grace's assault on Gavin." Agatha submitted her request to David to release Grace from the legal bondage that would befall her son.

David sighed deeply in response to Agatha's request. Actually he himself felt sorry for what happened to Grace. However, what Grace did to Gavin really made her very angry. Grace could have killed Gavin that night had Rizal and Vito not come to her aid.

" Do you know what your daughter has done has put three lives at risk at once, Madam? My son, my daughter-in-law and my future grandchildren! David stared with cold eyes.

" I know, Sir. My son has gone the wrong way. He was injured and nearly killed by his male friend. So I begged to free my son. I promise I'll keep an eye on my son from doing anything bad to your family again, Mr. David." Agatha continued to beg David for mercy.

" You said your son almost died? Don't you think even if my son almost died at your son's hands, if that night no one would have helped him!?" David could not cover his sense of regret because Agatha was playing the victim.

Agatha swallowed her saliva. What David said is true. Even what Grace did was already planned by her daughter first.

" But I beg you, sir. I beg for the generosity of Mr. David. Grace is my only child. I don't want him to be more devastated if he has to be in jail." Agatha sobbed as she said that sentence.

" I don't know what you've instilled in your son about Gavin, so he hates my son so much that he almost harmed him!"

" I still don't understand why Amanda gave her child to a woman like you, Mrs Agatha." David regretted the decision of his ex-wife Amanda to marry Gavin to Agatha.

" Mister David, I beg ..." Agatha dropped to her knees beside David to make David wide.

" Mrs, what's that doing? You don't have to kneel to me! What your child does is a criminal act! He had to take responsibility for his actions in order to have a deterrent effect on him." David doesn't care what Agatha does.

" Mister David, please .. I beg you to forgive my son, sir. You may punish him but please don't imprison Grace. Don't put him on the line, Mr. David." The more agatha cried. She really felt devastated over what was happening with her daughter right now. Agatha even threw away her prestige and pride in order to save Grace, her only child daughter with her first husband. Of course, in addition to not wanting to see Grace get a sentence, she would be embarrassed if it was known publicly her son had committed a criminal crime.
