Greta is now in the ER room, because of the cramps she felt, different from those she had experienced while in London.

Zack waited uncomfortably in front of the ER room.

In the midst of a long wait, finally a Doctor came out of the ER room. Zack rushed to him.

"How's he doing, Doc?" zack asked in a state of anxiety.

The doctor's face looks worried, between wanting to convey or not to Zack.

Zack repeated his question. His curiosity was getting more and more raging in his chest. His mind was no longer calm. Zack is now beset by anxiety that makes his heart and mind like not synchronized. He could not guess at all or even dare to guess, what the Doctor wanted to say with a doubtful face that was very clearly painted on his face.

Raymond's luxury car has entered the lobby of Permata Hospital. Incidentally this hospital has good credibility and good service in the South Jakarta area.

Raymond realized something from the words that came out of Zack's mouth.

This man's facial features were so anxious, perhaps his wife or close family were seriously ill.

"Fine, watch your steps after this, take care brother and good luck." Raymond said casually, then rushed back to catch up with Alice and Risfa.

Zack again continued his steps to take care of all the necessary administration, because Greta had to be treated for approximately 2 days.

Alice was already in the Doctor's room, her body was already lying on a bed that was not too big like a bed in her house, but instead it was just a bed for examination, so it would be nice if it was that size.

The doctor was ready to do an examination, he opened the blouse worn by Alice limited to her stomach and rub a little jelly on top of Alice's stomach to start doing ultrasound on the womb.

Raymond who saw him snorted in annoyance.

"Damn it, the doctor had the nerve to touch Alice's stomach, maybe I should just replace the obstetrician with a female Doctor."

The jealous Raymond hurried to close his steps, standing beside Alice, but instead blocking the Doctor's view to look at the USG screen.

Raymond who realized it then shifted a little away from Alice's bed to give a gap to the doctor in order to see the results of the USG that was already visible on the monitor screen.

The doctor watched the monitor closely, he continued to move the transducer attached to Alice's stomach. The doctor began to smile. Raymond who saw the change in expression on the Doctor's face became very astonished. The big question mark overshadowed Raymond's current head. While Alice who watched the monitor screen could not interpret anything from what she saw. But now her feelings are so pleasant, so beautiful and so wonderful to imagine that she will become a mother.

"Happy Master, you will not only have one child, but two."

Raymond was caught hearing the doctor's words.

"I mean Doctor?"

A question simultaneously escaped Alice and Raymond's mouth, who turned their heads immediately, staring into the Doctor's face.

"I saw from the results of the USG, the fetus in Miss Alice's womb amounted to 2."

"So my son's a twin, Doc?" ask Alice who is still flabbergasted not to believe the diagnosis, Doctor.

"Miss Alice, congratulations on your twins."

USG is done. Alice and Raymond have now sat down and listened to more details of the diagnosis to be submitted by the Doctor.

Raymond grasped tightly Alice's hand gently, their fingers tied together spoiled, on Alice's lap.

I'm so happy sweety.

"There are things you should pay attention to Mr. Raymond, this is for the continuity and health of your wife's womb, you."

The doctor's words made Raymond link the two eyebrows to focus on listening to what was conveyed by the Doctor. Her face was full of seriousness because it was about Alice's pregnancy.

"Miss Alice should avoid excessive stress and fatigue, because it will cause adverse effects on the fetus it contains, even the worst impact is that it can lead to miscarriage."

Raymond turned his head towards Alice, making their gaze face to face, implied an anxiety on Alice's face at this time, but as Raymond reviewed the smile on his face the unrest in Alice's heart faded away.

"Okay, Doctor, I understand."

Alice and Raymond finally came out of the Doctor's room. The radiant face of the two made Risfa seem even more curious to ask her master.

Raymond immediately gave a prescription vitamin to Risfa, to redeem it at the hospital dispensary.

The two continued their steps towards the hospital lobby.

Greta has been moved into a VIP ward located on the 6th floor. Greta is still unconscious, she is now just lying limp on the bed with the infusion attached to her hand.

Zack was seen sitting next to the bed. He deliberately brought himself closer to Greta, saying closer even though Greta was not yet conscious. Zack clasped Greta's hand slowly.

"Tell me which man made you pregnant and out of responsibility for what he did!"

Such a deep upset, felt to tear Zack's feelings apart. He does not accept what has happened to Greta at this time.

"When I found out who that guy was? I'll teach him what responsibility means!" zack's growling, clasping Greta's hand.

Suddenly, Greta starts to move her eyes. He started to shake from his sleep. Greta began to open her eyes slowly, a still blurred vision made her blink her eyes several times to clear her eyes.

"Greta you're sober?"

Greta was already starting to clearly look around her.

"Where am I?"

"Zack's.."

Zack smiled in relief, he got up from his seat and got closer to Greta's face to hear a soft line coming out of his mouth.

"Why am I here Zack?"

Zack finally tells Greta everything, as she finds Greta collapsed in her room until Greta is in hospital.

"What did the doctor say?" greta raau.

Why do I feel such excruciating pain in the lower part of my stomach.

For a moment Zack was silent. Thinking to fight the reality.

"I'm actually hard at telling you this, but you have to know the truth."

"Don't you tell me I miscarried.."

Zack just fell silent, nodding lightly to what Greta said.

Greta was crying hysterically, she moaned and continued to thrash, feeling annoyed by what had happened. Zack tries to calm him down, he immediately holds Greta's body which continues to wriggle, trying to calm down his anger which is currently so raging in him.

"Already Greta, you must be sincere, calm yourself."

Zack continues to hold Greta's body tightly, until finally Greta weakly drooped in Zack's decapitation, he was unconscious again with tears that had buried his face.

"Greta.."

Zack panicked and immediately pressed the emergency button to call the doctor.

These cries and tears, will be a compelling reason to make a calculation with the man who made you like this.
