After all the procession in the church was completed, the event turned to the reception building located behind the church, which can be reached only by foot, because it was not too far away.

Alice continued on her own steps under the hot sun, which made her forehead start to sweat, but she was stunned when suddenly the shade overshadowed her, a large umbrella protecting her from the scorching sun.

Alice turned towards the figure of the umbrella holder, seeing a man she knew in a black suit in her left pocket set in a beautiful red rose.

"Mr Elliot."

Elliot put a smile on his face to Alice's reprimand.

"Thank you, Mr. Elliot, you've always understood and been present in my time of need."

Elliot smiled slightly in response to Alice's words.

"It's my duty Miss Alice" Elliot said as he placed his left hand on her chest with a slight bow of respect.

Alice smiled looking closely at Elliot's face.

"If Mr. Raymond were Mr. Elliot, I would be very happy, but dear Mr. Arrogant yes Raymond that annoying man," Alice grumbled in her heart.

Alice finally arrived at the entrance of the building that had been opened with a stretch of red carpet that she was on, on the left and right displayed two photos of Alice and Raymond as a welcoming guest.

Elliot allows Alice to go inside while closing his umbrella. While Elliot remained standing in front of the entrance to welcome a number of guests who were specially invited by Raymond.

Alice smiled faintly at Raymond and lowered her head. But without realizing it, tears dripped down his hand that was tied to his lap.

Soon Alice's grief broke as Nicholas came to her by touching her chin to lift Alice's bowed face.

"What makes you sad Alice?" nicholas asked with a small smile as he glanced at Raymond, suspecting that Alice's grief was caused by him.

Alice wiped away the tears with both hands.

"No Daddy, I'm just happy, this is all too grand for me so I'm moved to see it" Alice said stammeringly covering up the truth.

"Don't cry anymore, enjoy this one day, be happy, don't stain it with tears, baby!" tell Nicholas to calm down and then pass to sit in the available escort chair.

Raymond only glanced at Alice who now looked calmer.

"Good Alice, continue like that, so that everything I do my father does not know, by continuing to protect me it will make me free to do as you like" he muttered with a faint smile.

Guests began to arrive and ride the guarantee to congratulate the two for the marriage that has passed.

"Congratulations Ray is also Alice, may it continue to last," said Krishna congratulated his friend.

Alice smiled sweetly greeting Krishna and Kartika.

"Thank you, Kris, for taking the time to attend" Raymond said, glancing at the woman Krisna brought with her, his first wife Kartika.

Krisna immediately fell silent, he understood with Raymond's joke, this was about his second marriage with Isna.

Raymond pulled at Krishna's shoulder and whispered softly, "where is Isna, why don't you take her too?"

"Isna is too kind to be looked up to one eye because of her status, but if I take her, do you want your wedding party to turn into a third world war?" krisna's whisper answered Raymond's question about his second wife.

Kartika cleared her throat, staring cynically at Raymond's face, making Raymond feel bad about talking about another woman to her husband.

Krisna realizes it seems like Kartika is aware of her conversation with Raymond regarding Isna, the woman she now hates.

Krishna finally said goodbye to Raymond, because he saw the queue was getting snaking, to congratulate a couple who were happy.

"Okay Ray, once again congratulations yes, hopefully soon you get a baby, do not follow your wife's crazy idea, if you do not want to experience something crazy like me," whispered Krishna while patting Raymond's left shoulder.

Raymond choked on his own saliva to hear the word baby coming out of Krishna's mouth, he never imagined his mind to have offspring from Alice's womb.

Raymond just smiled a little answer to Krishna's words, he realized it seemed like Krisna and Kartika were having a big problem, all can be seen from their slightly awkward attitude.

"Alice, if I remarry another woman like Krishna, would you allow it?"

Alice was silent.

Why is my wedding day so sad.

Alice's face was visibly riled up in response to Raymond's question, she did not answer and simply turned her face away.

Raymond chuckled funnyly, looking at Alice's face with pursed lips, for some reason while tempting Alice into comforting her soul so that it could make her laugh.
