Alice was already seen sitting on her makeup bench, faced with a mirror that reflected her beautiful face. His hand was already holding the foundation box to start putting on his makeup. But just as Alice smeared foundation to half of her face, suddenly Alice's phone rang making Alice sneer softly.

Alice stared at the screen of her phone while frowning, as the caller's number was not in her contact list. Without thinking Alice answered the call.

"Hello, who is this with?" ask Alice in curiosity.

"Hello Alice, it's me Mike. I'm sorry I called you again, but it's an emergency and it's urgent. Can you and Raymond meet me and Jenny at Van Den Bosch Restaurant?" ask Mike in a hurry.

Alice momentarily fell silent, becoming increasingly curious about Mike's intentions and goals.

"Well I'll come" Alice replied with her flat face.

"2 hours away, please don't come! Thank you Alice" said Mike from across the street, ending his phone call.

Alice resumed her activities, but she doubted if her husband wanted to see Mike.

"I'd better try to talk about this with sweetu or I shouldn't tell him, '" Alice murmured fondly of the steps she was about to take.

Nick was in the elevator with Dave. Both go to the meeting room that is available and become one of the advantages of the facilities in this 5-star hotel. The elevator doors opened, both of them immediately exited and headed straight towards the meeting room. Arriving at the meeting room already looks Rafael and some of his staff are already there.

After finishing tidying up. Alice exited the room and headed straight for the elevator. Arriving in front of the elevator, not long after the elevator door opened, Alice set her foot to enter. The elevator doors closed and began to descend to the ground floor. As the elevator rang, indicating that the elevator was on the floor, the elevator door opened, Alice exited to the lobby.

When passing through a glass room on her right, Alice seemed to glance towards the glass room, but unexpectedly her eyes caught an object that she did not really want to see again.

"That's a shitty guy" said Alice quietly with a face that had now turned out to be unusual.

Alice approached the glass room closer, to see more clearly what Nick was actually doing. Alice stood in front of the glass door which revealed the situation inside so clearly.

"So he was the CEO of the company," Alice's inner eavesdropping on any conversations that were going on inside.

Alice's whereabouts apparently received attention from Dave, he moved from his chair to approach Alice who continued to observe Nick. Seeing Dave's arrival, Alice quickly passed away from the glass room, Alice's steps were so long that it made Dave too late to approach her.

Dave opened the glass door, then came out of the meeting room, his eyes fixed on Alice's back which was now getting away.

"Who is that woman? Must have something to do with Mr. Nick, I don't know what else he's doing?" murmured Dave with full investigation.

Dave returned to the room, with all the thoughts that now make him curious, about the figure of Alice who had been watching Nick from the front of the glass room.

Alice waited for Raymond to arrive in the hotel lobby, just five minutes waiting, the luxury car driven by Albert had arrived in front of the lobby.

"Sweety, comein!" tell Raymond who is sitting in the back while opening the windshield.

Alice nodded and got into the car after the valet officer opened the car door for Alice.

"Thank you" said Alice, nodding her head at the valet officer who had helped her.

"Back you, Miss."

Raymond smiled at Alice's friendly attitude toward everyone who helped her, in Raymond's heart never regretted choosing Alice to be her companion the first time they met. Alice is a figure who can change the personality of Raymond who is famous for being angry and arrogant.

Then Raymond's right hand hugged Alice's body and rested his wife's head on her shoulder, then his lips softly kissed Alice's forehead.

"Where are we going Sweety?" ask Raymond who doesn't know where his wife took him.

"We want to have lunch at Van Den Bosch restaurant, I want to eat there again," Alice replied lying, she chose not to tell her husband honestly, that he wants to bring Raymond to Mike.

A servant approached the two to serve.

"Good day, Miss and Master, where are you going to sit?" asked one of the servants kindly.

"I want to go around first, because I want to find the right place" Alice replied because she had to find where Mike and Jenny were waiting for her.

Alice pulled her husband's hand to follow his footsteps. While the waiter was just smiling accompanying his second step.

"Sweety, we're sitting in the topmost private room."

"By the way, but I want to find the right one first."

Alice began to circulate her gaze to all the tables in this restaurant, until finally both her eyeballs found the object she had been looking for.

"Sweetu, we're sitting over there. I just saw Jenny my best friend in college."

Raymond frowned, he began to feel that there was something strange about his current wife.

Alice pulls Raymond's hand, to lead him to the table where Mike and Jenny are waiting for them both to arrive.

Raymond's eyes squinted at who was there, his eyes sharp full of probing looking towards the two familiar figures.

Hate begins to cloud Raymond's mind, and he eventually tries to stop Alice from continuing to take her to the table where Mike and Jenny are.

"I don't want to!"

Raymond stared intently at Alice's face with a hardened jaw.

"I'm sorry sweetu, if I'm being honest with you, I'm pretty sure you'll refuse to take me to this place, please follow my wishes this time and listen to what Mike has to say."

Raymond looks furious with Alice, but the touch of Alice's hand on the jaw of his face, able to soften the anger that now controls him.

Raymond is rude. He eventually returned to Alice's steps, albeit with compulsion.

Seeing the arrival of Raymond and Alice, Mike got up from his seat, to let the two occupy the two seats in front of him.

"Good day Ray, noon Alice. Come on, sit down!" greet Mike kindly to both, this time Mike is more calm to dismiss his revenge for Claire who is currently lying weak in the hospital.

Raymond and Alice finally sat down opposite Jenny and Mike.

"Your stomach is big, Jenny, looks like we're the same?"

"Well, Alice, how are you?" ask Jenny who has not reprimanded with her best friend for a long time.

"I'm good Jenn, I'm happy to see you and Mike finally getting married, even now that you're pregnant and about to give birth."

Mike glanced at Alice hearing her words, on one side of his heart still tightly stored, the love that used to be so beautiful for Alice.

"It's actually my dream to marry you Alice, but I'm grateful that Jenny is a good wife, although it's not easy for me, but I can love Jenny now."

Jenny looked at the face of her now daydreaming husband looking at Alice. One movement of Jenny's hand while holding Mike's hand, immediately spread the gaze that had made Raymond able to read Mike's gaze fixed towards his wife, making Raymond ignited emotions.

Raymond got up to grab Alice's hand with the intention of getting away from a place that only made the day he passed by unpleasant. Alice could not resist it, she would not follow the orders of her husband who currently looks so emotional.

Seeing Raymond leaving, Mike immediately got up from his sitting position.

"Mommy Claire is being critical, she has stage 4 cancer, even now her life is soon! He really wants to see you" Mike said out loud, even until the greenish veins were clearly visible on his neck.

Raymond's steps stopped instantly. Alice who heard it was shocked.

"Mommy Claire's..."
