A luxury car was already in Alice's courtyard.

Alice and Tara left the restaurant in a hurry. He was surprised that a courier entered the restaurant and asked Alice for her signature as the recipient of the shipment.

Alice's eyes were round and wide before her, a luxurious car parked in front of her restaurant.

"Sister, this car is very luxurious Brother."

Alice still gaping unmoved, until finally Tara repeated her question again, then Alice realized.

"I don't know who sent it yet."

Elliot's car came shortly. Alice looked at the car and asked who was coming.

Elliot came down and went straight to Alice.

"Mr Elliot."

"Good day Miss Alice."

"Don't you say this car was from your master who sent it."

Elliot was reluctant to answer.

"Miss Alice, she sent a message, if the day after tomorrow is not your engagement day but your wedding Miss."

Alice gasped at Elliot's words.

It was as if Mr. Raymond had changed it.

"Take me to your master! I want to talk to him directly."

Alice said goodbye to Tara who could not say anything, she was only stunned to hear all Alice's words.

Alice stepped into the car that Elliot had opened the door.

But Alice began to ask, about the reason Raymond changed the event that had previously been agreed.

Raymond was still looking at Alice with his flat face.

"You can't change something that isn't important to yourself at all, but to me marriage isn't a joke, once in a lifetime."

Raymond chuckled funnyly, hearing Alice's words.

"What is Miss Alice? Wedding!"

Raymond was still laughing digesting the meaning of marriage for Alice.

Raymond's laughter enraged Alice, growing increasingly.

"What do you know about Mr Raymond's wedding?" alice snapped while frowning both of her eyebrows and continued to stare at Raymond with a sharp glare of eyes.

Raymond's emotions began to creep up, hearing Alice's question.

His face began to harden.

The implied sadness on his face, the deep wounds of the word marriage penetrated his mind, re-exposing the dark memory of his past, the pain that had shaped Raymond's personality, until he became like this.

"I know more than you, Miss Alice."

Raymond's eyes turned red. Several times he tried to turn his face to wipe both corners of his eyes, but Alice's eyes could still read Raymond's sadness clearly.

A Raymond was crying.

Alice began to awkwardly start her speech, she looked further and further into Raymond's eyes to find answers.

Raymond sighed harshly.

He can be seen taking deep breaths, then throwing them away slowly to release his load.

"You better get out now."

Alice nodded to hear it. He tried to understand and obey Raymond's orders.

Alice turned her body to step out of Raymond's room.

"I have to find out" Alice muttered.

"But for what, is that my problem, no.. I was wondering what made her sad like that, so I had to figure out the answer," he said with confidence.

Alice was out of the room, where Elliot was still waiting for her.

"Mr Elliot can you tell us in the past what Mr Raymond has experienced!"

"Why does Miss ask like that?"

Elliot tries to find a compelling reason so he can tell Alice.

"I saw Mr. Raymond's tears in the corner of his eyes that were reddened, even if only a little bit and he tried to cover it up but I could still read his sadness."

Elliot sighed softly recalling the dark days that had happened at the Weil family home. He finally decided to tell a secret that had always been covered by Raymond from the media and all outsiders.

Alice followed Elliot into his room not far from Raymond's.

"Please sit down Miss Alice!"

As Alice sat in her chair, Elliot began to tell stories.

Alice heard all of Elliot's stories.

"So as soon as Elliot deserved it, Lord Raymond was like that, he didn't respect his subordinates nor did he respect a woman."

Elliot sighed harshly.

"That's how Miss Alice is, too bad so far no woman has been able to change Mr. Raymond's attitude."

The walls of hatred in Alice's heart began to be gnawed by her mother's taste.

Alice thought hard.

He kept turning his brain, to find a way out of the problems he was facing.

Alice seems to have made her decision, she clenched her hand a sign of her belief in the decision she made.

"How did you decide, Miss Alice?"

Elliot asked quietly, with great doubt.

"I am willing to marry Mr. Raymond, little by little I will treat the wounds of his past, I'll make him believe that not all women are like his mother who left Mr. Nicholas with another man."

Elliot smiled slightly hearing it.

After that, she drove Alice back to her restaurant.

Jenny and Mike were talking.

"I'm too late, Jenn."

Mike's face was sad.

Jenny looked at him with pity.

"I don't understand Alice, either, what she's doing to protect her family from Raymond Weil or what she wants."

Mike was heartbroken to hear that.

"It looks like I'm going to start forgetting Alice, as long as she's happy I'm willing to take her off, but just be careful if Raymond hurts her, I'll definitely destroy her."

Elliot's car parked in front of the restaurant was a witness at that time, in the view of Alice he saw Mike holding Jenny's hand.

"Elliot, can I stay here for a while, until they're gone."

Elliot began to understand after his eyes caught an object that Alice also saw.

So that man is what Miss Alice really loves.

Elliot looked at Alice, looking at Mike and Jenny.

I'd love it if Jenny was happy with Mike.

Alice smiled slightly as she wiped away the tears, which had already hit both of her cheeks.
