Become CEO

According to Andra's promise to his father, that morning Andra was ready to start working at his father's company.

Arrive at the office which is also the main warehouse of HW Logistics, Andra was a little surprised because usually at that hour employees had been crowded to start work and the parking area was filled with container car traffic that read HW Logistics in and out of the warehouse area. Unlike that day, Andra did not encounter such activities again. The parking lot looks empty and in the office area there are only a few employees who are working.

True said his father, some company assets including operational cars and some employees have been trimmed by Joddy.

"For Mr. Joddy.Thank God you're cured and you can go back to the office" Nadya's secretary greeted him.

"Nadya, please call all Division Head, I want to meet with them all at 10 this morning" Joddy ordered his secretary and then stepped into his room followed by Andra.

At 10 minutes or less all Division Head has gathered in the meeting room, all employees there are accustomed to applying high discipline when working because Joddy does form the character of all employees like that.

Joddy and Andra entered the room accompanied by Nadya.

Joddy began to explain his goal to suddenly gather all the division heads that day, namely to introduce Andra as his assistant who will be with him to take care of the company. Joddy's decision was also received by the heads of the division even they put great hopes on Andra, they believe in the hands of the younger generation of this company can be better.

After the meeting Joddy began to explain some things that Andra had to start working on.

In just a few days Andra was able to master his work. He also oversees all in and out of goods to plunge directly into ports and airports to ensure all distribution runs smoothly.

Every morning he always goes to the office with his father and Andra does not want to use the services of a driver anymore, he prefers to drive his own favorite white SUV.

That morning was a little different, Joddy seemed unwell. His face was pale and his body was feverish. But there will be an important meeting with some clients that day.

"Andra has called the doctor here Well, and today let Andra go to the office" Andra realized the condition of her father who is not healthy.

Joddy nodded in agreement. In his heart he felt proud of his son who could quickly master all the work he used to do.

After Andra departs, Joddy sends a silent email memo to all of his employees and clients and declares that he has given up the position of CEO to his son.

Andra arrived at the office, she wondered why all the employees congratulated her.

"For Mr. Andra, congratulations sir, you are our CEO now" Nadya greeted him as she extended her hand to congratulate him.

"CEOS? I wonder why everyone would congratulate me like that, Nadya?" Curiously Andra asked his father's secretary.

Nadya then took a piece of paper from the printer machine and showed it to Andra, the paper contained a memo transferring the position of CEO to Andra and had been signed by his own father.

"Sir Joddy sent this memo to everyone this morning Mr. Andra, and from now on I am no longer the secretary of Mr. Joddy but your secretary sir" he said with a smile to Andra.

Nadya is one of the most loyal employees at HW Logistics. He has been working there since he graduated from college. Currently he is around 40 years old, but he is still very agile in work, his appearance is still quite interesting as an executive secretary.

"Dad...why so fast?" Inner Andra wanted to refuse but she also should not be selfish given her father's deteriorating health condition.

Being CEO is not something he should be proud of right now, but it is a burden he must bear with full responsibility.
