"Airy's last question, Science fiqh is divided into Fiqh 'Ubudiyah, Mu'amalah, Munakahat, Mawarits/Faraidl, Siyasah, and Jinyayah.  Please explain each one!" Sari said.

"The answer is 'Ubudiyah: Related to worship issues such as prayer, zakat, fasting, etc.

Mu'amalah: Related to the problem of interaction with others such as buying and selling, liens, debts, etc.

Munakahat: Which deals with marriage issues such as marriage pillars, nafakah, thalaq, etc.

Mawarits/Faraidl: Which deals with inheritance issues like a biological son gets a part 'asobah binnafsi, etc.

Siyasah: Related to the issue of state politics.

Jinayah: As it relates to punishment or hadd and kifarat for the person who commits a crime, it is easier for Islamic criminal law." Airy.
