Lost You

Agnes was in a cafe, she was sitting at one of the tables near the wall overlooking the artificial garden. Sometimes he looked towards the entrance while tidying up his hair. Almost an hour he sat there, the drinks he ordered were also almost exhausted but, the person he was waiting for had not yet revealed his nose.

Agnes started to rile, she twirled her fingers in annoyance.

"I'm sorry for the long wait" said a man who appeared out of nowhere. The man pulled the chair in front of Agnes and sat himself there.

Agnes throws a faint smile at the man sitting in front of her who turns out to be Seno, her ex-husband.

"Well, I know you must be busy. I should be the one apologizing for interrupting your precious time" Agnes half-sniffed. He looked up and bent down to get the paper bag he had placed next to his feet.

"Say what's the matter, why do you suddenly want to meet me?" Seno ignored Agnes scorn and continued her speech.

"I just want to give this back." Agnes placed 3 large paper bags on the table.

Seno raised her eyebrows. "Why returned? I deliberately bought it for Angga," he said casually. He recognized the paperbag and knew its contents because it was indeed a gift from him.

Agnes smiled cynically, "Thank you in advance but, Angga doesn't need any of this." Agnes pushed all the paperbags, bringing them closer to Seno.

"Nes, Angga my son. Precisely because he asked for all those toys that I bought him."

"What?! Your son? Uhhh!" Agnes smiled obliquely. He linked his arms in front of his chest and leaned against the back of the chair he was sitting on. "What dream are you Mas, until suddenly admit Angga is your son. Haven't you never thought it existed for seven years."

Seno sighed harshly, "Yes, I was indeed guilty all this time. I apologize to you and Angga. Let me give this to him."

"Sorry Mas, if you take it by giving all this you can atone for your sin on Angga, even hoping to take Angga from me, you are wrong. I'll never let that happen" Agnes said breathless and fiery.

"Why can't it? I'm his real father." Seno began to growl.

"And I was her real mother. I conceived her for nine months, gave birth to her alone, took care of her and raised her alone as well. For seven years I was able to pay for his life without a gift from you. You can see for yourself, we lived well and happily until now. So, we don't need a confession or a gift from you. Don't you and your family want us. My advice, you better go back to your old life because we don't need you."

"Then, who do you need? Duke Rangga Wijaya?" seno sneer, "ciihh! Don't you realize he's the man's husband? Are you not sorry for what you have done? Their homes are now ruined, and it's because of you." The speech of the Seno was like a crushing blow that struck into the recesses of Agnes. Stunned Agnes for a moment.

"really?" asked Agnes in disbelief.

"Of course, why would I lie."

Agnes's face changed instantly. His mind became bright imagining the condition of Rangga.

So, therefore Rangga looks different than usual. He will part with Love, should I be happy to hear it or sad? Because I've been the cause of their rift? Kasian Rangga, it's fitting that he has been suffering so much lately.

"Are you ready?" ask Reyhan who broke the reverie of Love. They were gathered in the middle room.

Love smiled faintly, "Ready Well, let's go now!" He stood up and prepared to drag his suitcase.

"Wouldn't you go see Rangga first for a farewell?" diana gave me advice.

"Hm, I'm sorry. I'm just confused what to answer to her later." Diana's tears were already welling up in her eyes. She did not expect her daughter's new household of corn to end like this.

"Mom just say it according to our agreement yesterday. Anyway I do not want Rangga to know my whereabouts. I've fulfilled Dad's request. So, I also asked my father and mother to fulfill my request." Love says it with a face. Seeing Diana shed tears, she cried. Really am. To be honest this was also hard for him, being separated from his family and loved ones. However, he would have to take this step otherwise, forever he would have been shackled in Rangga and Agnes' past.

"All right, honey, it's up to you. I wish this was the best for you." Diana wiped her tears and hugged Love while walking towards the car.

Rangga who had just returned from the hospital was stepping towards his room in between Laura.

"Mom, why was I brought back here? Didn't I ask to be delivered to Reyhan's father's house. I want to meet Love, Mom. I need to talk to him."

Laura let out a long sigh, then instructed Rangga to sit on the bed.

"You're not well yet. Don't you remember the doctor's message?"

"But Ma'am ...."

"There's no buts buts, you have to rest. You can meet Love once you're completely healed."

"But Ma'am, I have to get to Love before things get too long. He's very angry with me. These three days my phone won't pick him up at all." Rangga looks very frustrated and it makes Laura pity to see the state of her son.

"Hm, all right but, let's wait for your father to come home first let's go together there to apologize."

Rangga had not been able to answer Laura's words, heard Rangga's phone vibrating which turned out to be 2 incoming messages from Gilang.

"Where is Joe? I went to the hospital, he said you could go home. I didn't pick up the phone either."

"I said, Love just called her to the airport. Love will leave this city ...."

Without finishing reading the message from Gilang, Rangga ran out of his room to his car with the remnants of his power. He did not even heed the screams of Laura who was worried about her still weak condition. All he had in mind was wanting to hurry up to the airport before the Love plane departed and he would completely lose Love.
