"M ...."
"Sir ....!!" The loud noise of a young girl entering the room forced Haidar to quickly hide something in his hand. Haidar kept the necklace-shaped object under the pillow he was wearing so that it was not seen by the girl.
"Kia .. You haven't come home yet?" Haidar's voice made the girl up ahead develop her smile. He felt noticed by the man, even though it was a normal thing right?
"I want to wait for Brother here." Pulling the chair closer to the bed then landed his body there. "Where is Brother?"
"As you can see, I'm fine." Haidar slowly broke down again.
"Does my sister want anything? I mean, do you want to eat, or do I have fruit?" bargain Kia on the man. His efforts to grab Haidar's attention are now no joke. Kia increasingly showed her feelings without hesitation.
"You'd better go home, Kia. Rest up!" The man's expression suddenly made Kia frown. After being exposed earlier by Haidar's attention, Kia now seems forced to be expelled by the man himself.
"No way!" The girl's lips were a few centi. Kia also melengos, deliberately not willing to stare there as a form of protest for Haidar.
"You also need to rest, Kia. There's Mama and Dad here anyway. You can come back tomorrow."
"So, my brother kicked me!" Obviously Kia would not accept. If he comes home, who will feed the man? Who will accompany him and ...
"There's a Mama who'll take care of me." It was as if he knew what Kia was thinking. Though Haidar was just uncomfortable lingering alone with Kia in the room.
"But, later if there's anything Brother will call me, right?" Still with a sullen face, Kia got up and brought her face closer to Haidar.
"What are you doing!" Haidar directly held Kia's face with both hands.
"Isss ... so stingy!" Grumbling for failing to get a kiss goodbye.
"Don't fuck around, go home!"
The girl gawked, stomped her legs to the floor, then hurriedly left the room with the sound of the door she closed a little loud.
Haidar breathed a sigh of relief. Finally he was able to be freed from the beautiful girl who always treated him with great exaggeration. Wh why? Not even happy to be noticed? But I don't know. Kia is like her own sister. That won't change until anytime.
But just a few minutes Haidar was calm, he was startled again by the sudden sound of the door opening from out there. Haidar sighed again, surely Kia came back again.
"Why not go home yet?"
The plot!
A hard drive landed on Haidar's head. "Akhh ...!" And when he looked to the side it was not Kia who returned to the room, but ...
"You dare to drive your own brother away?" a girl who just arrived.
"Sir ...!!" Haidar suddenly turned his gaze towards the girl whose age was only one year above him. "When will you come?" ask again.
"Don't you see I just came in?" The girl named Shila immediately landed her body on the bench that Kia had used to sit earlier.
"Where do I know that Brother's coming." Haidar covered his entire body with a blanket. If they have met, can be sure after this drama the two quarrel will soon occur.
"Hey, why are you sleeping? You're not very polite!" Pulling the blanket of the brother roughly and throwing it away.
"Sister! What the hell!" That is how they are if they meet. To the point of making both parents wonder.
"Don't bother your sister, Shila!" Rengganis's voice forced the girl to quickly stop the action. Shila pretended to pay attention to the sister who was currently still sitting on the patient's bed.
"You want to eat? Do I want a bribe?"
Haidar just glared. He was not interested in replying to his brother.
While on the way to his home, Kia just remembered if she should have had an appointment with her best friend today to meet. The promise of the meeting that should have been done at lunchtime had to fail because Kia suddenly got news about Haidar who was in an accident.
Kia has not had time to call back and cancel the meeting. He felt guilty, then rushed Kia to find the phone he kept in the bag, pressing the contact on his best friend's number.
"Why is the number inactive?" Kia tried to repeat it again. Try, and keep trying. However, only the voice of the operator returned.
"Where is this boy?" Kia asked in her heart. However, a few seconds later both of his eyes glared sharply at the side with his mouth perfectly widened.
"Or don't-don't he ..." Kia smothered her own mouth imagining something bad befalling the girl.
"No, no way!" Kia nodded quickly. Although she had heard the girl's story about the failure of her marriage, Kia was sure that her best friend would not do something that would make her regret.
"Turn around, sir!"
"Where are you, Miss?"
"Aim to this address?" Showing an address to his personal driver.
"Good, Miss."
Half an hour later Kia's car arrived in front of the simple yard of her best friend's house. A house that is no stranger to him because Kia often visits here if there is free time.
Knocking on the door slowly, the girl waited until the owner of the house opened it. It turned out that his best friend was locked in the room since noon, that was said by the mother of the girl.
Naila told Kia to knock on her daughter's bedroom door. Although a little doubtful, Kia ventured. Naila hoped that Kia's arrival here would be able to comfort Mutia, who is still sad because of the failure of her marriage to Joseph.
"I don't want to be disturbed, Ma!" yelled the girl from inside.
"Open the door for a second, honey. Someone is looking for you!"
Soon the door of the room opened. Mutia appeared with a puffy face and a disheveled appearance.
"Hey, Miss, how are you?" Kia immediately slammed into the girl's room.
"Kia ....?" Mutia could hardly believe that the girl who had just passed her was Kia, her own best friend. "What are you doing?"
Kia swept across the corner of the room. Although he often came here, but never once did he get into Mutia's room.
"Well? You don't like me playing here?" The girl immediately scowled. Though he had good intentions to apologize to Mutia for not being able to come to see him this afternoon.
"It's not so, but ...?" To be honest Mutia also felt guilty because this afternoon she could not keep her promise to meet the girl. "I'm sorry I didn't see you this afternoon." Mutia chose to apologize first.
"Lho, I also came here actually want to apologize for not being able to make an appointment to meet you!"
The two looked at each other with confused looks.
"So ....? Haha ...!" Both of them laughed knowing that they could not keep their promises. Mutia and Kia apparently no one knows if neither of them came to the cafe where they agreed to meet.
Outside the room, Naila was a little relieved that Mutia was able to laugh back as usual. Asking Kia for help to comfort Mutia turned out to be the right decision. The woman chose to leave and let them talk to each other in the room.
The chatter in the room continued. They are talking about the cancellation of Mutia's marriage. Kia was concerned to hear the story of her best friend. He was sure that one day Joseph would regret wasting a girl as good as Mutia.
"How is your relationship with your boyfriend? Is there any progress?" Now it's time for Mutia to hear a story about Kia's attempt to grab a man's attention. The man Kia always told her about. And success made Kia bend her knees because she could not resist by the charm of the man.
"He ...." Kia's face immediately turned sad. He realized that the feeling he had was just clapping one hand.
