Chapter 29 - Miscarriage

The atmosphere was still so hot, between Sky and Harry no one wanted to budge in his words. Until the sound of the incoming call from Sky's phone, he received the call and listened to someone's speech there clearly. Sky's eyes were round, as he was about to leave from there he was restrained by Harry who looked so curious. "Where's Elisha?" he asked Sky, and then the man shook Harry's hand, holding him back.

Sky rushes to his car without any care for Harry, while Harry asks his men to follow Sky from behind. "Follow that man!"

While driving his car quickly, Sky grabbed a long hunting rifle that was under the passenger seat. He grabbed the rifle and kept it in the seat next to him. His breathing rattled and his eyes squinted sharply as if he wanted to kill someone, it turned out that the phone he had just received was from Jack the man who was now holding Elisha hostage.

He asks Sky to come to the drug warehouse if he wants to save his wife's life. Without a second thought, of course, Sky rushed there, not to mention his mind was raging. What if the baby he doubted was indeed the fruit of his love with Elisha of course he would be very sorry if something bad happened to them.

Arriving in front of the building, Sky blindly shot everyone who blocked his path. He barged in easily, Jack and his men inside completely terrified at the sound of loud gunfire repeatedly. Sky as a man who was very skilled in holding rifles, certainly made them tremble. Elisha was unconscious and blood continued to flow from his lower area.

Jack who knows he is in danger soon searches for a shortcut to escape Sky. He and his two men managed to escape, when Sky went into the slum room he saw Elisha who already looked pale and blue, his hands bound as well as his feet.

"Elis!" Sky ran then dropped his rifle carelessly, he gently touched Elisha's already cold face. Sky trembled, he was just afraid that something might happen to the Wife and he did not have time to apologize to her. "Elisa, I'll get you out of here! Hang in!"

Not long before Sky's hand was tightly grasped by Elisha who was half conscious. "Trust me, this baby is the fruit of our love."

"Sw.. You are too weak, don't talk too much. I believe it's our little angel, I'll take you to the hospital soon!"

Sky untied Elisha then lifted Elisha into his arms he felt pain in the chest when he saw Elisha was not much different from his sister first. Blood poured from his lower area and it made Sky's knees feel helpless. Sky took Elisha into his car and rushed to the hospital. While Harry, managed to intercept Jack and two of his men from the shortcut. He beat Jack up and took him for safekeeping so as not to run away.

Harry saw the scene where Elisha was in a husk, he was so shocked when he saw the blood splashing. He even blamed himself for leaving Elisha alone. He clenched his hands tightly, he would not let Jack live in peace even he was determined to snatch Elisha by any means from Sky.

In the hospital room, all the tools to support Elisha's life were installed. Doctors said her condition was critical and that the baby would not survive. "Sir, it seems that Miss Elisa's womb cannot be saved!"

Sky was silent, but whatever he would do to save his wife. "Do your best, I just want my wife back to health!"

"Well we'll do it as much as possible."

Two hours passed, Sky still could not remain silent in the hospital. He was so worried about Elisha, the first time he felt like that other than his sister Arabella. Without him knowing, the love began to appear even he promised himself when Elisha woke up later he would treat him well and forget his mass grudges.

Uncle Sam came to see Sky who was in the fog, the old man patted Sky on the shoulder many times and encouraged him. Sky cried without a sound, only his tears were pouring down. After Elisha makes it through a critical period, he vows to find Jack and finish him off in the most cruel way.

"Patience boy! Just pray!" said Uncle Sam.

Uncle Sam again patted Sky's shoulder. "I see, promise me after this forget your grudges and be happy that poor woman. In this world, she only has you her husband. You're the one who's supposed to protect and care for her, don't make her sad anymore."

"I promise you uncle, I'll give up my whole life to him."

Not long after the doctor came out of the operating room, Sky and Uncle immediately stood up. A soft smile came from the doctor's face. "Miss Elisha is past a critical period!"

A sigh of relief was heard from the two men, they hugged each other and were grateful for the good news heard. From a distance Harry was also happy and calm to hear the news of Elisha, after which he left and away from the hospital.

After the recovery period, Elisha was taken to the hospital room. Sky soon came with a beautiful flower, he smiled at Elisha and approached the woman with tenderness. Elisha still didn't know, the baby had no idea what would happen if he found out that the baby had been taken out of his womb.

"I brought you a beautiful flower like you," Sky gently stroked the hair of Elisha. But the woman's attitude was so cold, she ignored Sky and the flowers she gave.

"I don't need it" he said grimly.

"Elis, please forgive me. Give me a second chance to make amends for all my mistakes!"

"This baby is ours." When she turned her head again towards Sky, Elisha was already flooded with tears he gently stroked her stomach and tried to explain the real thing to Sky.

"I know, I believe."

"But why does it feel so empty!" After noticing that there was no pulse in her stomach, Elisha rounded his eyes to Sky.

"Nothing bad happened to him ’kan?" ask the woman.

"Elis, listen! For your safety, I have to agree that the baby is gone!"

Elisha glared sharply at Sky and hit the chest of the man in front of him tightly. "Why do you have heart? That baby is your son! Do you still not believe? After what I've been through because of you? Sir, you are truly a demon!"

Sky held Elisha's hand. "Elisa, please listen. It's all for your safety, I won't let anything stand in your way. I believe the baby is ours, if you want it so badly I can do it again for you!"

"Suckers! Motherfucker! The devil! Stay away from me!" peekkik Elise.
