Not a Show Wife
Chapter 16: Flower seeds

Arriving at Sky's house, Elisha surrounded the house with a heavy heart. But, he did not think that Sky would invite him to stay there, he just thought that maybe Sky took him there for a few days. "Your room is on the upper right,"

"My room?" Elisha raised both his eyebrows.

"Yes, your room. You will accompany me to stay here. For my good name. I don't want to be considered a cruel husband if I have to let you live in that village whereas, my activities are mostly done in this city."

Elisha chuckled, "i have to go back and live with Nori."

"You can't go against my words" Sky wiped his cigarette as he sat on the large, old-grey sofa.

"Quick to the room, ah and sorry I will not use the services of a maid here so, I hope you can tidy up yourself. Just arrange as you like, after all I have no special taste for room decoration." Sky crossed his legs.

"Is that so? Then excuse me, I'll call services to decorate the house." Elisha set his feet to climb the stairs.

"You want to spend my money huh? Do not use such services, it will only waste my hard earned money!" Sky did not budge at all from his position.

"You don't have any skills at all? You may have a lot of servants in your house, but here you can't count on that at all."

"And you can't go into my room! I'll see you if I need you. You don't have to bother taking care of my needs. Because I'll take care of it myself, and cook it for yourself!"

Elisha looked back where Sky was still sitting. The woman grunted softly. Then back to walking. "Am I a display? Why get married if she lives like this, why doesn't she send me back to the village if she doesn't need me?" muttered Elisha while walking towards the room that was headed.

She towed a suitcase full of her clothes, she opened a room that looked worn out, a bed covered in white cloth as well as some other furniture that was covered as well. Elisha shook off the cloth that was blocking his bed.

"Uhukis.. Uhukk.." The dust that was billowing made her breath tight. Elisa is very sensitive to dust especially she has asthma. He immediately covered his nose and mouth, then walked out of the room. He inhaled clean air with difficulty, his chest still tight.

"Why?" Sky was standing right in front of him.

Elisha just turned his face away.

The man went into Elisha's room and unpacked the woman's suitcase looking for the inhaler Elisha had. "Here, I will not hire cleaning services just because you are sensitive to dust. Use your mind to reduce the tightness in your chest. I have to go, don't wait for me to come home, do whatever you want."

Sky walked away from Elisha after the man handed her an inhaler. Elisha did not comment, he just gave a slow snort and sipped the thing quietly. Yet the cold wind gently touched his cheeks, after Sky left he was just standing in the middle of a quiet majestic house.

"Is this house haunted? Why is the air so cold. Or," Elisha touched the chest in his heart.

"My heart feels cold." Elisha shook his head and immediately looked for other activities outside the house. He had not been able to clean his room because his chest still hurt. He didn't even know where the cleaning tools were, he looked around the house and saw a small warehouse next to the house. The woman opened the barn, where the complete tooling hung neatly.

"I didn't expect him to do it in an organized manner like this." The woman approached a shelf where there was a box of flower seeds that had not been used at all.

Before long, the sound of the car door being closed was heard by Elisha. He had thought that it was Sky so he immediately stood up and walked up to him excitedly. He wanted to show the man that he would beautify his yard.

"You're back" Elisha was stunned to see that it wasn't Sky who came, but a red-haired woman in profanity standing in front of him.

"Who are you?"

"Include me, I'm Mera." Mera stretched out her hand at Elisha, the woman wanted to shake Elisha's hand, but when she saw Elisha's hand that was dirty because of the ground she pulled back her hand.

"Is this the activity of a newlywed?" Mera laughed a little.

"What do you mean?"

"I didn't mean anything, I just felt so sorry for you. Your husband may be having fun but you're here, doing something useless." Mera frowned giving a look of disdain as well as pretentious empathy.

"Not useful you say? This is my hobby, and all you should know is that I make money from growing crops in my village." Elisha looked up his neck a little, he was not that weak.

"Ah really? Then why are you here? Wouldn't it be more fun to live in your village?" Mera leaned her body towards Elisha.

"Yes, it's so nice, I won't be here long. Just a few days, after that my husband and I will stay in the village" Elisha told a lie.

Mera gave a small laugh in front of Elisha, "you look very confident, I'm the one who proposed you stay here."

"You?" Elisha frowned.

"You know, Sky can't get away from me. So I asked him to take you to this house, so we could always be close." Mera smirked evilly. While Elisha's face immediately shriveled, he did not believe what the woman said.

"I'll ask him to take me home to the village." Elisha turns his face away from Mera, although his relationship with Sky is not that deep but, who would not be hurt to hear a woman claim to be in love with her husband.

"Don't try it, he'll probably be mad at you." Mera laughed a little while closing her mouth.

Elisha looked at her sharply with teary eyes, he snorted angrily and left Mera alone. The woman was laughing until she heard footsteps behind her. "Hows it? Have you helped her clean up the room?" That voice was clearly the voice of Sky who had just come.

Mera turned around and shook her head towards the man. "He didn't even let me in, how could I help him?" Mera wrapped her hands around Sky's arms.

"Better, we go to the casino. I don't want to take the car, can I come in your car? Please?"

"Yes, All right." Sky and Mera walked away from the house to return to the casino.
