Ronald Winston turned off the television Max was watching with a glass of americano in the morning. The man who was no longer young was slamming the TV remote he was holding until it was smashed on the floor. His face looked angry and his veins tightened in his jaw. Max doesn't care what he does in his office

“What are you doing?! Dad told you not to make your own decisions?”

Max raised his head to watch the man closely. Although Ronald is aging, Max is pretty sure this guy has a good time every night. Even one of his artists he made a mistress without him knowing before. If it wasn't for Aaron, his meticulous manager, Max wouldn't have known. You old jerk! Smell soil! He doesn't remember the age, heuh!

“Self decision?” Max raised his own eyebrows and chuckled.

He got up from his bench and sat down at the end of his desk.

“You don't remember our agreement?” max asked, touching the tip of his American glass as well with the eyebrows he raised. “I'm done with my job. I've got what Dad wants and I've got what I want.”

Ronald clenched his hands completely annoyed with this child. “But not by marrying her! What about Natt? You're engaged to her!”

Max chuckles. “That's an easy problem! I'll get my business done soon. Natalie is busy with her world. I just made it go up, Dad. You don't have to worry! Natalie still had a long time to become a famous artist and decided to get married. At the right time, I must have made Elena cry blood apologizing for what her father did to my mother.”

“But you didn't say you were going to marry her. You said you'd kill them soon. Why did all the plans change without telling dad?”

Ronald still does not accept, even the man begins to get upset when his son starts acting without his consent. The thing is, marrying Elena is the thing Ronald disagrees with the most. Max and Natalie have been engaged since Max cut off their relationship with Irene 4 years ago. In the past, Max made Irene a lover because of Ronald's request to put some of his confidants in Irene's office. Max manages to get Irene's men fired and recommends some of Ronald's confidants who turn out to have other goals to drain Irene's company. Even when Irene's company slumped, Max lent her the money that turned out to be in the agreement to confiscate the Gilbert family mansion if 5 years did not pay off.

It is wrong Irene who believes too much in Max who was still her boyfriend at that time. Irene did not read the letter of agreement carefully because she was worried about the condition of the company her father left. Irene believed that Max supported her, supported her well until the last 4 years everything felt stable even though the money Irene borrowed was not fully able to return because of the many other expenses in order to balance her business.

It was unexpected that the bomb exploded at the right time. Max came to collect his debt. While Irene's colleagues slowly abandoned her, selling stock prices at low prices that did not match market prices at Ronald's company, of course this is all because there are insiders who give promises that make Irene not the best choice. Ronald is at the point of happiness. He gets what he wants, while Max wants to avenge his mother's death. Marrying Elena was one of her goals to make the woman feel the hell of the world, like what she had felt all along; living without a mother and of course with the charade that her own father had created. Heuh, daddy? Max wanted to laugh every time Ronald called him a father.

“I want to torture him slowly, if I kill him in an instant. Is that enough to avenge mom?” max asked casually. Unlike the fiery Ronald.

But Ronald finally took a slow breath.

“Alright, quickly finish your game. Dad does not want, you instead fall in love with him and forget with our grudges,” Ronald pat his son began to try to relieve his anger.

“Oh yes, you should talk about this to Alfred. Tell him about your marriage to Elena. Make him understand and not cancel your engagement with Natalie.”

Max walked away from the end of his desk and opened the door.

“I'll take care of it. I don't have to think about it because I'm an adult,” he said either indirectly kicked Ronald out of his room immediately, or instead wanted to honor Ronald as his father so he had to open the door for him.

Ronald clenched his hand. What the fuck! He knows, Max's company is focused on the entertainment world. This entertainment has been very famous without having Ronald jack again with his money. Ronald knows Max is richer than him, but does he need this son to say that? Or maybe…

“Ahhh Dad, I was just kidding,” said Max immediately massaged Ronald's shoulder slowly while smiling. Then slowly followed his father's steps out of his office room.

“I mean, don't ever destroy my stuff like that. All the goods here expensive know!” max and Ronald sneered softly.

“You are!”

Ronald reckon, he's really getting older because his emotions are starting to get out of control. It seemed, it was just his feelings alone, Max started to fight him. Ronald believes Max is still his son who since childhood he was educated.

“You're back in the office. Darrel's been waiting for me since I was in the office. You don't need to take dad. Dad still knows strong!” ronald said he made Max smile.

“Alright, be careful on the road,” said Max and Ronald leaving Max who was still staring at him despite having walked away swallowed by the large wall of his agency.

“Basic jerk! Once a jerk stay a jerk! You think I'm still your puppet!” inner Max grunted softly and took out his HP from his pants pocket for not finding his secretary in place.

“Rain, where are you? Prepare the car and don't forget about last night's problems. You have to solve the problem of the damn artist, just rose up already in style like a royal queen!” Max gets busy with his HP while back inside his room picking up his expensive jacket he bought in Amsterdam.

“10 minutes in lobby!” Max turned off the connection and put his HP in the pocket.
