[17] Real Dreams

As per my request, Rain bought a new HP for Elena. I also saved my number and I made the main call on his HP. Then I sent a message to my number and I kept the new number on my HP.
Geck, tok, tok.
“Log in!” I said put Elena's HP in my desk drawer and Aaron came up from behind the door.
“Do I bother you, Sir?” tanyanya carried a file in her hand.
I shook my head and saw Aaron's face was unusually pale. Her eye bags are so real and her eyes are red. I stood up from my big bench and invited him to sit more relaxed.
“What's up?” my question was like a bad premonition puya with the expression Aaron showed me.
While Aaron sighed softly before handing over the file he held to me. I looked at him for a moment too. Convince me that what's in there is a good development in what I've been looking for all this time.
“It's a surprise,” he said gave the file in his grasp to me.
I accepted it slowly without taking my eyes off Aaron. Someone who has always accompanied me and became my only confidant in any field. Aaron is a manager at my agency, but he's more than that.

The file I'm holding all the way down to the floor. My hands shook and my eyes turned red like Aaron's current state. My tears slowly glazed over not knowing what was going on with me. Not only that, but my head feels more dizzy. My body seemed to lose strength, even just to ask. Am I dreaming?
“Pak? You okay?” aaron's voice rang in my ear.
I shook my head and patted Aaron's arm which was now holding mine.
“Please call Martin and call Jon to bring Elena home. They're on their way, but I can't meet him. I need myself.”
“Good, Sir!” Aaron quickly walked out of my room doing as I told him.
Soon Rain came, no less worried as what Aaron did to me earlier. “Pak, are you okay?! I help you lie down to the room! Doctor Martin is on Aaron call!” he said and I was only able to nod as Rain slowly propped my body towards the simple room that was inside my office.
Lordy! Is my mother still alive? But why was Eliz with him? Did that woman know what was going on? I guess, she wasn't involved at all, but it turned out that she was the one hiding my mother! It is fitting that lately he often went abroad suddenly. It turns out there was something he was hiding.
Rain helped me lie down and confirmed the pillow in my head.
“Rain, please get me the file on the table earlier and don't say anything to El. I don't want him to know how I am right now,” I said and Rain nodded in understanding.
“Then, casting today let me take care of it, sir. Don't worry, you don't have to worry!” said Rain is a very competent secretary.
I smiled for a moment and turned my back to Rain; staring at the window with the sunlight coming into the room. I need it myself. I don't know what's going on right now. For years Ronald lied to me about my mother's death. I did not expect that my mother was still alive despite being in a wheelchair with empty eyes.

I woke up from my sleep, felt my condition was not so good and Martin said my anemie relapsed, but luckily not bad. Earlier he scolded me so badly that it made me want to hit him hard on the head, but I knew it was a form of concern for me.
“Where are you?” the voice of someone I knew so well made me slowly turn my body back.
The el? Why is he here? I didn't realize he was holding me from behind.
“Sugar? Didn't I tell you to go back home?”
“You said that when I got to the lobby. You think I'm a robot that can only obey the will of its owner?” he lamented with the lips he had soaked.
While I chuckled and ruffled her hair; letting her get even more annoyed at me.
“Siang earlier I still saw casting in the theater with Rain. When I'm done, I'm here to see you. Are you feeling better?” he asked by biting his own lips.
From her face I knew she was worried about me and I was speechless because her eyes looked as if she was really a wife who loved her husband. I landed my kiss on her forehead and pulled her into my arms.
“Can I cross the line?” I asked him, not answering the questions he asked.
“Can I consider your worries a sign that you care about me?”
Spontaneous Elena pushed my chest. She got up from her bed and left her waist at me.
“Does that question make you think I like you?” he didn't know that my heart was hurting today and now he's making new wounds for me.
“Sorry Max, maybe I'm the outrageous one. I shouldn't have asked you how you are. You could have misunderstood how I felt about you. I'm just asking about your situation, doesn't mean I care about you and I'm not a stupid woman like what you think! I'm not gonna get tangled up with your lies anymore Max! Enough of my brother being the victim of your foul feelings!” he told me that I knew he must hate me more and more.
After this, maybe our relationship will be a little awkward and I realize that I deserve the swearing. I know what he's going through is difficult. As difficult as it was, I convinced my feelings for her. If only El had known what I'd been through all this time. Maybe he would just look at me with his sad look. Therefore, I don't want to tell him until later everything is completely finished. I don't want El getting involved.

“Pak! I'm going home and today I'm out of the after-married shooting schedule. I already gave the script to Bu Elena to read,” Rain said and I nodded slowly.
“He must have understood it. It's just a rough script that explains some of the settings of the place that we'll use later. The rest, the director wants us to do everything naturally.”
Rain nodded while bringing something in his hand. “Bu Elena didn't look all right when she came out. Does the relationship Mr...” Rain hangs his sentence makes me furrow eyebrows at him.
“What?” I asked to take what Rain had brought. A porridge from my favorite restaurant. Not wasting time, I immediately devoured it because I was already very hungry.

Once again Rain nodded then left me staring back at the file about my mother's development. I had to eat first and again asked Aaron what happened.
