Chapters 10. First kiss

After the hotter conditions, Irene also performed a song for opening. “Who is in love? Falling in love is so beautiful! Come fall in love with me!” Irene started dancing, rocking her body with the other dancers and started singing.

“Are you pounding? When we saw me ... did you feel that I was the one you were waiting for? I was pounding too when I saw you... I feel like you're the one I've been waiting for. Oh.. love. fall in love. Let's fall in love with me. I make sure love is beautiful as long as you want to feel it. I'll make sure falling in love is sweet, because you and I are in love..”.

Irene sings with her beautiful voice and a very mesmerizing dance. From a distance it turns out Vegas has been staring at the stage and felt the song was for Vegas from Irene. Vegas asked her bodyguards to take her backstage after Irene finished singing.

Irene from on stage also saw the man she was waiting for had appeared. The sweet and seductive aroma of Vegas blood made Irene who was a Vampire know that the man was already inside the live show hall. Irene was seduced by the smell of Vegas blood that made her feel infatuated. Is it because she wants to suck Vegas' neck or is Irene in love? If the two are really in love, then bad! Vampires can only fall in love once in a lifetime and if not reciprocated, the vampire will die.

Humans may be afraid when they find out that the people around them are not humans but vampires. On the other hand, vampires are afraid of being captured and hunted by humans. The weakness of vampires is that they can only fall in love once in a lifetime. How chaotic it would be if vampires fell in love with humans and did not get a reply which means the extinction of the vampires will be ensured quickly. Therefore, Vampires usually choose to be closer to other vampire relationships and only work in the human world to earn money.

Vampires work in the human world to earn money for easy access to protect other vampires. They need food in the form of blood and it is not possible to hunt humans like ancient times. They chose to run a company business that would turn human blood into a fake 'red wine' to trick other humans. The blood came from a donor paid for by the Vampire company. The blood taken varies. Blood quality is important for both high and low caste groups.

Irene performed the song successfully. Everyone cheered and then the event started and Irene returned backstage while waving her hands. Vegas immediately met Irene backstage and had to spend a lot of money to be able to access the venue. Irene was surprised Vegas was already backstage carrying a bucket of very beautiful and majestic flowers.

“Irene! I'm right here!" Vegas called out to Irene with a happy smile.

“Hai, Vegas! Wow, thank you for taking the time to come backstage. I thought it was just a joke.” Irene had no idea that the man was so reckless to come see her backstage at a live show. Though access to get backstage is quite difficult because of the presence of permanent guards and also requires more costs to be able to meet the artist directly.

“Of course I wouldn't lie and joke about things like this. I keep thinking about you and want to meet you, Irene.” Vegas says what's in his feelings right now. Even Vegas wondered why he felt that way and he had never felt that way before.

“Thank God then. So I won't think badly of you because we've kept your word even though we've only known each other for a few days. Thank you, Vegas.” Irene kissed Vegas' cheeks spontaneously. Obviously Vegas was nervous and confused because the incident suddenly made the man feel excited. Irene smiled sweetly and took Vegas to a special room the agency prepared for Irene to rest and apply makeup.

Vegas followed Irene into the room. Inside the room were still several Irene teams including Flo. Flo is shocked that the Vegas CEO actually came backstage to meet Irene. This would definitely be very big news if reporters found out about Vegas

“Goodnight, Flo manager. Sorry to interrupt Irene's break because I want to talk to her.” Vegas smiles knowing that manager Irene will not turn down the arrival of Vegas.

"It's okay. Please sit here and talk. Come on, team, let's go first.” Flo asks her team to leave the room first so that it can be used for privacy to talk to Irene and Vegas. As Manager, Flo knows exactly what her artist needs include privacy.

All of Irene's team left the room and left Irene and Vegas indoors sitting together on the sofa. The two looked at each other and were initially confused about what to talk about because they were both nervous about what had just happened. Yeah, Irene's shy about kissing Vegas' cheeks spontaneously. Feeling stupid to do that because Vegas might find Irene too cheap to do that. This was the first time in Irene's life, which had been over a thousand years.

“About earlier...” Irene and Vegas said the same thing. It made the two more confused and stiff to speak. Irene was shy and Vegas was awkward too. These two different people feel the same way, which is to fall in love. Fall in love at first sight when they meet on a talk show and continue eating that they will never forget. Falling in love at first sight at both means no one is taking sides.

Vegas stared deeply into Irene's blue eyes. Vegas ventured to sit closer to Irene's body. He also whispered the word love. “Irene, I think this is really crazy. Do you believe in love at first sight? Looks like I'm in love with you.” Vegas says that so that nothing else sticks in his heart. Irene blushed because she had never felt this before.

“Vegas..” Irene could not answer because Vegas' lips suddenly kissed Irene's lips. Starting from the lips that are closed, then they kiss each other with love. Irene and Vegas seem to feel the same way.

The kiss was long and very sweet. Vegas seems to be teasing Irene more and more and there is something in Irene who wants to eat Vegas that smells so good and sweet. Irene held him back and released a hot kiss with Vegas. They kissed for a few minutes. Irene's lipstick stuck to Vegas' lips.

Moments later Vegas and Irene let go of the kiss. They were both embarrassed and confused as to what to say. They both fell in love at first sight. Vegas as a good person also apologized.

“Sorry Irene if what I did just now is so presumptuous. I just want to say that I love you and like you from first sight. This may sound sudden, but if you need time, it's okay." Vegas doesn't want Irene to think badly of herself for sassy kissing Irene even though she hasn't been in a relationship. Irene was silent for a moment making Vegas feel guilty.
