Chapter 40 What is love?

Kenan smiles at his phone that continues to light up by showing Silly's name on the screen of his phone.

"Love?" kenan said with a smile as he recalled Silly's question last night to him.

Kenan never understood love. For him, life is hard and it takes a struggle. He had to try his best to get to the point of his current glory.

When he succeeds and finds someone who can make him fall in love, at that moment he is hurt.

The heartache she never felt, she could finally feel when she loved a woman she thought she deserved to love.

But all of that is only temporary. When he was very happy, at that time the woman he loved took away his happiness.

"What is love?" said Kenan while chuckling.

What about Silly? Why did Kenan plan everything so she could get into the Silly family and end up being Silly's future husband?

Kenan did not understand what he was feeling. All he knew was to obey his heart.

Silly lied to him and he didn't like it. Kenan just wants to get back at him and wants to show him that no one can lie and deceive him.

Kenan already knew the reason Silly became a sugar baby, she understood him and she felt sorry for him. There was a sense of wanting to protect her because of her solitude and innocence and innocence.

But, is it because Kenan loves her? Kenan did not know it either. 

"Wait for me at noon, dear" said Kenan when he saw the phone screen back on and displayed the name Silly.

At school, Silly panics. He repeatedly looked at his phone. Even he repeatedly contacted Kenan but not a single call was raised by Kenan. Finally the hundred and three calls were just a missed call.

"IIiiih... sebel.. sebel... Why do you have to say again the brother? Just last night we met, now' he said again anyway? What the hell does he want?" Silly nagged incessantly even though there was no Kenan before her.

Aurel and Vania looked at each other and they shook their heads to see her best friend nagging incessantly from earlier.

Even when the lesson was going on Silly did not focus on the lesson. Until the teacher reprimands him when Silly is repeatedly caught daydreaming when the teacher explains the lesson.

"Sil, what the hell are you doing?" aurel asked as she turned her face in front of Silly's pouting face with her manyun lips.

Silly did not reply, she only sighed when she looked at Aurel and Vania's faces in turn.

"Sil, we know that you didn't tell us what happened" Vania said, rubbing Silly's back.

Silly looked back at Aurel and Vania in turn. Then he took his breath back.

"It's up to you to Sil if you don't want to tell us. We are not shamans, how can we know why you," said Aurel a little upset.

"It turns out that Mama Papa's chosen husband-to-be is Bang Kenan" Silly said weakly.

Just look at Aurel and Vania's eyes. They don't think Silly's life is perfect.

"It seems like your fate is really lucky Sil," Vania said with a bitter smile.

Unlike Silly who comes from a wealthy family and everything she can have without having to bother to get it. Silly is also a beautiful and smart girl in her academics. So many like it.

And now, when Silly decided to become a sugar baby like her two best friends, she was lucky again to get a sugar daddy who was young, handsome and certainly cool. Moreover, his sugar daddy was still single and also a young entrepreneur who had succeeded.

Plus his sugar daddy seemed to be very keeping Silly's chastity. Unlike other sugar daddies, they always ask for the sanctity of their sugar baby first.

Especially now that they both hear the fact that Silly's sugar daddy is a prospective husband chosen by both parents.

How perfect Silly's life was to make them both envious. But they were still aware of their friendship, so that envy did not lead them to anything bad. 

"You must have forgotten that my life is not as happy as yours. I was alone and lonely. You know that, right? So, none of our lives are perfect. And I'm grateful to have you both" Silly said, holding Aurel and Vania's hands.

"Yes right Sil. We are also grateful that you found Bang Kenan back then, not the others. We don't want you to be mired like us" Aurel said with a bitter smile considering her early days as a sugar baby.

"We are also grateful to have you as our friend Sil. You mean so much to us" said Vania, laying her head on Silly's shoulders.

Silly took her hand off her best friend's and her hand turned to hold the shoulders of her two best friends so they could embrace each other.

Inside his office, Kenan was busy with several maps still stacked neatly on his desk.

"A lot of reports. Where is it at this hour again. I'm going to pick up Silly" said Kenan, looking at the clock on his right hand.

What a strange thing about Kenan. He doesn't realize he's more concerned with Silly than his job. 

A Kenan had never once numbered his work. He always put his job first over his own needs. And now she's putting Silly ahead of her job.

Several reports have been done so that leaves three maps on his desk.

Kenan looked back at the clock in his right hand. He smiled as the clock showed Silly's return hour.

"Finally, I can meet him," said Kenan with a happy smile.

He immediately tidied up the files scattered on his desk. Then he rushed out of his office towards the parking lot of his car.

Kenan's car drove towards Silly's school at a moderate speed. Apparently, Kenan was right when all the students came out of the school gate.

Kenan smiles when he sees Silly coming out of the school gate with her two best friends, Aurel and Vania.

Wanting to surprise him, Kenan got out of his car to walk up to him.

However, it seems like it has happened again. Kenan who was still beside his car looked at Silly who was being approached by a man with a sports bike and he heard if the man wanted to drive Silly home.

"Damn it! Who is that guy? Apparently he doesn't know who Kenan really is," Kenan grumbled as he looked towards Silly who was trying to reject the man's invitation.

"Darling, are we going home now?"
