Chapter 34 Silly's Persistence

Kenan has a plan that no one knows about. He orders Anton to accompany him to meet with his client outside the city.

He accidentally takes Anton out of town to let Silly know he's out of town even though Kenan didn't tell him.

Kenan had guessed that Silly would find out from Anton's sugar baby, Aurel.

Until this moment Kenan did not want to pick up the phone from Silly or reply to the message. He wanted to see how far Silly had gone to meet him.

"Good night, Mr. Kenan. It's nice to meet you" said a grown man who was aged, but still looked dashingly greeting Kenan as he extended his hand.

Kenan welcomed the man's hand with a smile and said,

"Good night, sir. It's good to see you."

After that they talked about their cooperation project for a few hours until when the dinner time came, they stopped their chat to enjoy dinner first.

Dinner was over, they went back to talking about their cooperation project.

On the sidelines of their conversation, Kenan's client's cell phone reads. 

"I'm sorry, I got the phone first" the man told Kenan as he moved from his seat.

After a while, the man sat back in his chair.

"Sorry sir, our conversation is interrupted. My daughter is angry if the phone is not picked up" the man said, chuckling.

Kenan smiled and nodded his head in response to the words of the man before him.

"So you have a daughter?" asked Kenan while smiling at the man.

"It's right sir. Do you want to meet him?" said the man while chuckling.

It seems like the man wants to joke with Kenan. It is possible to divert his feelings when receiving a phone call while they are talking about their project.

"What a coincidence sir, I'm looking for a future wife" Kenan replied with a chuckle.

The man was shocked, but the next second he smiled at Kenan's reply. Then he said,

"If you really mean it, I will be very happy sir," said the man with a smile.

"Alright sir, please just determine the meeting. Who knows, we are a match" said Kenan with a smile.

Whatisthis? Why did Mr Kenan suddenly want to get married? Is she having trouble with her sugar baby? Or maybe she's tired of her sugar baby? Oh, no, it's none of my business either. The important thing is that this job is done quickly and I can meet with Aurel soon. I miss him so much.

Anton said in his heart while watching Kenan and the man who was talking.

Finally their conversation is over. And they went back to their hotel rooms.

Kenan laid his body on his bed after cleaning his body.

Thought his cellphone that had vibrated every few minutes.

His lips smiled when he saw the name on his phone screen. Silly, the name adorns her phone screen every few minutes.

He sends a few messages every minute and calls Kenan every few minutes.

"It turns out he was persistent as well" Kenan said, chuckling.

Kenan threw his cell phone on his bed. Then he closed his eyes without replying to the message or contacting Silly.

Closing his eyes he smiled. I don't know what's on his mind or what he's imagining right now. Only Kenan knows.

The next day they held a meeting again to discuss the continuation of their cooperation project.

Their conversation lasted for hours, but this time their conversation ended in the afternoon.

Kenan accepted the man's hand and shook his hand, saying,

"I also thank you Sir. Hopefully everything is smooth and we can be a family if it is me and the son of the Father are paired," said Kenan reminded of their matchmaking.

The man smiled happily and nodded his head. Then he said,

"I will arrange your meeting soon. And I'd be very happy if you guys were a match" the man said before leaving the room.

Kenan was still sitting inside the meeting room at the hotel they were staying at. The man had already left the room.

"Sir, do you really intend to get married?" Anton tells her to ask Kenan.

Kenan who was playing his phone turned to look at Anton after hearing what Anton asked him.

"Can't I marry you sir?" asked Kenan with a smile.

"Emmm. Sorry, don't get me wrong. I was just asking. It's just that you just had a sugar baby, is your relationship still going on or is it over?" ask Anton to investigate.

Kenan smiled at Anton and raised both eyebrows without answering Anton's question.

This made Anton even more curious. Moreover, Aurel who always asks Kenan activities because it was asked by Silly who has the status of sugar baby Kenan.

"Mmm. Sir, this is Aurel asking about the activities of the Father. He was told by Silly. Didn't you tell Silly you were out of town?" ask Anton back to Kenan.

Kenan scrunched his forehead, then he smiled and said,

"I forgot Sir. You know if I've been working for sure my mind is only focused on work."

Anton smiled forcefully at Kenan's reply. In his heart he said,

That even wants marriage. What is the fate of his wife? Will the house run smoothly?

"Sorry sir, do you have no intention of telling Silly? This is me like terrorized sir. Every few minutes always ask about the Father" Anton said with a forced smile.

Kenan chuckled at the words of Anton. Then he said,

"Next sir, I'll call him. Now I have other business. And I'm waiting for news of the meeting with the son of the leader of the Prime Jaya group."

Anton gulps his saliva hearing Kenan say he is waiting for news of his meeting with the son of his client earlier.

He was confused to break the news to Aurel and Silly. He was afraid that Silly would come to see Kenan in public because according to Aurel, Silly was sometimes silly and bar-bar.

"Sorry sir, are we going home now?" anton asked Kenan who was fiddling with his phone.

"We will visit the location of our project first sir" Kenan replied without turning to Anton.

Kenan's attention is still on his phone. It was as if his phone screen was more valuable than their conversation.

After a while, Kenan takes Anton to the location of their project. It took them a while to get around looking at all the locations.

The day went up in the afternoon. They returned to the hotel where they were staying.

"Sir, are we going home after this?" ask Anton on the way to their hotel.

"It looks like tomorrow, sir. Now I want to enjoy my time in this city" Kenan replied with a sweet smile at Anton.

Anton sighed, in his heart he said,

If only Aurel was here it would be more fun. Why Mr. Kenan does not invite his sugar baby anyway, Aurel can come if Silly comes along.
