Chapter 31 Silly's Choice

"stupid? Whatisthis? This is not the time for matchmaking. Why should I be betrothed?" Silly wondered in her room. 

Unfortunately, she goes into her room after her Mom and Dad decide to have Silly choose between two options.

"I don't want to. I have Bang Kenan. I don't want to be betrothed to anyone" whined Silly while banging on her bed.

"Ah I have to tell this to Bang Kenan" Silly said, pressing the phone button on Kenan's phone number.

Silly had contacted Kenan many times, but Kenan had not received his call. 

Until Silly is upset and yells at Kenan.

"Bang-Ke….! Just be careful if you tell Silly, I won't!"

"Eh, but I'm gonna need him to make Mama and Papa let me stay here" Silly said after she remembered her fate.

"I have to how?" silly said as she sighed.

Shortly thereafter Silly's eyes closed. It seemed like he had accidentally fallen asleep while he was thinking.

At home, Kenan is so upset that he can't concentrate on his work.

He orders his confidants to find out all about Silly's family and the person to be betrothed to Silly.

"If you don't want to go down, Mama and Papa are forced to betroth you right now" said Bintang who meant to joke to Silly.

Silly woke up from her sleep and stood next to her bed with her eyes wide open.

"Don't you see me they'll ask you about it? Why is it a threat now?" silly asked the Star that was standing in front of him.

In his cuckoo style, the Star stood before Silly by folding both her hands in front of her chest while smiling and raising both of her eyebrows.

"Iiisssh.. say the same you are not good, instead of giving solutions even ngetawain. Sebel deh," said Silly with his rent.

The star even laughed to see her brother sulk and ended up huffing at her.

"Udah deh Silli-nder. Angry it takes energy, so you have to fill your energy first by eating nutritious food. Ok?!" bintang said while embracing her brother's shoulder to bring him down to the bottom floor.

"Bin, if Mama and Papa ask me what my choice is? What should I choose? Come with them or be betrothed to a man of their choice?" ask Silly to the Stars while walking down the stairs.

"If Brother does not want to move, mending Brother choose to be betrothed, but ask first who the person, let Brother know who is betrothed to Brother who," said the Star to her brother who looks once from his face if he is confused.

The star squinted her eyes at Silly as if she could not believe what her brother had said.

"Nobody lied, right?" ask the Star by looking into Silly's eyes, looking for honesty from those eyes.

"Since when can your brother lie," replied Silly with a sharp look at his sister's eyes.

"Right as well, you can't lie. Hmmm... if so, please let Brother introduce Sister's boyfriend to Mama and Papa so that the matchmaking is canceled," said Bintang while patting Silly's shoulder lightly.

Silly's eyes sparkled. He had not thought about it at all. And now he can casually face both his parents.

Silly and the Star walked towards the dining table. After that, they ate quietly. There was no chat at all about the two choices her parents put forward to Silly.

"Ma, Pa, Silly get into the room first huh. There are a lot of tasks that Silly hasn't done yet" Silly said as she moved out of her chair after they had all finished dinner.

"Silly wait. What about Mom and Dad's offer? Have you made your choice? First or second choice?" alan stopped Silly's footsteps as she walked to her room.

Silly looked back where her parents and sister were. He sighed before speaking to his parents to make his choice.

"Pa, Ma, Silly won't go with Mama and Papa. Silly wants to be here. If Mama and Papa want to live with Silly, Mama and Papa just move here. And also, Silly doesn't want to be betrothed. Silly has a boyfriend. Silly just wants to marry him. I don't want to marry anyone else. Point."
