36. Increase Experience

A few days after the interview and received in the hospital, inevitably Sheila had to get out of her first place of work. Although it wasn't easy to tell her out but Sheila had to tell her the truth.

That morning, Sheila had to face the HRD to resign. Actually Sheila herself was afraid and nervous when she was about to say resign to her boss. But however he had to give up one of his 2 jobs at the moment.

Slowly but surely Sheila started knocking on the door.

"Excuse me ma'am" Sheila said before entering the HRD room.

"Yes please come in Sheila, how can I help you?" ask the HRD officer.

"Look ma'am, I want to say something" Sheila said nervously. Sheila was so excited at first, but when she was in this room it felt so crowded. His head suddenly shrank when faced with this HRD officer.

"Yes Sheila just say it," she asked.

"Look ma'am, I want to resign from here" Sheila said slowly.

"What's resign? but why Sheila? Is there a problem?" she was shocked when she heard Sheila's statement.

"Yes mom, I have a job somewhere else. That's why I have to get out of this place" Sheila explained.

"Well, where do you want to work?" ask the HRD officer.

"At the hospital ma'am" Sheila replied quietly.

"Thank God, may you be at home in a new place. Hopefully your experience will increase" he said, who prayed for Sheila.

"Thank you so much mom for the support. I apologize if during my time working here I have not been able to be a good employee" Sheila said.

"Ah it is precisely me who should apologize because during my work here I have not been able to give you the best," he said.

After that conversation Sheila immediately rushed out and stopped that day. Although the salary is not much but Sheila feels grateful because the experience is increasing.

Today was my first day working in the hospital. Sheila had to arrive early so she wouldn't be late. The distance from home to the hospital is quite far. But even so, Sheila remained excited.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Sheila immediately rushed towards the locker that was on the 4th floor. There Sheila immediately changed her clothes to the uniform she had been given from the hospital.

Sheila is happy because today she is going to do a new job. Finished changing Sheila's clothes immediately rushed towards the 7th floor where she worked.

On the 7th floor Sheila joined the friends who had the same task in the Pantry section, the pastry was also the kitchen section. Sheila was happy because she had new friends.

In addition to new places and friends, Sheila's experience will also increase.

"May I be at home working here, O God," murmured Sheila.

Sheila also hoped that she would not move anywhere else. Sheila felt confident that she would feel at home here because her friends were so good even though this was the first time they met.

"Welcome to join Sheila, hopefully at home working here," said one of Sheila's friends named Fitri.

Fitri was the first friend Sheila knew when she entered the hospital.
