22. Disappointed For The Second Time

"I'm really disappointed in you Gam. You have the heart, he said you promised never to betray me again. Where's your promise Gam? Said you didn't like Vanes, but what was the reality" Sheila added.

Her tears are no longer unbearable. His tears seemed to be spilling withstanding all the pain he felt.

There was no answer from Agam's mouth, he just silently stared. Maybe because I feel guilty. Only words of apology came out of his mouth.

"Once again forgive me Sheila, I never meant to hurt you" Agam said.

"It's Gam, I don't want to hear anything else" Sheila said as she stepped on her foot.

With a heavy heart Sheila began to walk. Sheila walked over with tears continuously pouring out. Throughout the journey Sheila continued to cry. Sheila climbed the overpass.

On the bridge Sheila sat for a moment while looking at the car that passed underneath. Sheila cried as she felt the pain she felt. Sheila was really disappointed for the second time.

After feeling quite calm, Sheila finally continued on her way home. Sheila was no longer crying. But along the way there are things that remind Sheila of Agam.

"I should be able to forget about Agam," murmured Sheila.

But when going up the angkot Sheila remembered again on Agam who always pinched his cheek before he climbed the angkot. This made Sheila sad again.

Elsewhere, Agam is still riveted by Sheila's departure. Agam really felt guilty for hurting Sheila. But Agam also can not do anything because he now likes Vanes.

"I'm sorry Sheila, I hurt you again. Forgive me, I never intended to hurt your feelings Sheila," murmured inner Agam.

In the midst of Agam's daydreams suddenly Vanes came to Agam.

"Woy again what? Just bengong!" said Vanes who suddenly came surprised Agam.

"Ish what the hell makes me shocked," said Agam who really felt surprised by the arrival of Vanes.

"Gallak very, do you think what the hell?" ask Vanes.

"Sheila, Sheila thinks we're ready. He was very disappointed with me" said Agam who looked so sad.

"What's? But who did Sheila say?" timpal Vanes was confused.

"I'm confused too. He said a lot of people say it's rich. That's why Sheila was very disappointed with me," added Agam again.

"But to be honest, I'm actually comfortable if there's your deck Gam," said

Vanes.

"What?" asked the unbelieving Agam when he heard this.

"Yes Gam, actually the first time we met I already like you," said Vanes who took a deep breath before telling the truth.

"Am I wrong? So you like me?" ask Agam to make sure.

Hearing Vanes' statement made Agam feel disbelief. He did not expect that at a time like this Vanes would reveal his heart. During her new life there was a woman who expressed her feelings to Agam.

"Yes Gam, I hope you have the same feeling, too" Vanes said expectantly.

Quietly silent for a moment. Agam himself is still confused by his own feelings. On the other hand Agam still loves Sheila, but on the other hand Agam also seems to have the same feelings as Vanes.

"Well Gam, I won't force your feelings to like me. But I hope that my feelings don't clap one hand" Vanes said as he hurriedly left Agam himself.

Elsewhere Sheila had just arrived at her home. Sheila was confused because her father had come home first. His father was beside his mother who was lying down.

"Dad's home? Mom why dad?" sheila asked who was confused.

"Your mother, your mother wants to be very sick" said Hermawan who felt unable to see his wife lying weak.

"What's? So the mother's illness relapsed again huh?" sheila asked again whose feelings suddenly became unsettled and sad.

"Yes son, your mother was almost poisoned with drugs. But lucky to have a doctor check it out."

"I hope you'll recover as usual" Sheila said.

"Yes son, aamiin.." - The father's dream.

Not to mention that Sheila forgot her sadness because of Agam's actions, now Sheila's sadness increased because of her mother's declining health. Sheila could barely close her eyes.

The next day, the condition of the Goddess still did not improve. But lucky today is a holiday so that Sheila can accompany her mother all day. But his father, Hermawan, can not take a day off.

Although holidays like this Hermawan must still work.

"Sheila please take care of mom, you have to work today" Hermawan said shortly before he left for work.

"Well," Sheila replied.

After her father's departure, Sheila immediately rushed to the kitchen to make porridge. Making porridge does take time. But Sheila had to keep making it for her mother.

Making porridge is also quite easy. We just need rice that has been cleaned and added water. After that we have to stir it until the rice becomes crushed and mushy.

A few minutes later Sheila finally finished making the porridge.

"It's mom eat first" Sheila bargained.

"Thank you son," replied the Goddess in a still limp tone.

Dewi did not expect if his son turned out to be good at making porridge. With the condition of the body still limp, the goddess immediately woke up and leaned her shoulders against the wall.

Little by little the Goddess started eating her porridge with the help of Sheila. Sheila very carefully fed her mother lovingly. I don't know why it felt so sad to see his mother who fell ill.

His body now looks thinner. His eyes look so pale. Even his body looks so weak. To go to the bathroom, Sheila had to clean it up. Sheila's mind started to unsettle.

"May the mother be healthy as ever. I feel sad when I see my mother like this" Sheila said after she finished her mother's visit.

"Yes, son, I'll be healthy again. I'm fine, son," said Dewi as she rubbed Sheila's head.

The goddess felt very fond of her child. Sheila is his only child. Sheila was also the power of the Goddess all along. In her mind the Goddess thought of many things.

"What if I am called by God, what is the fate of my son? Truly I have no heart, who will love him more than me" muttered the Goddess who began to tear up.

"Why mother? Are you thinking of something?" ask Sheila.
