"Za.." call Aksa. He was a little surprised by the woman next to him because coming out of the hotel Aza still daydreaming about what was on his wife's mind.
"Ah, yes?"
"You're married to me?" Aksa asked him, because he thought that was what Aza was feeling to make him daydream continuously from earlier.
"Not really."
"Why dream? It's so weird being a person!" There was a little relief in Aksa's heart when she heard the reply from Aza that she thought the woman regretted having married her.
"I thought about Sarah's words again."
"What did the girl say?"
"Sarah said that you'd be splitting durians tonight. You did prepare durian in your house, huh?" said Aza polo.
Aksa laughed at her, he understood very well what Sarah meant but it turned out that Aza was so innocent that he did not understand what durian was.
"So what else did he say to you?" aksa asked and still chuckled while occasionally staring at the streets.
"Say I'll be in pain later. Didn't you use a knife? Did you throw it in my head to make me feel pain later?"
Aza's words again made Aksa laugh out loud, the man was forced to pull over his car for a moment because he was afraid if something happened later.
"How come you're laughing anyway? Is it true that the durian is wearing my head?" Aza stared fixedly at the man who laughed loosely while holding his stomach.
"It's not really durian, Za. You are so innocent!" Aksa ruffled Aza's hair, very anxious, eager to eat the woman.
Tringg...
Aza's phone rang, a sign of WhatsApp messages coming in. Sarah sent me a few messages. Aza opened it, her face flushed red. Aza knows it now. It is fitting that Aksa laughed when he heard the story earlier, it turns out that durian.....
"Oh, Sarah!!! Just watch out for you tomorrow!" reply Aza. Aksa peeked at Aza's cell phone read some messages sent Sarah, she laughed again.
"Now do you know what the real durian is?" ask Aksa tease. "I will throw the durian on your head after that we eat it," Aksa continued.
Aza hit the man in the stomach and got out of the car. She was ashamed of the man who had become her husband. Aksa came down from the car following the steps of his wife who did not want to go anywhere.
Aza stepped into the park, because they had stopped right in front of the city park. The woman sat on a white swing in the middle of the garden. Look at the children who are still playing. So adorable.
Aksa sat beside Aza, they were equally silent staring at the people passing by there. Some are skateboarding, dating, taking their children to play, and many more.
The sky is suddenly cloudy, the rain will soon fall. The people fled the garden, but not Aza and Aksa.
"Rome home, it will soon rain," Aksa asked to look towards the increasingly blackened sky and the sound of thunder sounded faintly.
"I want to play some rain, Sa. You go back to the car first lest it rain." Aza refused. He wanted to enjoy the rain again, just like Dad and himself did when the rain came.
"No, I'm used to the rain."
A drizzle began to come, the woman's face looked increasingly bright. A big smile was clearly visible from his face. He loved every drop of water that washed his body.
"Due..." Aksa blocks Aza's hand but the woman brushes him off and doesn't want to go home.
The rain was getting heavier, their clothes had gotten wet. Aza stood up and danced in the rain. He lifted his face so that the rain would wet him. While Aksa was just speechless, he was very unfamiliar with this kind of rain.
"Go back to the car, let me be here for a minute. I miss Papa." Aza misses her Papa, with rain like this miss a little treatable. They used to dance when the rain was pouring down the earth.
His father, a rain connoisseur, loved one of the graces given by the Lord. Rain can disguise sadness, treat longing to someone. His father misses those he loves very much, but he never shows it to his son.
His father likes rain because he can disguise his cries to invisible people. But Aza knew very well that the man was crying, probably missing his wife who knew where he was.
Aza could only hug her tightly, giving her papa strength even though she still needed it. "There's still Aza, Pah. Don't think about Mama anymore" Aza said as she hugged her papa.
Aza lunglai's feet, the woman slumped to the ground. He was reminded again of the Papa. Aksa immediately approached and helped her stand up, hugging her tightly to kiss Aza's head.
"I miss Papa." he said as he sat on the ground.
"Tomorrow we will meet him, I will deliver you."
"Promise yes." Aza held up her little finger and smiled, greeted with a little finger Aksa did not forget with a smile as well.
"Let's dance!" get Aza to hold the man's hands. They danced as they could, twirling and letting the body shiver with the cold.
Stomp on the pooled water, jump to and fro, singing indistinctly. A very pleasant thing and has never been felt by Aksa before.
The man had never played in the rain like this, he had really disliked it before. The rain will only make it sick and will hinder everything. But his mind was wrong all along, the rain was so much fun. From now on he will often play with the rain with the people he loves.
Aksa looked at the cheerful face of Aza, the woman looked tough even though she was fragile remembering the papa. Aksa was amazed by the woman who had become his wife.
"I'm not wrong to have married you. Stay with me, I won't let you go" Aksa said.
"Seru, right?" ask Aza.
"Yes very exciting. But it's night, let's go home" Aksa asked
"Let's get your car wet, let our clothes dry first. Let's take shelter there!" Aza pointed to a meatball stall not far from the park. Aksa also assented, he followed the steps of his wife.
They were silent in front of the meatball stall, Aza looked shivering and pale. Likewise with Aksa, he immediately hugged his wife tightly. Grasping his hands together to get a little warm, "i told you not to play in the rain, so it's cold. Ngeyel?"
"Nothing, just a little cold. Just hug to keep warm. Don't talk much" said Aza. The woman hugged and hid her face in her husband's body. Although Aksa was wet and cold, the woman still felt the warm embrace of Aksa.
