It is not easy to deal with a lover who is now a teacher. As much as possible appreciate his professional attitude even though it often feels annoying. I choose silence. For a moment remembered the desire to be able to cooperate with each other when repeated or at least my position can be fairly safe in class. But in reality, there was no preferential treatment like I had imagined before.
Mr. Alfin was so stiff in class. His sharp glances always made my heart flutter.
"Sit down" he asked, shifting his seat slightly away.
Sitting next to each other by putting a backpack on your lap, the feeling of being back is uncomfortable. Especially when remembering the purpose of Mr. Alfin who wants to interrogate. I heard him sigh long while massaging his forehead slowly.
"Deliana is unconscious. Her parents were in the patient room. They asked us to bring you here" he said softly with a face that looked so anxious.
My eyes were round in surprise. Feeling scared when Deliana's parents wanted to scold me. Moreover, everyone all day is just blaming me all out.
"Sir Alfin, I was completely unintentional. Believe, Sir. How could I possibly harm my own friends," I said trying to explain.
Mr. Alfin just nodded his head while looking at me full of pity. Suddenly forgetting to speak formally in front of the man who is carrying out his role as a teacher.
"Why throw the ball can get the wrong target? You haven't had breakfast? Last night's night?" tanyanya interrogate.
I'm looking down lethargic. Last night I stayed up because of a writing hobby that feels exciting.
"Every Saturday I rarely eat breakfast" I said honestly.
"Why?"
"Fear of missing the question" I replied with a laugh.
Both of his eyebrows shot up as if astonished at my answer. I hope my reasons make Mr. Alfin plead with her.
"Wake up early" she replied.
I'm speechless. Lazy to argue if the end only discusses my bad habits. Mr. Alfin doesn't know, if he doesn't pick me up, I'm always late for school.
"This day, everyone blames me. Only Mr. Alfin is the only person I hope to understand me," I ventured softly feeling.
I saw that shady face was also pitying. A moment later his lips revealed a smile that soothed my heart.
"Yes, I understand. You can't be intentionally. Don't forget to apologize with Deliana, with her parents too, hopefully her condition can recover soon," he said trying to calm down.
I nodded while agreeing. The situation was silent for a moment, Mr. Alfin stared at the mobile phone screen while I circulated a glance outwards. See one by one the visitors who started to arrive.
Not long after, the man wearing a milk-brown shirt combined with black cloth pants came back to bring a white plastic package in his right hand.
"You eat, yes" he asked, giving the plastic to me.
"This what?" ask me with a feeling of pleasure.
Sitting back in his place, Mr. Alfin fixed his glasses and looked at me with a slight smile.
"Stomach wrench" he answered briefly.
"Thank you, dear Mr. Alfin," I said a little wooing.
"Shhhhh!" he looked around while staring. Apparently he was so worried that I heard people.
I intentionally said that because I was moved by the attitude of the teacher who was secretly paying attention. Opening the contents, there were some bread and mineral water that he bought from the hospital canteen. Without hesitation, I immediately ate the bread he gave me to fill my stomach which had been holding back hunger.
"Sir Alfin, may I speak of us?" let me drift while chewing the chocolate bread.
"No way," he refused, taking a quick glance.
"This is outside the school environment" I said slowly while looking around to make sure it was safe.
"But it's still lesson time. You should have been concerned, missed today's lesson," he advised with a serious-looking face.
"Mister Alfin should also be concerned with me, yesterday would be insinuating until I bullied my classmates," I muttered.
I turned my face away from him. I feel upset when I remember yesterday. Sitting a little away, I suddenly wanted to go home.
"Don't be angry, I'll talk about our relationship in three hours" said Mr. Alfin, who made me look at him for a moment.
The face that had originally looked serious was now starting to warm up. Apparently I had to wait to come home to be able to deal with the lover. Fully aware the man next door was still serving as a teacher.
Seriate.
