Chapter 65. Flashback #1
The Flashback
"Abang," called a woman to a boy playing in the yard.
"Yes, mother." The 10-year-old boy ran over to his mother.
"You want cake?" ask Maya who is none other than the mother of the boy.
"You" replied the boy who was none other than Nathan.
"So, let's go to the TV room" Maya asked as her right hand held Nathan's small hand and her left hand held a plate of freshly cooked cake.
"Where's dad?" little Nathan asked who was now in the TV room.
"Dad's going to work, baby. Come home soon" Maya replied as she sat next to her son and ate her own cake.
"If you go home, you have to say that you want to go for a walk. Dad is always busy, he says we want a vacation, but always promise," said Nathan small while pursing his lips to make the mother anxious.
"Yes, baby."
As they were engrossed in eating cookies while watching, the sound of car horns was heard from the front of the house. Maya stands up and goes to the door to welcome her husband who has just returned from work.
"Honey," said Johannes or often called Johan while kissing his wife's cheek.
"You're home yet? Tired no?" tanya Maya immediately hugged her husband spoiled.
"Eum, so tired. Where's my hotshot?" johan asked to enter the house and walk towards the room.
"While watching, he was waiting for you earlier. He said he wanted to collect the holiday promise you always said" Maya replied, making Johan laugh.
"Finished shower I will join, you just wait there well," Johan said once again kissing his wife's cheek.
"Yes, baby."
After preparing her husband's clothes, Maya also returned to join her only son who was watching cartoons.
A few minutes later.
Johan had finished cleaning up and got dressed, and now the man had gone to join his son and wife.
"How's your hotshot dad doing?" johan asked, surprising little Nathan, making the boy hit his father's arm immediately.
"Well, dad's hand hurts. Want to break it," said Johan pretending to feel pain because of the hit his son. Johan also seemed to lay his body with a pillow on the lap of the wife.
"Hey, why the secret?" johan asked pinched Nathan's little cheek.
"Dad don't hold on, brother is angry!" nathan was upset.
"Who's the same anger?" johan Goda.
"Just like dad" Nathan replied quickly.
"Why are you angry with me?" ask Johan again while shifting his son's body to get closer.
"Because I broke my promise, I'm a liar!" little Nathan replied staring angrily at his father.
"Huwaa, how handsome father's whiz when he's angry," Johan's tease makes little Nathan angry.
"Darling, don't be. You promised to take Nathan on vacation, so, you're gonna have to keep it." Maya interrupts by giving advice to her husband.
"Where are you going on vacation?" johan asked with a small laugh, making little Nathan choose to be quiet.
"Where are you going on vacation?" asked Maya gently while stroking her son's head.
"Where is it possible, as long as it is with father and mother," Nathan replied with reddened eyes.
"Oh, daddy whiz. I'm sorry, son, if I didn't make the appointment. But, this time the father will keep it, next week we will vacation wherever Abang wants," said Johan sat down and hugged his son who had shown signs of wanting to cry.
"Yes, I promise you, right?" nathan Kacil asked in a hoarse voice. The boy is very easy to cry when it comes to his father and mother.
"Promise, but, there's a condition."
"Ah, what?" little Nathan asked, looking up his head at his father's face.
"Tonight, Brother slept with father and mother well," pinta Johan still hugged his son.
"Stay, you're a big boy."
"It's okay, want a big brother whatever it is later, if the father and mother are still alive, you sometimes have to sleep with us," said Johan made little Nathan nodded obediently.
"Yes, dad."

Her night.
Little Nathan is now in his mother's room. Now little Nathan is lying on the bed staring at his mother's sleeping face.
Johan was seen coming out of the bathroom and climbed into the bed and pulled the blanket over his body to his chest.
"Not sleeping, honey?" asked Johan to hug his son.
"Not yet" replied little Nathan.
"Sleep, tomorrow Schoolboy."
"Yes, dad. Good night" said little Nathan, closing his eyes and trying to sleep.
A few hours later, it appears that little Nathan is moving around making Johan and Maya wake up.
"What's the matter?" ask Maya.
"Abang can't sleep," replied little Nathan looking uneasy.
"Why, baby? Is anyone sick?" maya asked while examining her son's body.
"Nothing, just can't sleep, mom."
"What's that sound?" maya asked in surprise to hear a loud bang from outside.
"Mother, Brother is afraid." Little Nathan hugged his mother.
"Swimming, kid. Maybe the waiters are moving things, let me see yah," said Johan calmed his son and went out to see what it was.
A few minutes later.
"Why is dad so long?" little Nathan asked tightly hugging his mother's body.
Maya also seems worried, why her husband has not returned. Did something happen out there.
Chequek.
The door opened, as Johan broke into a sweat and locked the door and approached his wife.
"What's up, baby?" maya asked worriedly, let alone seeing her husband's bloody hand.
"Hide in the locker room and lock the door from the inside. Get in the closet and don't come out until Mr. Hans knocks on the door!" the word Johan makes Maya stand up immediately.
"But why? Who's on the outside and why is your hand hurt?" ask Maya to panic.
"Listen to me! We don't have time to talk to each other! Go to the locker room and hide!" Johan.
"But-but....
"Dad," call little Nathan. Johan immediately stroked his son's head and smiled.
"Get me all right, well, next week, my hero is definitely going on vacation."
"Father's hands are bleeding" said little Nathan with his innocent face.
"Bring Nathan in, May! We can't get out of this house because the surrounding house is surrounded by bad people" Johan said. With Maya quickly entering the locker room, Maya is seen peering out to see her husband carrying a rifle and dagger.
Johan looked glanced at the door of the dressing room, he walked towards the door and smiled sweetly at his wife.
"I love you, take care of our son."
After saying that, Johan immediately left Maya sobbing. Maya immediately locked the door and hugged her son.
"What's going on, Mom? Where's dad?" little Nathan asked confusedly to see his mother crying.
"We need to hide, baby."
It had been almost half an hour Maya and her son were sitting in the locker room without speaking. Maya stroked the head of her son who had fallen asleep on her lap.
"Why was Johan so long? What the hell is going on over there? Is she okay?" Inner Maya rages on thinking of her husband.
Maya can't just stay here and let her husband get hurt there. She should see her husband.
"Devents." Maya wakes Nathan, and the boy wakes up and sits down.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Son, I'll see you. Brother stay here and hide into the closet well, don't open the door before mom who knocks well," Maya said as she stared at her son's black eyeballs.
"Yes." Yeah." Little Nathan nodded obediently.
"Key from the inside, boy."
"Yes, mother."
"Mother dearly same Brother, diligent school brother, do not forget to eat, do not cry well. Hide and run if there's any danger, yeah" Maya hugged her son. Somehow his feelings told him that this was the last time he could hug the son.
"Did you hear me?"
"Yes, mom. Brother listen," replied little Nathan nodding.
"Key from the inside yeah." Maya stands up and hugs her son once more, kissing his son's cheeks time and time again with tears flowing.
"If next week we're not on vacation, don't be mad at me. Dad, son."
"Yes, you're not mad at me. Brother was just pretending," Nathan said smilingly to make Maya once again embrace her son.
"Mother loves you, brother," said Maya kissing Nathan's forehead.
"Abang also love mom," replied Nathan little kissed his mother's cheek.
