Chapter 23. Touched.
Her night.
After the incident this morning, Diana seemed more silent and daydreaming in the room. Nor did he see Nathan when he opened his eyes. It was better for him, at least he would have calmed down if the man wasn't around.
Diana suddenly smiled as she recalled her birthday in the past, the father would definitely make a cake from rice that had been fried with oil and salt. He loved his father's fried rice.
"Happy birthday father's daughter beautiful universe."
"Thank you dad, Nana loves you a lot."
Diana let out a small laugh as the past continued to unfold in her mind. Her tears flowed because she missed her father.
"Happy birthday to myself," Diana smiled but her eyes flashed with sadness.
Diana wiped her tears and walked out of the room. He walked into the kitchen to get food he could eat.
"Miss," said Mr. Hans.
"Yes." Yeah."
"You're called to the backyard" said Mr. Hans.
"Who is calling and for what?" diana asked with a sad face. Did he have to see something cruel again tonight.
"You'd better come, miss."
Diana breathed a heavy sigh and turned her body to go to the backyard. Hans was also seen following Diana's footsteps.
Arriving in the backyard, Diana saw a candlelight from the gazebo.
Diana decided to walk there to see.
Arriving there, his eyes widened in shock to see a cake with a large size and also some gifts. There were flowers and chocolate on the table.
"Happy birthday" Rayyan said from behind Diana, leaving the woman shocked and turning her back.
"Happy birthday, miss." Now Mr. Hans is congratulating.
"Thank you" Diana cried.
"After all, don't cry, watch your snot melt out. Let's blow out the candles," Rayyan made Diana laugh.
Diana sat in her chair and blew out the candles on the cake.
"Cut the cake" said Rayyan, giving Diana a cake knife.
Diana cut the big cake and placed it on the plate.
"This is for Rayyan and this is for Mr. Hans" said Diana giving Rayyan and Mr. Hans one plate of one-man cookies.
"Thank you, I hope you're always happy." Rayyan stroked Diana's hair and ate Diana's cake as well as Hans's.
"Open the gift" said Rayyan.
"Thank you Mr. Hans" said Diana happily.
"Together, miss. May you always be healthy and happy" replied Mr. Hans smiling.
Now Diana turned to Rayyan gifts that were smaller in size.
Diana opened the package slowly. It turned out to be some baby girl gear. There are clothes, shoes, bando, as well as small stuffed toys and everything is pink.
Diana's eyeballs looked dewy getting that special gift.
"Thank you Rayyan" said Diana.
"Sama-sama, that's for my nephew later. Don't let it go, yeah," said Rayyan blinking one eye.
"Yes, thank you so much for giving me such a great gift and cake, I'm so happy. Thank you very much" said Diana. Although he had experienced inner pressure, but now he is happy because there are people who really sincerely love him and consider him like family.
Unlike her husband who even gave a terrible gift. After all what he expected from the man, this marriage alone did not happen out of love.

The night continued, Diana was already asleep in the usual place, on a folding mattress in Nathan's room.
After the small birthday, Diana rushed to bed and kept her gifts in the closet. Don't let her husband throw away the gift later.

As Diana slept soundly, the door opened and someone entered the room and approached Diana. The man crouched down and placed an object the size of a hand grip near Diana. After that, the man came back out of the room and closed the door.
