Chapter 39. A long night.

The night continued at exactly two o'clock. At the headquarters, Rayyan seemed to have not slept and chose to monitor the creation of the labyrinth, the man looked neither tired nor hungry, he only focused on his master's orders to prepare the labyrinth in brackets for a month.

One of Rayyan's men walked up to the man and whispered. Suddenly Rayyan smiled after hearing the words of his men.

"Told him? Are you sure you'll stay alive after a night out with me, baby?" ledek Rayyan laughed cynically.

"You think I'm a stupid woman, ha! I'll fight you if you let me stand, don't be a coward against a woman who's hurt!"

"Alright," said Rayyan, moving away from Vera, letting the woman stand.

Vera stood firmly ignoring the pain all over her body, she took out the dagger in her jacket pocket and pulled out her gun.

"You're gonna regret letting me go, baby." Vera starts attacking Rayyan with her dagger and gun, but Rayyan shrewdly dodges.

"You will regret challenging me" Rayyan quickly kicked Vera in the face and hit Vera in the head with her rifle.

"My patience is over!"

Rayyan brutally beat Vera's face and her stomach, no matter if she was a woman, the most important thing for her right now was that her desire was fulfilled.

Vera seemed to be coughing, her mouth bleeding as well as her nose.

"I'll send Baron a special gift" whispered Rayyan with a terrible smile.

"Sweety!" Rayyan spat on Vera's face, his saliva was already red the sign that he spat out was blood. He is like a vampire now.

The sound of applause made Rayyan immediately turn to the source of the voice. Apparently there was Xeon and Doni doctor there, Rayyan immediately stood up and received mineral water from Xeon.

Rayyan immediately gargled and laughed at the two friends.

"You're so cool" said Doni, giving him two thumbs.

"It was just a small form of entertainment, I was bored. So, instead of being upset, I'd rather act like a vampire" Rayyan said, staring at Vera's bloodied corpse.

"May I take him?" ask doctor Doni to look carefully at Vera's body.

"Just search the base, I still need the body to surprise the Baron" Rayyan replied.

"Begging the young master for permission first, Rayyan. You can't just send and provoke a commotion" interrupted Xeon. Rayyan nodded in understanding, asking Nathan for permission tomorrow.

"Let's go back to headquarters."

If at the headquarters Nathan's men are partying because Rayyan is in a good mood after getting hunted, another case with the atmosphere in the mansion.

At the mansion, Nathan seemed to be fast asleep next to Diana. At first Nathan only wanted to see Nara's baby, but he also fell asleep along with Diana and Nara.

"You must have been so lonely that it turned out like this. From today on, you won't be lonely anymore. There is Nara and I who will comfort you" Diana pulled back the blanket and lay down while still stroking Nathan's head.

It was a long and surprising night.
