84. Story of Arisa

A sense of haru and happiness enveloped the family of Angga and Arisa that day. The goose that they had expected to be in the middle of them had now returned. What a joy to Arisa after all these years she had to pretend to be okay without her husband.

Tonight there's dinner with them after all this time. Mama Mutia cooks all of Angga's favorite meals that don't change from small.

Mama Mutia gave a plate filled with food to Angga. Arisa only saw that with a smile. She was happy because her husband had regained the affection of a mother, as he had from Mama Mutia.

" Let's eat, honey. I'm sorry Mama forgot about you " said Mama Mutia to Arisa.

" Yes Ma" replied Kinara smiling.

They started eating together after reading the prayer first.

" Rest, tomorrow we can talk again" Mama Mutia told Angga after they finished dinner.

Mama Mutia asked Angga to rest because he could see the tired face of Angga, especially today Angga just returned. There is still plenty of time for them to spend together. Papa Hari is receiving a call from his co-worker at the office.

" Yes Mas, you must be tired" added Arisa who wants Angga to rest.

" I'll follow after helping Mama clean this up " continued Arisa.

" Well, " replied Angga.

Angga hugged and kissed Mama Mutia's cheek before she went to the room as she was when she was little who always kissed Mama Mutia's cheek before she went to sleep.

" Good night, Ma" said Angga, releasing his arms at Mama Mutia.

" Good night, dear "reply Mama Mutia smiled.

" I wait in the room, don't wait long" Angga told Arisa before leaving.

Arisa nodded her head in response.

After that Arisa immediately helped Mama Mutia to clean the dining table and wash the dishes of their used dinner.

" Arisa to the room first yes, Ma. Mas Angga must have been waiting for "the prestige of Arisa after all their work in the kitchen was finished.

" Yes dear" replied Mama Mutia.

Arisa went straight to her room and Angga. Arisa opened the door of the room and saw Angga reading her book. Angga immediately put the book he was reading on the nightstand when he saw the arrival of Arisa.

" Come here, darling" said Angga asking Arisa to join him on the bed.

Arisa smiled shyly because now Angga always called her with the word dear. Angga really starts to turn into a warmer and also romantic husband. Arisa of course really likes the change of the Angga because it is what Arisa expects from the first of Angga.

Arisa complied and immediately went up to the bed, Arisa sat down beside her husband.

" I don't know if I should say anything more to describe if I'm so happy right now. Getting back together with you is a happiness that means a lot to me. I love you so much, Arisa " said Angga so sincerely.

Arisa was touched by the words Angga said and her eyes began to glaze over.

" I'm happier and I love you more, Mas "reply Arisa tightens her embrace.

I don't know what kind of goodness Angga did in his previous life so that in the present life he got a companion so good and perfect life like Arisa.

" Oh yes, you promised to tell me about the man. I also want to know the life you live as long as I'm not by your side" Angga said as he recalled the incident earlier this afternoon.

" His name is Jodi, Mas. He's my teammate at the company and we've been friends since a year ago when we both applied for jobs at Daddy Smith's Company. Arisa also felt relieved because she was afraid that Angga would be angry and not believe her.

After that Arisa also continued her story about her life so far after the departure of Angga. Starting with him who returned to college until finally he was able to work at Daddy Smith's company.

" And there's one more thing you should know, Mom. This is very important and this is a sign of the love of our marriage" Arisa said with a serious face to Angga.

Angga frowned and was curious as to what such an important thing was.

" What is that? " tanya Angga was curious.

Arisa immediately opened the nightstand drawer that was beside the bed and took all the boxes from there.

" Open up" said Arisa giving the box to Angga.

Angga received the box then looked at Arisa for a while before opening it.

When opening the box given by Arisa, Angga was surprised and confused because there was a photo of USG and several pregnancy test kits that he knew the results were positive. Angga took a photo of the USG and his eyes rounded when reading Arisa's name listed there which indicates if Arisa is pregnant.

Angga's heart beat faster and trembling hands saw that. Angga looked at Arisa who had already shed her tears and looked deep sadness there.
