Just now that the third photo was taken, Arisa held her stomach because she felt extreme pain. It seemed like it was a contraction like the one he had felt several times from the morning, but this was more painful.

" It looks like I'm going to give birth to "a muttered Arisa felt her stomach break down and getting sicker.

Arisa says nothing about the contractions she begins to feel because she thinks they are false contractions.
