"hold on, there's papa, there's mama, you want to see little adak right. Please wake up, son. Shasa is a strong child, a strong child can be healed." Nature hugs Shasa's body which is assisted by medical instruments.
"Bag.." Ina calms her unwilling husband away from Shasa's bed.
"Na, Shasa why aren't you awake? You have prepared the school supplies. Tomorrow he's going to school." Nature keeps scolding her wake up her eldest daughter.
Ina is still trying her husband. Although Shasa had fallen asleep in the hospital for a month, Alam began to pay less attention to himself and Ina began to be ignored. Ina must understand that her husband's mind is being drained for Shasa. He should know himself that the current priority of Nature is only for Shasa.
It has been two months Ina and Alam returned to Indonesia. After completing the semester exam Ina took maternity leave for one semester. Although Ina was initially reluctant to take time off, her husband and family continued to urge her. Inevitably Ina succumbed from the most votes.
This afternoon I was still in the hospital. Ina walks with her big belly alone in the hospital hallway. Somehow since Shasa entered the hospital Ina had to stand up on her own. Want to rely on her husband Ina complacent. He knew Nature was a little traumatized because this was exactly what the Gita was going through. But it does not cover the taste of Ina who wants to be noticed at the age of her pregnancy that has entered 9 months.
"Na" There was a soft greeting blowing his daydream.
"Sister Rere." He should have called rere without frills, brother. Because Rere is her sister-in-law, but Ina respects that woman who is above her age.
"You've been looking for Mama. Why are you so sad today? same story me. Does Nature hurt your feelings?" Ina shakes.
"Why have you been quiet lately? You are pregnant again. Don't mind much, focus on your womb. I understand you must think about Shasa's condition. But don't forget there is something more important is your content. You're nine months old, don't wander around anymore." Tegur Rere's.
"I can't leave Alam alone to take care of Shasa. Pity she looks still shocked by her son's condition."
"But he should have noticed you, too. Let me talk to Nature. And I think he should pay attention to you, too." Rere who was already furious saw the attitude of his sister-in-law.
Ina arrests Rere, forbidding his sister-in-law from hitting Alam. For Ina the situation was not possible to sue her husband. He feels he can be alone, even though he really wants to be noticed. Ina got up from the chair in the corridor, feeling her tiredness was gone. His footsteps limped toward Shasa's ward. Rere swiftly held onto Ina for fear of seeing the way her sister-in-law walked.
"I'm okay, Brother Rere." He is still trying hard.
"You don't have to take it. I don't want to tell you why." Rere persists in guiding Ina to Shasa's ward.
"Thank you, brother." Ina just smiled at Rere's kindness.
They finally reached Shasa's nursery. The little girl was still sleeping beautifully. But it seems that nature is not in place. Ina takes the place next to Shasa.
"Hello mama's boy, how are you? Shasa felt his sleep. Not kangen same mom, same papa, same handsome grandpa. Shasa wakes up dong, so he can play with handsome grandpa. Mama misses Shasa who is chatty, papa also misses Shasa's antherin to school. Shasa wants to play with Haiko again, so get up quickly, son." Ina's relaxed voice was suddenly heavy.
There's a sense of cramping in the chest. Such a small child must receive a deadly disease. Not feeling the clear circles wet his chubby face. Crying over the child. Including crying over the state of her pregnancy in a state of disaster. Her husband puts the child first. But she realized that her husband's attitude was a form of affection for her daughter.
"Where have you been, my mother." Sapa Ina's.
"Shasa how he's doing, Na." Ina held her chest tight. There was a corner of disappointment in her heart when she heard her husband's question.
"It's still the same, Mom." Answer Ina flat.
"You should ask how Ina is, have eaten what yet, Brother Alam did not see Ina pale as a gini. All also know that you are very worried about Shasa. But remember, Lam! there is Ina and her content that you also notice." Omel Rere was furious with Nature's attitude.
Despite getting a scolding from Rere. The man did not respond at all. Even he was still dazed by Shasa's condition. Ina understood the feelings of her husband, the woman chose silence without protesting anything to Nature.
The flashback
"What's my son's condition, doc?" Ask Alam when you see a doctor.
"There's a clamping vessel in your child's brain. That can trigger when he realized. Cancer cells have been eating away at her body. Including affecting his immune decline. And I'm sorry after I check your son is already in the final stages."
Nature only looked down lethargic when doctors called the final stage of Shasa's condition. His hands clenched firmly as if there was emotional containment. Instantly his huge body collapsed folding legs on the floor. His hand grabbed the two fingers of Doctor Budi, he was not ashamed to see the crowd from the doctor could save his daughter.
"Please heal my son, doc. He's the only one I have. Ever since my wife died my life has only been for my son, doc. Please save my son, his future is still long. I beg you, doc."
"I will try sir. But you also don't forget to pray that God will do wonders for your daughter." The doctor raised the body of Nature prostrating on his leg.
Without Nature knowing there are a pair of eyes that hear his words. His heart ached when the man said Shasa was all he had. Her tears washed her face. His body turned in the opposite direction.
His hands danced to the screen. For a while she was talking to someone on her phone.
"No, I want to stay home."
"Yes, I asked to be picked up at the hospital for you."
Maybe I need to calm down first.
