Chapter 7

The sunlight now managed to escape through a large window in a luxurious room, and made a beautiful woman who was sleeping soundly woke up because of the sunlight. Valerie woke up and looked around as if she was in a different place and it was not her room.

His gaze was now on a man who was still comfortable in his dreams, and Valerie was surprised to realize that she was now in her boss's own room, Alex's luxury room. And even more surprising to Valerie, a very beautifully circular burly hand on her slender waist. Valerie quickly put away the burly hand and made the owner of the hand wake up from his dream.

Valerie got up from the luxurious bed and started looking at Alex with a very sharp and hateful look. Valerie couldn't believe why she had fallen asleep in the room with Alex, her own boss. What if everyone knows this? Maybe Valerie's career will be ruined in a moment.

Valerie ruffled her hair very roughly and made Alex who was still in bed look like a confused person and did not understand what was really going on. Valerie looked at her body and she felt relieved that she was still wearing the clothes she wore last night. And Valerie recalls last night finding Alex drunk and Valerie intending to drive Alex home, but she begs Valerie to accompany her in Alex's mansion.

Alex could not stop staring at Valerie's pretty face, even though the woman had just woken up from her sleep. "What are you doing in my room? Or are you ready to feel the paradise of the world with me, beautiful lady?" Alex's question began to rise from the bed, and again teased Valerie so as to make the woman look very upset.

Valerie sighed in a very rude manner, "Close your mouth, honorable master Alex! You asked me why I was in your room? That's because you were drunk last night and your secretary was well-intentioned to get you here. And when I was coming home, you held me back and begged me to accompany you here!" Valerie said it sounded like she was defending herself and felt that she was innocent in Alex's room.

Alex was silent for a moment and walked over to Valerie who began to slowly move her body away from Alex, "You seem to be very worried about me miss! Then why are you willing to accompany me here? Why didn't you choose to go home? I get it now, you like me don't you?" Alex asked with great confidence and smiled as if he was mocking Valerie.

Valerie tried to digest Alex's words, so why didn't she choose to go home instead of accompanying the selfless man? Valerie began cursing herself and immediately stepped foot to leave Alex who was still standing in front of her luxurious bed.

Alex still can't believe that Valerie helped him when he was drunk last night at a famous club in London. And Alex felt indebted because the woman was willing to take him home, even the woman was willing to accompany him.

"Are you starting to like me, Valerie?" Alex sounded very slow and could only be heard by himself.

Alex tries to remember what happened, but he can't remember it at all. She even found out why Valerie was in her room because Valerie told her. Alex sighed and glanced at the large wall clock in his luxurious room, then he decided to clean up immediately.

After cleaning up, Alex begins to look for Valerie's whereabouts. He stepped on his feet and began to surround every corner of his mansion, but he could not find where Valerie was. Alex's worry about Valerie is growing, where the woman is and why she doesn't talk if she's gone from Alex's house.

Valerie again ruffled her hair quite roughly, hoping not to meet Alex today even until forever. But he still has to work and of course he will always meet the man named Alex, who is none other than his own boss.

Valerie smiled when she saw a bus coming to her, without any delay she immediately boarded the bus and also to avoid Alex. He is very worried that Alex will be determined to find him and force Valerie to go together to the office with the man.

Now Valerie's gaze was fixed on the road that she passed through the big window of the bus, he really likes the view outside London which looks very beautiful with high buildings that make the city of London more beautiful even look like in a movie. She recalled Alex hugging her as she fell asleep, and Valerie felt her heart beat faster than usual just by remembering the incident. Valerie quickly brushed off that thought and refocused herself on enjoying the beautiful sights of London.

Valerie has arrived at the office and she immediately rushed to her desk, she started to open her laptop and check Alex's schedule today. And also he checked back on the report he would give Alex later.

While Valerie was busy with some files on her desk, Valerie's phone rang in a very loud voice. Valerie saw Alex's name on her phone, Valerie sighed rudely and honestly she was very lazy to take a call from the man named Alex.

"Hey, pretty lady! Where're you?" Alex asked from across the street and Valerie just rolled her eyes around very lazily.

"You think sir?" Valerie answered briefly and sounded very sniffy.

"I looked for you in every corner of my house but I couldn't find you. Can you not worry me just this once, beautiful lady?" Ask Alex.

Valerie was so clueless about the attitude from her superior, what was the reason the man had to worry about her? Their relationship was limited to bosses and secretaries and Valerie felt that if Alex had overdone her, "You're always going overboard! I'm already in the office. Come here, sir, you have to work, don't you?" Say Valerie and put emphasis on each sentence.

"Well, I'll be at the office soon, see you, beautiful lady!" Alex said and turned off the call.

Valerie who heard him was very upset, the man always went overboard with her. Valerie was so clueless from the beginning that she met Alex, the man always went after her and always said that the man would not give up on getting Valerie.

"I'm very happy and grateful to be able to work at a well-known company in London, but does meeting a boss like Alex need me to be grateful? I was always upset by him!" Wirred Valerie with a very soft-sounding voice.
