Chapter 4

Valerie had just arrived at the office, when she entered the office she had not seen a single employee who had arrived. Valerie immediately smiled because she felt that she was very diligent to come to the office before other employees came.

The weather in London this morning was very cold and Valerie still used her thick jacket to warm her body which felt more shivering. He also walked and intended to make a glass of warm tea to calm his body and so as not to be too shivering like the first he came earlier.

"This morning it feels so cold! I need tea to warm my body!" Said Valerie while reaching for a glass and also tea for her to make immediately.

Valerie who was busy making the tea was surprised by Alex's sudden arrival. The man was the same as Valerie, using a thick jacket that was still attached to her sturdy body. Valerie felt that it was not only her who was feeling very cold, but her annoying boss was also cold because of the London weather this morning.

"Are you making tea?" Ask Alex who is still with both hands in his thick jacket pocket.

There was no reply from Valerie, the woman just nodded slowly and continued her activities regardless of where Alex was talking to her. "I want one, please make it!" Alex said and passed away leaving Valerie and walking towards her study.

Valerie looked at Alex who was getting further away with a very annoyed look, the man presumptuously ordered her and left just like that leaving Valerie who was still busy with tea before her.

Valerie snorted in annoyance while preparing tea for Alex. "Bad! He told me to leave without helping me!" Bumpat Valerie was very upset.

Valerie began to sip the warm tea she had made for herself, feeling quite warmer and quite good after drinking the tea. Valerie opened the thick jacket she was wearing and kept it neatly in the locker provided by the company where she worked.

After finishing her activity, Valerie grabs a glass of warm tea that she made for Alex and intends to deliver the warm tea to Alex's study. With a lazy step he was forced to come and knock Alex's workspace, too, after getting the order to go inside he immediately approached Alex who was now sitting on the sofa with a body that was shivering coldly.

"This is the tea you asked for, sir!" Valerie gave Alex the warm tea. The man smiled very kindly, and Valerie felt strange because the man by the name was not teasing her as usual. But Valerie immediately brushed off that thought and was lucky that her goddamn boss didn't say as much as he did before, which always upset her.

"Is there anything else I can help you with, sir?" Valerie asked him to make sure Alex was okay.

"No dear! It's enough I just want to enjoy the tea that you make lovingly, right? You don't have to lie to me if you like me so much!" Said Alex who had returned to tease Valerie and made the woman standing in front of him feel very upset and also disgusted towards Alex.

Valerie rolled her eyeballs quickly, just thinking that the man was calmer than usual but she was wrong. The man again teased her and called her affectionately, and it made Valerie very sick of hearing that.

"All right, I'm out!" Pamit Valerie on Alex and starts to step her foot out of Alex's study.

"See you at lunchtime, beautiful lady!" Said Alex who could not stop smiling when faced with the woman named Valerie.

Alex's curiosity towards Valerie is very high, he always wants to try to conquer hard women like Valerie. Because Alex feels that she has never been rejected once by every woman he wants to date, but Valerie reluctantly refuses to date Alex. And Valerie is the only woman who seems uninterested when she sees her good looks that are always a snatch for every woman out there.

Valerie is now busy staring at the laptop screen in front of her, she is checking the schedule of what to do by Alex. And it turns out he found a schedule if today Alex had to come to a meeting with a large client of his company. Again Valerie sighed violently because she had to go back to Alex's very annoying room.

Today Valerie and Alex had to attend a meeting with one of the department stores that are now under construction. And ask for Alex to come directly and see the process of building the big project. And Valerie immediately prepares and also she tries to strengthen her heart when it comes to dealing with a shitty man like Alex.

"Excuse me sir!" Valerie said very kindly, but she seemed forced to do something that sounded friendly to Alex.

Alex who heard the soft voice of a woman who became his candlestick at this moment instantly kept his phone on the table and walked up to Valerie who was standing in front of him.

"What's the matter, pretty lady? Have you missed me? You just came here and now you've come again. I know that I'm so easy to miss for you!" Said Alex who again teased Valerie by crossing her legs half-sitting at her desk.

Valerie again turned her eyeballs around and sighed violently. Surely he would hear the chatter spoken from the mouth of his annoying boss. But Valerie prefers not to care about Alex's nonsense and she immediately speaks her purpose and purpose coming to Alex's study.

"You don't think like that because until then I'll never miss a shitty guy like you!" Valerie said very firmly. "I came to your study because now you have to come to a meeting with a department store that is under construction, and you are asked to see the process!" Valerie said to her point immediately.

"All right, I'll be ready! Just wait for me outside!" Alex and Valerie just nodded and immediately stepped out of Alex's study.

The atmosphere in the car was very quiet and silent no sound was spoken from the mouth of Alex or Valerie. The woman just fell silent while staring out of the car, looking at the beautiful city of London which has always been a favorite thing for Valerie.

Alex occasionally stared at Valerie's pretty face, she was very unhappy with this kind of situation. He does not like to see Valerie just stay like this, Alex prefers to hear Valerie blabbering indistinctly and scolding Alex for always being annoyed by him.

"Are you sure you're not interested in a handsome, wealthy man like me?" Alex asks who managed to make Valerie stop looking at the beauty of London. The woman looked at him very sharply, and that was what Alex had been waiting for.

"Related! Until then I'll never be interested in a perverted, annoying guy like you!" Valerie replied while changing her sitting position.

There was no answer from Alex, the man only laughed a little when he heard the words from Valerie. The woman always rejects her and makes Alex even more eager to make Valerie fall in love with her.

Not long after, they arrived at their destination. And Alex smiled very satisfied when he saw the progress of the construction of his project went very smoothly and fairly quickly than he had thought before.

But now Alex's gaze was on a man who was none other than his big client, the man did not stop looking at Valerie not even a second blinked his eyes. And it made Alex look very upset because he was presumptuously staring at the beautiful face of the woman he really liked.

Alex nodded slowly as Valerie said to go to the toilet, Alex intended to warn her client not to stare at Valerie like before.

"Why are you watching my secretary like that?" Alex asked trying to open his voice.

"He's your new secretary? Very beautiful and sexy!" Said the man who was still staring at Valerie's steps that were getting away.

"You shouldn't be so careless to watch Valerie like that. Because Valerie is mine!" Alex said very loudly and walked away from the man.
