Chapters 18. Fall in Love

"Lia." A voice called out to him. "Let me solve my problem. I'll solve my problems with them soon. Don't worry."

Lia can only stare at their departure and wish Ray all the best.

A billion? What packages are they really looking for?

"Lia."

The woman raised her head to the owner of the voice.

"Ray?" A smile curled up on his lips. The man who had disappeared for three days suddenly appeared before him.

"Is everything finished?" asked Lia while putting her garden scissors in the grass. He immediately stood up and opened his wide hat. A few flowers on his left hand.

"Yes, I decided to sell the company to pay them and buy a small stall. So that we can get married and live quietly, Lia, "he said. "So, let's get married."

Ray opened both hands, waiting for his female reaction. Expecting Lia to come welcome his invitation. His heart was so troubled to see Lia not immediately welcoming him.

Lia looked at the words spoken from the lips of the man in front of her. Marry her, while Lia begins to be unsure of her heart. Between Sam and Ray.

After being stunned for a while, Lia welcomed a helping hand. He smiles. In his heart he thought he should not be selfish. How her heart changed so quickly just because of the delay of their marriage.

"of course. I haven't even seen him in a long time." Ray looks very excited.

Lia smiling. A simple man, he felt very excited with just a certainty. I can't change my heart just because of another man.

Lia immediately tidied up her gardening equipment and re-entered the house. Put some flower stalks into a vase on the table with a beautiful order.

"Mommy." The little boy immediately greeted with a hug on Lia's waist.

"Leon, how are you?" greet Ray.

"I'm fine, Mr. Ray," he said.

"Leon, Mr. Ray will marry your mother. You better get used to changing your calls."

"really?" the little boy asked while looking at his mother.

The mother nodded, leaving her hopes shattered to reunite her parents.

"Look at what we brought." Ray lifted the package in his hand.

The little boy quickly opened it. He soon forgot his disappointment. Lia smiled, she felt happy to see her little boy so excited. He felt his decision was right to marry Ray.

"Tiramisu? How do you know my favorite" said the little boy. He jumped up and down in excitement. For a long time he did not enjoy such a meal. It's not possible since he's been living in a quarantine house.

The happiness of the meeting seemed to be stirring one's heart. Their cohesiveness and cheerfulness made Samuel feel annoyed and angry. It was even very disturbed because of it. Disappointed he approached the family.

"Leon, are you practicing for your performance tomorrow?" ask Samuel. Without further ado to greet the family who visited him.

Samuel followed the seven-year-old's small footsteps into his room. And before long, there was a beautiful melody heard from the meeting between the violin strings and the bow.

"He's outrageous," sizzled Lia. He stood up from his chair. Ray's holding.

"Oh, maybe it's true. Leon has a lot to practice. We'd better just go home, "persuade Ray.

"Wait here. I have to rebuke him. He can't just act on Leon." Lia was getting impatient.

He walked into Leon's room. Furious, Lia patted Samuel on the back. When the man turned around, Lia immediately spouted out her angry expressions.

"You can't just treat Leon like that. He's my son. Are you trying to keep me away from my own son?" Lia was so angry.

Leon was surprised to stop the game.

"Mommy, Leon doesn't feel like it's a problem" the little boy said.

But it's too late. Samuel with fiery eyes, stepped slowly, drawing near to him. Lia retreated step by step towards the closed door of the room. He wanted to open it when Samuel's hands held him. Both eyes are now in sight.

Lia felt so nervous looking at the look in the eyes of the man before her. He really wanted to escape.

Lia's heart skipped a beat, and so did Samuel. His eyes were so passionate, as if he wanted to******* the woman before him who always teased his heart without his permission.

Lia threw away her face, she did not dare to look at the face of the man before her. He's too horrible. He looked at his little boy. His little boy looked at him.

Samuel kissed Lia's lips. Giving a surprise in front of Leon who immediately closed his mouth.

The reflex movement that was then given by Lia to Samuel, made Leon even more surprised. Lia slapped the face of the man before her so hard. Samuel only held his hot cheek because of the slap of the ruler of his heart.

Lia's heart was pounding with a beat. He was so confused, what exactly was he feeling. She fell in love with Samuel while he promised to marry another man.

"No, I can't let Ray down anyway." Lia tried to firmly reject her feelings.

Samuel stared at the door that was closed violently by Lia. He still held his cheek which was hot. He turned his back when the little boy smiled.

"Stay practicing, Leon!" he said before leaving the room. Yeah, he's too shy to get an eye with Leon's weird smile. He better stay away for a while.

Lia is resentfully getting out of the quarantine house. He pulled out Ray's confused hand.

"Of course, they're practicing. Of course he's very angry." Entertain Ray without knowing the root of the problem.

Lia was just silent, she was still trying to ease her heart palpitations and nervousness. It seems like she's really starting to fall in love with him.
