Chapter 108: First Lady Permit
Happiness always seemed on the face of Arini and Dimas because he had become a new parent. Despite the fatigue of having to stay up late to take care of her little daughter, Arini and Dimas never complained. They enjoy it because it is their job.
After one week in the hospital, Arini and Kayla are finally allowed to go home. All the family members welcomed Arini and Kayla. Vania and Vano are the most frenetic because of their cute little babies.
"Vania wants a sister too" Vania said, making everyone laugh.
"Oh sister, Vania asked for another sister," ledek Arini smiled.
"Nothing, I can't." Indi shook his head quickly.
"Yeah, Mama is stingy" said Vania whining.
Evan can only smile at the excitement of Vania who continues to whine asking for sister. Evan has enough younger siblings like Vania and Vano. She won't allow her mother to get pregnant again.
After welcoming Arini and Kayla at Arya's parents' house, Indi, Arya and her three children return home. The five of them discussed again about Vania asking for sister.
"Mama love Vania dong's sister," whined Vania.
"That's Vano dear, she's your sister right," replied Indi.
"The rich sister of Dek Kayla, Mah," Vania said.
"Yes, Dek Kayla is also Vania's sister." India always refuses.
"Sir, Mama is tired of taking care of the three of us, so for another sister will definitely be difficult for Mama. You've got Vano, he's also a good brother." Evan tries to persuade Vania.
"If you want a little sister, play the same Dek Kayla dear. But inget, do not forget to take Vano as well," said Arya gave his advice.
Vania finally understood and did not ask Indi for another sister. Vania plays more with Vano after listening to Arya and Evan. Indi feels grateful to have Arya and Evan in her life. Because when he was dead-end not knowing how, they both always managed to get him out of trouble.
"Thank you my handsome men" whispered Indi and smiled. Evan and Arya looked at each other implying something.
After dinner, the Indi family gathered in the living room. Vania and Vano are playing a game, while Evan is playing with his phone.
"Well," called Evan when he was done with his phone.
"What about Evan studying abroad?" asked Evan nervously.
Indi stared intently at Evan, not out of anger but out of a deep thought to decide.
"Udah was given permission Mah, Evan can certainly take care of himself and study diligently." Arya tried to persuade.
Indi thought again of Arya and Evan's words. There's no harm in letting Evan look for his experiences out there.
"OK, Mama let you study abroad, but on one condition." Indi tried to negotiate.
"What is Mah?" asked Evan curiously.
"You have to focus on learning, you can't date. Let's finish the lecture quickly and must be able to take care of himself again" said Indi told the condition.
"If that's all Evan is ready for Mah" said Evan firmly and smiling broadly.
"Evan just wants one person, and that person is still here" Evan said in his heart.
"Later I try to persuade Mama with Papa to nemenin Evan there baby. All of them are refreshing," Arya told Indi.
"But Arini just gave birth, she certainly does not want to be left." Indi glared far away.
"Arini and Dimas have the Dimas family at home. So we don't have to worry, baby."
"Alright, hopefully everyone will allow Van" said Indi smiling.
"Thank you Mah, Pah." Evan hugged both of his parents. Vania and Vano who saw it, joined Indi and Arya.
Finally, Evan got a permit to study abroad from the first lady. Because that way, Evan can calmly learn and become the pride of both parents.
The permission and willingness of a mother, will bring with it peace and happiness in every step of a child. The prayers and hopes of a mother will lead a child to her success.
