Chapter 23

"Hanna! Come with me" shouted Zahra who suddenly appeared from behind the elevator.

Hanna was shocked to hear Zahra's shrill voice. Not yet ready, Zahra immediately pulled Hanna to the elevator and took her to the park on the rooftop.

Hanna was confused as to why today there were so many strange things going on around her. First Nicholas, Alex and now Zahra.

"Why? What's the matter you pulled me?" Hanna stopped her steps.

Zahra pulled Hanna again towards a bench. Hanna is further confused by Zahra's unusual behavior.

Zahra immediately sat down, while Hanna who was still confused just stood still staring at Zahra.

"Sit down" Zahra ordered.

With a sullen look Hanna was forced to sit down.

"Ah, I'm sorry I pulled you by force here without explanation" said Zahra persuading the upset Hanna.

Unfortunately, Hanna was not an easy person to persuade.

"Alright, alright. I'm sorry, I'll fulfill your one request today."

Hanna still pretends to be angry and tries to take advantage of the opportunity while Zahra is unaware that she is pretending.

Hanna pointed out her two fingers without looking at Zahra.

"Hey! You want to take advantage of me, right?" Pekik Zahra was not willing.

"Yes, I'm gone."

Hanna got up from her seat. However, Zahra restrained her arm and was about to agree to Hanna's request.

However, when Zahra saw Hanna's big smile she realized.

"Hey! I should be angry with you. Why are you angry!" Zahra said annoyed.

Zahra immediately showed Hanna her phone, "Who is she? You're dating her?"

Now Hanna understood why Zahra was acting this way.

"No, I don't."

Zahra looked at Hanna probing looking for lies in her eyes.

"Hey, he's just my lunch indemnity that his sister once ruined."

Hanna tries to convince Zahra with an honest answer. Zahra was not convinced by Hanna's answer, which sounded like nonsense to her.

"Are there people who are compensating for that?" Zahra's question cornered Hanna.

"Why are you? What if I'm dating I should report to you? Are you my mother?" Hanna asked to switch the conversation.

"Just want to know. I don't want you to fall into the hands of a jerk, " replied Zahra back against the back of the chair.

"You know, in this world there are so many jerk men who leave their lovers out of boredom. And I, I don't want that to happen to you" Zahra continued, staring at the sky, which began to show its twilight.

Hanna looked at Zahra. He who has never been so close to anyone now feels like he has a family. Zahra was already like the sister Hanna had always wanted her presence.

Zahra, who felt deeply stared at by Hanna, turned and smiled at Hanna.

To Hanna, Zahra looked like an angel sent by God to her. Her beautiful face and white skin look so perfect overwritten by the golden light of the twilight sun.

While Hanna and Zahra were enjoying the twilight sky in the garden of ZN Group, there was Nicholas who suddenly came out of his room.

"Alex, is Zahra here? It seemed like I heard his voice," asked Nicholas, making sure he looked at her.

Not finding Zahra and Hanna was not on his desk made Nicholas look at Alex questioningly.

"Hanna where else?"

Alex let out a heavy sigh, "Hanna's gone. Miss Zahra loved Mr. Nicholas."

Alex turned his eyes back to the file he needed to finish.

Alex, who was almost out of patience, replied lazily, "I don't know. You search for it yourself. I'm busy."

Just as Alex finished talking, he was immediately presented with a toyoran in his head by Nicholas.

Alex was eager to curse at his boss. But considering the bonus has not been liquid, he was forced to hold back.

"If it's not a rooftop, they're in the cafeteria" Alex chirped suddenly as Nicholas was about to walk into his room again.

However, Nicholas seems unconcerned about the information Alex gives. He kept stepping back into his room.

After Nicholas disappeared behind the door, Alex immediately grumbled.

Nicholas headed straight to his desk and opened CCTV in the rooftop and canteen. He doesn't care about Alex taking the oath for him. All he cares about is Zahra and Hanna.

Nicholas began to panic when he saw all the CCTV points, none of which displayed Zahra and Hanna.

But suddenly Nicholas's phone rang with Zahra's name calling. Nicholas immediately picked him up and when he was about to ask Zahra's whereabouts, he heard Hanna's voice explaining that Zicho only compensated for a lunch broken by his sister.

Nicholas immediately smiled with satisfaction at Hanna's confession.

"That's what it looks like" murmured Nicholas not to stop smiling.

"All right, then I'll speed up the plan. I don't want anyone first" Nicholas said, leaning his back in relief.

Nicholas caught up with Zahra and Hanna when the call was switched off by Zahra.

Hanna and Zahra are unaware of Nicholas' presence behind them. Nicholas decided to sit back and listen to Hanna and Zahra.

How shocked Nicholas was to hear the outpouring of Zahra's heart that was so unexpected. Zahra who looks so cute and fine experienced something like that and went through it alone.

"Damn! Which asshole hurt my sister" Nicholas murmured very slowly.

Nicholas clenched his hand and just left without greeting Zahra.

Hanna and Zahra who so enjoyed the twilight sky and the occasional strong breeze remained unaware of Nicholas' presence until Nicholas left.

"Alex!" Shouted Nicholas who just got out of the elevator.

Nicholas walked over to Alex. Unfortunately, Alex was not at his desk and he reached into his pants pocket.

How frustrated Nicholas is to see Alex's phone vibrating next to his computer.

"Jeez Alex!"

Nicholas slams Alex's phone because he's so angry. He doesn't care if it's Alex's. He just needs something to vent his emotions.

"Pon-mobile... " Said Alex who just came in a sad tone.

"Hey! You insane? You broke my beloved phone!" Jerky Alex nelangsa.

Nicholas just stared at the flat printout of Alex's phone that he had slammed. Seeing Alex who was so naughty, Nicholas also did not become nagging.

"Alright, alright. I'll change your phone."

Alex's eyes immediately sparkled to hear his boss want compensation. Because he usually doesn't care about anything.

"Ah, Lex, please call Sam. He's still in Europe, isn't he?" Tell Nicholas without explaining why.

Alex nodded, "All right. But, after you change my phone."

Nicholas took his wallet out of the back pocket of his pants. He took his personal debit card.

"Buy yourself. Give me the card back after," Nicholas said a little unwillingly.

With excitement Alex passed away going to buy a new phone. Of course he would not waste this opportunity. Moreover, Nicholas is often stingy with Alex.

"Ra, did you feel like there was someone who was watching us?" hanna asked because she was a little uncomfortable.

Zahra nodded, "No. Why?"

Hanna continued to stare at Zahra worriedly without answering Zahra's question.
