Chapter 21

Early in the morning Hanna was already very busy pacing back and forth in Nicholas' office. He had to finish his task before lunchtime because he had to return Zicho's wallet to the Hamilton company.

"Mr, this is the file you requested."

"Oh yes Mr, my work until after lunch is all done. I want permission to leave before lunch hour," Hanna's permission was a little scared actually.

"Where?"

Hanna silently searched for the right sentence to answer Nicholas' question. Because it's not possible if Hanna answers about to go to the Hamilton company.

"Ah, stop. Go," said Nicholas resigned because he did not want to argue.

Hanna came out of Nicholas' room with pleasure. However, there was one person who was looking at him sinisterly. Who else if not Alex. He was investigating why Hanna came out of Nicholas' room with a bright face. Nicholas today is being so cruel because his mood is bad.

"You look so happy" Alex said.

Hanna just grinned the horse responded.

Alex is a little jealous because Nicholas treats Hanna so well. Inversely if to himself.

"You work hard today? What's up?" Ask Alex curiously.

Hanna who had received permission from Nicholas also cleaned her bag and was about to hurry away.

"Where are you going?" Alex asked confused because today there is no schedule outside the office.

"I'm leaving for a while and I've got permission from Mr. Nicholas," Hanna replied with a smile.

"Hey, where are you going?" Shouts Alex.

"Don't do it" said Hanna, half running after the elevator.

Alex, who was not satisfied with Hanna's answer, immediately entered the CEO's room.

"Sir boss, where is Miss Hanna going?" Alex asked while pointing at the door.

"Did your profession change Lex now? I don't think I've ever had a coaching position in this company" Nicholas said coldly.

"Bu-not that, but it's still working hours."

Nicholas looked at Alex sharply without saying anything. Alex, who noticed Nicholas' gaze, immediately stopped talking and gulped.

"Oh yes, I just remembered! I still have a stack of files I have to work on" Alex said as he walked back slowly.

"Pa-pamit used to be the boss" he said, exiting Nicholas' room.

Nicholas really didn't understand what Alex was doing to ask Hanna where she was going. He likes Hanna, though.

"Oh yeah, he hasn't reported to me yet" Nicholas muttered directly looking for his phone.

Nicholas fingered all the pockets of his pants and suit. However, the result is nil. There was not a pocket that contained his cell phone. Nicholas even looked for him to every corner of his room.

Because he never met, Nicholas went out and asked Alex to help find his postel. Nicholas who was very frustrated just stood up trying to remember the last time he put his phone.

Alex was trying to find while calling his boss's cell phone that was not in the character. Nicholas' carelessness was already very common for Alex. So, he was ready to anticipate other unexpected events caused by Nicholas.

"Boss, what is this? Did the boss look for him using his ankles?" Alex asked while holding up Nicholas's phone which turned out to be on the sidelines of the files piled up on his desk.

Nicholas smiled insincerely and immediately expelled Alex to return to work.

"Alright, finish your file before 2pm this afternoon. No objection."

Alex immediately grumbled, "Boss, helped up it says thank you. Not even asking for rodi's work."

"Okay, finish it before 1pm."

Alex sighed trying to hold back his emotions and chose to pass away from Nicholas the more he colonized him.

On the other hand, when Alex was frustrated with having a boss like Nicholas, Hanna just got off the taxi in front of the Hamilton company building.

"Well, why did I just know there was such a big, good company?"

Hanna was amazed by the architecture of the Hamilton company so magnificent.

"Aware Hanna, you're here to return to your wallet" Hanna said as she patted her cheek to wake up.

Hanna went straight in and headed to the reception desk, "Excuse me, ma'am."

"Well, can I help you?" A beautiful receptionist behind the desk.

"Sir Zicho is there? I want to meet you" Hanna said with a smile.

"I'm sorry, did you make an appointment?"

"A-anu, not yet. Can I see Mr Zicho now? This is important, mbak,"

"So soon, I try to ask first" said the receptionist.

"Maureen," said Hanna.

After waiting for the receptionist to speak on the phone, Hanna still could not return the wallet directly to Zicho.

"Well, I leave this for Mr. Zicho. Just tell me from Hanna" Hanna told the receptionist and walked away because Hanna had to get back to work.

The scorching afternoon made Hanna's stomach start thrashing to be filled.

Shortly after Hanna left, Zicho went down to lunch and found out that Hanna was not far away he immediately ran to catch up with Hanna.

"Hanna!" Call Zicho as he runs towards Hanna.

"Eh, didn't you say you were busy?" Hanna asked in astonishment.

"Yes? But no one said you were coming" said Zicho, confused.

"Oh, isn't Miss Maureen you?" Connect Zicho.

Hanna simply replied with a clumsy expression and nodded slowly.

"Ah, apparently. By the way, thanks for the wallet."

"Can I buy you lunch?"

Hanna was silent for a moment and agreed to go to lunch with Zicho. For some reason, every Zicho invites Hanna to always worry about accepting or rejecting him.

They go to a restaurant near Nicholas' company so Hanna doesn't get too far and Zicho takes Hanna back.

A fairly luxurious restaurant near ZN Group is famous for its delicious food.

Zicho ordered almost all menus that became best sellers. This successfully makes Hanna gawk even though she knows that Zicho is not a person who lacks money.

"Why isn't this too much?" Hanna asked Zicho a little whisper.

Zicho smiled meaningfully. Hanna was confused to see Zicho like that.

"Eat what you like, I treat."

With a slightly unwell taste, Hanna chose the attention-grabbing food she wanted to try.

The clock that showed almost 1pm forced Hanna to end her meal because lunch was almost over. Even though her work was done, Hanna certainly did not want to be called eating a blind salary.

Zicho also took the initiative to take Hanna to the ZN Group lobby. At first Hanna refuses, but when she gets a message from Alex to return soon she changes her mind and accepts Zicho's offer to drive her back.

"Thank you for lunch" Hanna said before getting off Zicho's car.

Zicho smiled in satisfaction, "Ah no, no. I'd previously owed you a quiet lunch."

"ah! Time at your restaurant? All right, I'll take the loss. Then, excuse me."

Just one step Hanna entered the lobby, her phone kept ringing and it turned out Alex called her.

"Huh-h"

"Where are you? You're crazy, aren't you? Hurry back!" alex Serobot turns off the call.

Hanna was amazed as to why Alex was acting this way, "Ah. I better hurry."

Hanna just kept glancing at the little watch on her right arm. A little worried because of Alex's angry tone.

After a long wait for the elevator, Hanna headed straight for her study. Just out of the elevator, he sees Alex bowing deeply in front of Nicholas.

It was clearly Nicholas' unpleasant look from the side. Hanna's guts whistled at him. Slowly Hanna stepped onto her desk.

While Nicholas who heard the sound of Hanna's shoes colliding with the floor chose to end his anger at Alex and go back into his room.

Hanna approached, "What's up? Why is the CEO angry?"

Alex looked at Hanna.

"A-what's up?" hanna asked a little.

Alex immediately snatched a blue-mouthed file on his desk.

"This what? You can work, right?" alex asked in a slightly piercing tone.

Hanna looked at Alex confusedly and immediately checked the file.

"I-this isn't my part" Hanna said with slightly teary eyes.

"Part of you or not I don't want to know. In fact, the file is in the job you handed over to the CEO this morning" said Alex, who was already furious.

"You are so noisy!"
