On the way to the hospital, Bara was still thinking about how to tell his wife if she had to go out of town for a few days.

“It's okay. I'm used to it,” said the Doctor smiled forcefully.

Finished out of the Doctor's room, Nisa waits for her husband in the chair while playing his cell phone.
After completing a series of checks, Bara came out of the room to meet his devoted wife waiting for him.
“Again?” nisa asked to see Bara sitting next to her.
“Sorry darling. I'm very long huh? You must be bored waiting for me,” said Bara.
“It's okay mas. Let's go home,” take Nisa.
“Iya mas, I always pray for you mas.”

While in London the capital of England, Dira's grandmother lay in a hospital ward, Dira's grandmother had been in care for a week.
